I have tried to contact Goat about a matter for over a week now with no response
I am a newly registered seller for the shoe selling app called Goat where you can post your shoes and sell them through there platform. I recently sold my shoes through there app where they gave me a choice to ship the shoes my self or drop them off at one of there locations which is what I did. Upon delivering my shoes they scanned my app bar code and now in there system it shows that I dropped the shoes off I did what I had to do now its on them to finish the process which is ship the shoes to the customer who bought them. On my app it showed me that my shoes were being waited to be authenticated and as soon as they were my money would be available to me right then and there. I went on there web site and it says authentication takes 1-2 days so I waited 1-2 days and I hadn't received my money or proof of authentication. So I tried to contact Goat and the only way you can reach them is through email which is fine because they promote that you can reach them 24/7 on there Goat Support email. So I contacted them got one response that said I have escalated this issue and will let you know whats going on within 48 hours max keep in mind I have already waited 1-2 days that they promote. So now its been 8 days and 5-6 emails later and have. No idea whats going on with the shoes I dropped off

Congrats on your recent sale! Please advise that while most sneakers are authenticated within 1-2 business days, this is an approximation and not a guarantee. Your sneakers were successfully verified however and a full cash out for the completion of this sale was later issued on 5/10/2019.

When contacting GOAT support in the future, we would like to advise that sending multiple messages to the same email thread may delay response time, as each response will continuously update your original request's timestamp. Since we received 5 subsequent messages from the time your issue was escalated to the appropriate team on 5/3/2019, your follow-up was regrettably delayed. Purchase was charged to my PayPal account even though I closed the order page without finalizing the order because I did not like their shipping costs
I visited the We Go Goat website after seeing an advertisement. I started the process of purchasing the item, but when I saw the shipping costs, I closed the page out because I felt that the shipping charge was too steep. To my dismay, I found out a day later that although I had closed the page and NOT hit the "place order" button, my PayPal account had been debited for the order that I did not want. I was unable to prove to PayPal that the purchase was not done so on my end and to no surprise, 30 days later, I have not received the product that We Go Goat (Storm Media) was able to fraudulently add to my PayPal account.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back, especially since a month has passed and the item that was supposed to be delivered within 20 days.

This business takes in used high end sneakers. We listed pictures and the shoes for sale on their site. They were purchased, we sent to them for verification once rec'd 4/12/19, they were to review and authenticate them and sent to consumer then once they have payment send us our $. We didn't hear from them, so I reached out after 3 weeks, 3 emails to get a response, today I received an email saying our package that sat in their facility for over 3 weeks was send with liquid substance inside, they attached pictures. The box we sent to them was in perfect shape including the original tissue paper, I mailed it with the help of a postmaster at the Nashua Post Office in NH. They never would've mailed it with a liquid substance, he even gave me the box and bubble wrap, and commented on the shoe box being so perfect we shouldn't even put it inside of another box. We eplained that the buyer needs the shoe box intact. They are sending the box with a disgusting liquid back, which if they can't identify the liquid, how are the sending it through Post office, the liquid was not there, and it sat in their facility for over 3 weeks, if damaged, they should've contacted us immediately. We have pictures of the shoes and box, they are scamming us! I can't be sure the shoes they are returning are even the ones we sent, and I don't want to accept a package with an unknown liquid!

The reselling of shoes/sneakers is a hot trend right now with kids, and it is shameful what they are doing. You can't hold a package 3 + weeks and then say it was damaged.

It took months before you responded then when looking for payment you say damage! If damaged it happened as it sat in your possession! Them several weeks to mail back shows and box now damaged. You should not be in business- you are scammers! If I receive something g in the mail damaged I would notify sender at once, that's common sense! You scammed a 13 year old boy you should be ashamed. You then take months to respond to a complaint! We are not taking responsibility for our well packed mint shoes and box that were damaged at your facility! You owe this kid replacement value and an apology!

The package sat there for weeks with no contact from Goat. I acceptable. They only responded when we contacted them. Scammers!

I received fake yeezys, I contact them right away, I even sent them pictures, and they reply back offering me store credit, I do not want store credit I want my money back, same way I pay you guys. But haven't hear from them ever since. This is unreal the fact that they claim they have profesional checking the shoe to determinate authenticity is bt, they only care about the money their making. I compare my yeezys to my friends and she bought hers at the Adidas store, I was able to tell right away their fake.

Ordered a pair of brand new shoes. Shoes arrived and there were no tags and had been worn. Contacted them before returning to let them know they sent me workin (used) shoes and I ordered new. They told me to send them back and they would inspect them upon return. They inspected them and sent me pictures of the wear and stated, 'your return request for a refund has been denied because the shoes appear to be used/worn'. I wrote them back and stating that's the reason I sent them back and to please review the previous comment showing the reason we are returning, BECAUSE THEY ARRIVED USED. They immediately closed the claim, opened a seller account on their site, and placed my shoes up for sale as used and told me they would charge me a commission for selling them. Now they will not respond and will not address the issues.

