I am rejecting this response because: the company said they consider it resolved yet they have done nothing to fix it, there supervisor on the phone stated it would be cancelled and refunded as it was within 48 hours.  I've also been speaking to folks on their Groupon Facebook having very similar issues. I should not be penalized for one person's mistake, they have done nothing at all except male excuses and say theu consider it resolved. They haven't tried to contact the original person who said it would be camxlles and refunded,  the hotel manager was standing next to me when o repeated what they had told me which is why we paid with a card. Honestly they don't even give me a reason why they can't other than "we looked it up and we can't honor your request".
