I got a pair of Jordan 14 Retros. Soon as I clicked submit it was confirmed by seller. Mins later I wanted to cancel but they wouldn't allow me to.
I purchased a pair of Jordan 14 Retros "Reverse Ferrari" from the GOAT website on June 22nd 2019. The purchase was confirmed by seller as soon as I clicked submit. I immediately regretted the purchase as I felt like they were overpriced $263, regular retail $200. So I went to cancel the order. There was no way to do such so I emailed the company with my concern, which they denied. I was not given the adequate amount of time to be able to cancel my order. It states you can cancel within 3 hours of purchase or before the seller confirms. Well what should you do if the seller confirms the very second you place the order. I feel like this site is an scam and the customer should have at least 12 hours to be able to cancel a order they don't want. Especially if they order has not even shipped yet.
I want to cancel my order. The shoes were not shipped as of today June 23rd 2019 (sunday). I do not want these shoes.
Per our cancellation policy, 'You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled.'

Absolutely appalling.
They sent damaged shoes, would not return them for new ones saying that it wasn't their responsibility that they were damaged.
When I sent them back for a reimbursement they refused to honor the reimbursement and told me II had to put them on consignment.
Their customer service is a joke. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Per our Return Policy, item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris, and all original packaging included to be eligible for a refund in GOAT credit, less the cost of shipping, to be used towards a future purchase. Photos of the wear were provided to you via email at the time of the issue. what GOAT fails to understand is this:
I WAS SENT A DAMAGED SHOE.
GOAT FAILED THE MOST BASIC QUALITY CONTROL.
the Bowie shoes I bought had a streak of white glue under the black star. In an all-black shoe this makes the show almost unwearable.
GOAT didn't accept responsibility for this issue and instead claimed that it was up to the manufacturer to check the quality of the product.
How convenient! Completely washing their hands of the problem.
However when I returned the DEFECTIVE shoes a day later, GOAT amazingly told me they were worn and therefore failed their quality control. (!!!)
It's a joke of a company and they need to be shut down or monitored because a business that fails to check its NEW merchandise and refuses to accept responsibility for obvious manufacturing issues is borderline criminal.
I am not an unhappy customer. I am a FURIOUS customer. I will make sure everyone I know stays away from this scam.

The company lost part of my product that was sent to them and customer service did not help resolve it find a solution.
I sold a pair of Nike Fear if God 1 sail through the Goat app for $530.00. I then sent the shoes with everything required for a sale of New shoes. It arrived to Goat where they verified as real but told me parts were missing. This is untrue as I have eye witness that everything was in the box sent to them. Customer service responded and told me nothing they can do and they never helped to find a solution. There team lost the parts. I asked to review camera footage to show they were there and they never responded, they would not give a phone number to call. They cost me money and devalued the shoes if they are returned to me because they are missing pieces. I don't know what to do because They are in the wrong and will not help.
I am seeking $530 the value of the shoes I will take credit to there store or a refund to my bank

I ordered a sneakers on GOAT app which I paid 160$. They sent me the verification than my order has been delivered, so the package was left in front of my door. I ordered men's size shoes 7.5 and when I opened the box I noticed then my left shoe is men's size 10 and my right shoe is men's size 7.5. So I tried to call them but they obviously don't have a phone number where could I reach them, so I sent an e-mail and I got the response from the lady who was telling me that I can return the shoes whitin next 3 business days and I have to pay for that, also I will get a refound (which is by the way not the full amount I paid at first place). I told her I don't want a refund, I just want THE SAME SIZE SNEAKERS, and she said they can't do the exchange for me becouse GOAT's cliants are individuals and I should contact them. I tried, but I couldn't find any option like that. I'm disapointed, and really don't know what to do.

Item that I purchased was shipped and lost by UPS. UPS has confirmed that the package was lost and refund was processed over a month ago (May 15th). GOAT has still not refunded my account even though UPS has refunded them for the lost package.

I was contacted that my order had a 'missing bag and accessories? which is false when I mailed it in. The two items were specifically rested on top of the wrapping within the box... I am adamant about this, and had another witness see this upon mailing the shoe in.I responded to the email that notified me of this "issue" to see if the shipping depot or warehouse could be looked at again to see if they were misplaced because I have only sent verified items in and am not looking to tarnish my profile...However no one reached back out after 72hrs to me (sent two emails one to the original '[email protected]? and then '***'. And it has been more than the advertised 24hrs for a response.... and the order now says it's pending a buyer response when I didn't select anything to proceed and no one from Goat contacted me about this update.I tried to reach out again with a new support email and finally got a response, however all I am shown to "prove" are photos of the shoe and box... Nothing is shown that documents them opening the box up and there being "no accessories" within the box, and I the seller with a good profile have the burden of guilt... I proceed to ask for this issue to be escalated to a manger however this is not done for some reason... with other email responses being unrelated even to what I originally asked.Either the warehouse is unorganized and misplaced the items or an employee decided to "borrow" the accessories. The not transparent nature of Goat's support, the burden placed on the seller, and the accusations without document proof of how the shoe and box were received with then placing that guilt on the seller seems unacceptable for any reputable business.
Other (requires explanation) For mostly I just want management to acknowledge there could be an issue in their shipping reception depot. And at least recognize that it would not hurt to have an investigation (look at security cameras for instance) to ensure that no employees misplaced valuable accessories or shoes sent in by sellers who trust Goat to transfer over safely.Secondly, though I have accepted any loss at this point. I want my original payout.. The shoe sold for $775.. please give me the payout that I sent my shoe in for WITH the accessories, because now I am stuck with trying to sell a shoe without the two crucial accessories which I mailed it in with anyways. Which I never would have done... Lastly, if accusing customers of fault is the go to method for Goat, then a better documentation process of reception of the package to authentication should be done for cases like this, (video or photos evidence of the unopened package being opened), to rule out any doubt.