A return now being refused with only options to pay return shipping or consign with GOAT. They've opened up an unauthorized consigning account for me.
I purchased sneakers from GOAT on April 6th and received them in 3 days instead of 7-10 days as was told. My son tried them on only once for

I would appreciate my money returned or a full store credit. I would prefer the refund so that I don't have to have any further transactions with GOAT and my money would not be given to this business. Ultimately I want my account closed and no more emails from GOAT.

Please advise that per our Return Policy, we accept returns on New In Box, New No Box and GOAT Clean purchases that are in the same condition as when shipped. To be eligible for a credit, item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris, and all original packaging included. Since GOAT is a Marketplace, and not a traditional Retail Store, we require strict verification standards for what makes a sneaker New or Used. Per your correspondence with our support team however, the shoes were admittedly worn inside the house. As such, dirt or debris as the result of try-on likely occurred and the shoes are regrettably no longer eligible for return.

At this time, the option to either return or consign the sneakers has been presented via the GOAT app. Please note that in the event that a selection is not made within 14 days of notice, your sneakers are eligible to be consigned automatically under your GOAT account, per our terms. Worst customer service I have ever received. I opened a ticket with goat on April 19, 2019. I purchased ultra boosts which were suppose to be in new condition. Upon arrival the shoe box was completely damaged, something that appeared to happen prior to shipping. This decreases the value of the shoes, because if I were to resell it would be defective. Therefore I should've never paid such a high amount for shoes in "new condition" when they were anything but that! I have emailed goat several times a week trying to resolve this problem. They offered to refund me $10 for shipping. When I was unsatisfied with this I asked for a full refund and they said they would give me goat credit minus shipping (which is outrageous and almost $30 both ways!!!!) I emailed them for days in a row asking for a supervisor. Finally got a response today that the ticket has been escalated, which I am sure I will have no resolution as it is May 2nd. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

Didn't receive product still kept my shipping money, fedex made 1 attempt to deliver when its clear an apparent what my address is
Garbage company. Fedex called me and said they couldn't find my address and said I didn't provide enough information. I've received over 100 packages delivered to my business and they sent the shoes back to GOAT after 1 "failed delivery attempt" The driver didn't even make an attempt to try to find I gave clear instruction on how to find our business. Our business is located on Google maps and the driver didn't make a redelivery attempt. I reached out to GOAT before the shoes were shipped back to them and they were of no help. They refunded me my money - $20 for shipping... it doesn't cost $20 to ship a pair of shoes. USPS has a flatrate shoe shipping rate for less than that.

My package was delivered on 4/15 at my front door when I arrived home I discovered my package was missing. I immediately contacted the shipper/courier
I placed an order for a pair of "CLAY" Yeezy Boost 350 for $300.00 that was scheduled to be delivered on 04/15/19 via UPS. After tracking the package later that day the package showed delivered at 4:47 PM and left at front door. When I got home later that evening the package was not there. Immediately I contacted the courier and made them aware of the issue. I also reached out to Goat the shipper via email within 24 hrs of the delivery via email because there is no other to contact them. After sending 2 emails about the issue I finally here from Support Representative *** on April 16 at 3:58 pm when my first initial email went out April 16 at 3:48pm. *** verifies my shipping address for accuracy. I explain to *** the complex that I am living is new and I only been there for about month or soo. The next day I get a email from *** stating that I must fill out and submit affidavit along with my photo ID to there insurance company in order to proceed with a claim for missing package. I submitted required documentation on April 18 at 9:51am. I hear back from *** on April 18 at 11:21am. She advised me that the documents had been received and she escalated this Ticket (XXXXXXX) and a member of the escalation team will follow up with me within 48 business hours. If you do not hear back response to this email thread. It now April 24, 2019 and I hadn't gotten any updates. Its more than 96 business still no update or response letting me know that my issue still being worked on nothing. I would like a full refund.

I have ordered 7 pairs of shoes from GOAT so im a regular customer. However, I never received my Yeezy Sesames. They told me I would get an update within 48 hours. It's been a week with no response and now I'm debating if I should continue doing business with them. All I need is an update as to whats going on. Plus I have another pair waiting to get shipped.

I recently ordered a Pair of 350 V2 about 2 weeks ago, it got delivered to the wrong house. I've contact goat they have not done anything about this, I was told I would get an update about the next step in 48 hours it has been a week since then. All I asked was for a refund or a replacement for the loss item but they are not trying to respond to my messages. This company is stealing people's money. How in the world they don't have a phone number to contact them but just a stupid email that they don't even respond to.

