We recommend reaching back out to your financial institution directly to discuss a resolution.As previously noted, the decision to deactivate your account cannot be appealed. You are still welcome to redeem your Groupon with the merchant or gift it to a friend if you're unable to use it yourself. If you need any remaining vouchers on your account, we can reactivate your account temporarily for 48 hours so you may access your vouchers to print or gift."To clarify: any credits on the account at the time of deactivation will not be replenished. Just as with the decision to deactivate your account, this cannot be appealed.Regarding the vouchers you were unable to receive: I have temporarily reactivated your Groupon account so you may log in and download these vouchers. No new purchases will be permitted on the account. I've also sent you a password reset link in the event you have any trouble logging into the Groupon site.You can find any unused vouchers under "My Groupons" at the top right corner of the site. Please download these vouchers and feel free to use them with the merchants in questions.While I understand that you are not satisfied with the previous replies you've received, we have done our best to assist you and have provided you with the best solution available in this circumstance. I am rejecting this response because: it circumvents your flase advertising, gimmick pricing acheme and poor customer service. It took me over 3 hours and three weeks to get this done. That is unacceptable. I dont have proper gofts now for Christmas. What about all my inconvenience? Im an attorney and I charge 350/hour. This was a bad experience I wont use groupon unpess they rectify the situation