After further escalation , the issue was resolved, however too many hoops had to be gone through to achieve this. I have accepted the response.
The company falsely advertised the quality of the product and will not refund me my money. They offered store credit but I don't trust their products.

I ordered a pair of shoes as described of "new condition," the shoes did not look new and the company even stated themselves that there were cosmetic inconsistencies but blamed it on production. The box that they were in had tears all over and not in "good condition." The website does not state what "good condition" is but when I emailed them they now say that tears are acceptable to be advertised as "good condition." Their website should state all these things so the consumer is not blindly buying these them. They offered me store credit of $94.68 because that's what their policy offers but in situations when the product is falsely advertised, there should be exceptions. I will not use the store credit for the fear of this happening again. They can not guarantee their products will look "new" and "good condition" even if that is what their website states. I don't trust this company and their products anymore and I would like my money refunded. I have pleaded with the company but they don't seem to care.

Goat sold me fake Yeezy 350 V2 clay , they falsely advertise authentication process for their items, Beware when purchasing !
I purchase what I thought were authentic Yeezy 350 V2 clay sneakers ,Goat stands by their authentication process but yet sell fake sneakers .I placed the order on June 5th 2019 , Received them on June 12th 2019 , I contacted goat on June 13th 2019. When I received the sneakers on the 12th I immediately knew the sneakers were not authentic I then compared the ones bought from Goat to the ones purchase from Adidas and comparing the sneakers I noticed the color is off the the stitching is off and the innersole of the sneaker reads backwards, also the tag that's on the fake sneakers is not a authentic tag it thin and feels like someone printed this tag at home and the tag is place on the right foot which is wrong , the real yeezy tag is always on the left foot with two tags one explaining how to care for the sneakers and the other is a tag with the SKU and size that states a male shoe.The fake tag is paper thin and looks like it was printed on a sheet that have multiply tags printed on it and torn off one by one. I then decided to have the sneakers really authenticated so I brought it to the Adidas store who confirmed that the sneakers are fake they aren't the Yeezy 350 v2 Clay. I reached out to Goat about this matter they did not respond until Afterpay contacted them about the issue their response was a store credit , I would be crazy to ever buy anything from them again so why would I accept a store credit I want a full refund to the credit card I used to by them ....
I want a full refund from Goat to the credit card I used to purchase the sneakers I do not want a store credit with Goat I would be a fool to ever patronize this business again .

I pre purchased a pair of black non reflective yeezy's on 5/31 knowing the shoe doesn't get released until 6/7. It is now 6/15 and according to the Goat app there's been a shipment delay. As far as I'm aware, goat hasn't even received my shoes for authentication. I've contacted customer service on two occasions (6/12 & again on 6/14) just to get an update on my order or receive a refund and I haven't heard back. I've bought 3 pairs of shoes on here before without any problems, however, the lack of support is very discouraging for future purchases. I just want an update on what is going on with my order, when I can expect to receive my order, or if I can be issued a refund. It's a shame I have to go to such lengths just to get a response.
Shoes lost while shipping to goat for authentication.
I ordered a pair of ds Nike zoom spiridon x parra order #XXXXXXXX that's been taking over a week to ship from the seller to goat. I've ordered 2 pairs since the spiridons and those have both been authenticated and shipped to me. While the spiridons say they are still in transit to goat. I would like to know what is taking my shoes so long to be shipped to goat and whether or not they're even coming to me. I've sent a support ticket and commented on their Instagram but so far I've received no response. If they are lost I would like a full refund minus shipping so I can buy another pair that hopefully won't get lost. Looking forward to a timely response. Please don't disappoint.
I would like information on whether or not they know where my package is. If it's lost I would like a refund but if it's just delayed I would just like to know an estimate of when it will be shipped to me. I would also accept a replacement pair.

As such, most orders are received in approximately 10 days. That is, 3-4 days to get to GOAT, 1-2 days for verification, and 3-4 days to ship to you. My issue WAS resolved, but you guys REALLY need to do something about your customer service. Don't advertise 24/7 customer service through email or the app if you cannot guarantee prompt service. These 1 star reviews indicate you have a PROBLEM on your hands. Limit your customer service window and guarantee a response withing say... 3 hours. This is not the way to handle business. Also, allow some wiggle room in your policies. The customer is ALWAYS right, and, unfortunately, y'all don't follow that model. The sneaker bubble will burst soon, and services like your's will be it's death knell. I can't believe i'm typing this given I love the service, but I'm sorry, something has to change.
Terrible service and merchandise was so dirty and stunk so bad. Unable to get an actual person on the phone. Most likely won't get my money back for my son's shoes that were caked with mud on the bottoms and had stains all over the side yet they passed *** were shipped. I wish I could post the pictures on here!
I bought a pair of shoes to donate to an auction. The shoes were delivered to the wrong address and did not arrive in time. I was able to track them down and get them and the box they came in was smashed in and damaged. Because of the damage and he delivery issue I was not able to donate them and sent them back. I need a refund to the credit card.

Order #XXXXXXXX is lost. UPS says they never received a package. I have waited past the 24 hour wait time for a response as to what will be done to ensure I receive the item I was charged for.
I have placed at least 3 other order via GOAT and have never had a problem until this order.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the Goat on *** 24th, 2019 and I still haven't received my sneakers Ive reached out to Goat via email and I've received no response. I want to know where my sneakers are or I want a refund. My sneakers are still enroute to the Goat facility since the 26th.