I purchased a pair of sneakers from GOAT on April 12 in a size 8. I was looking for a Women's 8 and was sent a Men's 8. When I gave them to my daughter on Easter, April 21, we realized they were Mens's size so need a Men's size 6. I promptly emailed customer service to try to change for different size and they told me that I only get 3DAYS to send back. I paid 430 for these canvas shoes and they are trying to get me to sell them back on there website and to purchase the new size. This way they commission on my sale and the new purchase just because of a change in size. Terrible customer service and this should be known since the products on the site are very expensive.

I feel the point is being missed here. I had to pay fees and then sell the sneakers at a loss just to get some money back. The same sneakers that were sold to me as 'new' and 'perfect' condition, were never worn and sent back but then not honored as 'new' 'perfect' condition sneakers. GOAT should be ashamed...

I accept this response from GOAT. They came through like they said and gave me a complete refund plus a $10.00 credit. I am completely satisfied with the response. But getting to the point was a complete hassel. I most likely will not be a returning customer just for hassel sake.

If I could I would give them negative stars. Buying from here is like risking all the money. If it doesn't fit, u can't exchange, u have to pay shipping, also return shipping, leaving you with about half of what you paid, that also in store credit.

We are transparent with our Return Policy on both our website and app, which clearly states that once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the item(s), less the shipping costs to and from you, by issuing you site credit (GOAT credit) to use on future purchases. Since GOAT is a Marketplace, and not a Retail Store, we rely on the inventory of sellers to list and price their own items, which are then available for you to purchase. Because of this, we are regrettably unable to offer exchanges. Instead, you may use any eligible GOAT credit received from an approved return towards the purchase of a new pair of shoes!

This complaints regards GOAT order XXXXXXXX. I got my order on 17 Apr 19. Upon opening the box, I saw the shoes are not new as claimed; they are used.
This complaints pertains to GOAT order #XXXXXXXX.
After finding the Nike Foamposite Gym Red shoes on an Internet search, on 6 Apr 19, I sent an email to ***@goat.com letting them know I was interested in purchasing them. Because I was concerned that someone would sell used shoes as if they are new, I asked to see photos of the insoles and soles of both shoes and the box before buying them. On 7 Apr 19, *** S. (GOAT Support) replied to my email saying, "If the shoes are Brand New, they should look like and appear in the same condition as the ones in the stock photos, unless indicated otherwise. The sellers are also required to indicate the condition of the box. If they are not as described, we will notify you and issue a full refund during authentication. Please let us know if you have other questions or concerns."
On 7 Apr 19, I wrote, "Are you the seller or is there a third party selling these shoes?" *** replied, "The shoes come from our expansive network of thoroughly vetted sellers that are located all over the United States. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you need anything else!" I replied, "So if the shoes aren't what the seller claims, what does a full refund during authentication look like? A credit back to my credit card or something else? I've seen dozens of sellers selling cleaned up used shoes as new. I've seen dozens of sellers selling shoes so worn that the logo is worn off the insole as new." *** (GOAT Support) replied, "If the sneaker is not as described, we will issue a full refund back to your original form of payment. On 8 Apr 19, *** O. replied, "If the shoes are Brand New, they should look like and appear in the same condition as the ones in the stock photos, unless indicated otherwise. The sellers are also required to indicate the condition of the box. Please let us know if you have other questions or concerns."
With that assurance, I bought them on 8 Apr 19 for $ 400. The GOAT order email said, "Your order is being sent to GOAT for authentication by our specialists. Once authenticated, we'll quickly ship it your way."
They were delivered on the a.m. on 17 Apr 19. I got home around 6:10 p.m. Upon opening the box I saw that they were not new. They were worn so much that the "Air" imprint on the insoles of both shoes was worn off. Also, there is dried dirt on the outsole of one of them. GOAT claims to have "authenticated" the shoes are what the seller claims. The GOAT website said they were "NEW" and the box "badly damaged." The shoebox was not "badly damaged;" the box was hardly had any creases.
On 17 Apr 19 between 6:15 pm and 7:30 pm, I opened the shipping box/shoebox. I took photos of the shoes and put them back in the Nike shoebox inside the shipping box, where they remain. I never tried them on after seeing the insoles and the dirt.
On 17 Apr 19 at 7:31 pm I sent an email to GOAT describing the email exchanges between me and GOAT Support prior to my purchase. I attached 3 photos of the insoles showing signs of a lot of wear and to prove there is dried dirt on the outsole of one of them. I wrote, "I could be wrong but, in my opinion, these shoes could not have been authenticated by anyone at GOAT. If someone had opened the box and actually looked at the insoles of the shoes they would have immediately known that these shoes are NOT NEW; they are USED. If someone at GOAT had looked at the outsoles of the shoes they would have seen dried dirt and knew that they shoes had been worn. They would have known these shoes are NOT NEW."
As of 19 Apr 19 there has been NO REPLY; ironic given how quickly GOAT Support replied before my purchase. After paying $400 for used shoes, GOAT has gone silent. My guess is that they won't ever respond. There is no phone number on their website; buyers are forced to use email.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund back to my original form of payment because these shoes are not as described. I don't want a "store credit" because I don't want to do business with a company that claims to "authenticate" shoes as new before they go out in the mail when, in fact, my guess is that no one looked at the shoes to see that they were not in NEW condition. I'm fully prepared to take legal action to get a full refund back to my original form of payment because these shoes are not as described.

Today, GOAT refunded my payment in full after the shoes I returned were delivered to them. The Revdex.com complaint can be closed. I do NOT recommend doing business with GOAT to ANYONE.

My shoes were stolen , UPS Delivered them to the wrong spot and someone took them
I am trying to get in contact with Goat this seems the only way to get them to acknowledged you. My shoes were stolen because UPS delivered them in the wrong spot due to having a new driver they have acknowledged this I filed a complaint on there site and they are awaiting GOAT to acknowledged it I have tried contacting GOAT and they refuse to talk to me I have sent emails and messages on facebook there customer support is so bad.

To get a refund for the amount of the shoe i paid for . UPS needs to talk to you so they can refund you then you can refund me its that simple.

We are very sorry to hear about your missing package! Please know that GOAT has a dedicated support team to assist with processing claims on your behalf with the shipping courier and takes responsibility for issuing any applicable refunds upon completion of a missing package investigation. In some instances however, additional documentation may be required in order to process your claim. That being said, we provided you with an Affidavit via email on 4/22/2019 which we requested to be signed and returned. As of 5/2/2019, we have yet to receive a completed version of this form.

Please note that we require compliance with this documentation in order to proceed. We invite the customer to respond to GOAT directly for any additional assistance in completing their package claim.

I sold my sneakers to this app and was supposed to receive $280 after the app earns their own percentage but I never received my part of the money.
On February 23rd 2019, I sold the Air Jordan Retro 'Infrared' 2019 (woman size 8, men size 6.5) for $315 and after the app takes their percentage, I am supposed to receive $280. On February 28th 2019, after my sneakers have successfully reached them, they emailed me saying that they had to cancel and refund the buyer's order due to their specialists discovering a wrong size or sku. For my order (order #XXXXXXXX), they gave me 2 options, either to co-sign the sneakers with them or have my sneakers shipped back to me for $9. The option I selected was to co-sign the sneakers but I have not received the money for it yet while they still have my sneakers. I emailed them about the situation a couple times but they just say that they'll contact me but they never do.

I need the $280 I was supposed to earn.

Please note that when consigning a sneaker on GOAT, you are not paid until the shoe has resold. As previously advised via our support channels, since we initially received an incorrect SKU for the attempted sale, you were ineligible for cash out upon verification. At this time, your consigned sneaker is an active listing on GOAT and available for potential buyers to purchase. Once the sneaker is sold once more, you will receive a confirmation email and a cash credit for the successful completion of the sale.

I don't accept this response because in order for the sneakers to be resold, you have to re-list the sneakers all over again like the first time you were selling them. In order to do that, you have to take pictures of the sneakers and the box and the sneakers are not in my possession anymore because I sent it to the company already. And no the pictures of the sneakers are not saved anywhere.

When listing sneakers for sale on GOAT, photos are only required when listing 'Used' shoes. Since your shoes were verified as 'New' and the original sale was incomplete only due to an incorrect SKU, the SKU was updated accordingly and the listing was activated once more under your account. Bought shoes from goat when I received them they were damaged messaged support they offered 15 dollars store credit Verification wasn't done properly
all they wanted to offer was 15 store credit or send the shoes back they'd refund me less shipping and handling but only give me store credit not my money back also they do not verify there shoes otherwise damage would've been seen they're selling used shoes as NEW

I would accept either 45 dollars back actually refund of money not store credit or them to pay shipping back on them an refund me the money I spent not store credit

Upon further review of the photos provided however, we have determined that the small scuff found on the toe-box of the shoe is due to a manufacturing inconsistency. As such, this would not have been considered an issue during out verification process. We do want you to be happy with your order however, so a credit was offered should you decide to keep the shoes or the option to return for a full credit (including shipping costs) so that you may exchange your order was also extended as an alternative. Please advise that when returning International purchases, your local government is responsible for refunding any customs fees paid once the item is returned. I contacted nike they said they would've never let shoes go out that way and scuff that isn't a scuff it's clear it's a cut slash second I was never offered to send them back including shipping I was offered 15 dollar credit with u guys with the way y'all do buisness I would never deal with u second the refund was to be offered only to buy shoes from u guys again which I would never deal with you guys again
