Sent the wrong size shoe, delayed response to my email.
I made an order on May 18 2019 (order #XXXXXXXX) for a pair of gucci slides that cost $215 and paid $10 shipping (which adds up to almost $300 CAD). I live on a border town so I shipped them to a parcel place in the states across the bridge. I received an email May 23 at around midnight from this place that they had been delivered. I made a special trip across the bridge (which costs $8) to pick these up on May 25. These shoes were a gift to my boyfriend for our 3rd anniversary and since GOAT advertises so much about how trusted they are I wasn't worried about opening the box, I wanted to leave it in its original condition for him to open. Upon opening we were both extremely disappointed to discover that I had been given a size 8, when my confirmation email clearly shows 9. My boyfriend didn't even try them on because we could clearly tell they were too small. Everything is just has how it was sent to me. I immediately emailed GOAT about this issue and asked for a phone number to call because I wanted to get this issue resolved asap. However, they took over 2 days to respond and it was only an automated one and I didn't get a phone number. Their automated email asked for a picture and I answered within hours of them sending it. Two days later I received another automated email that basically told me to wait 2 more days for someone to get back to me and if not to send them another email to remind them to get back to me. It has almost been 48 since I received that last email and I haven't heard from them. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated because I shouldn't have to worry about a company like GOAT to send the wrong size shoe. especially when they include the punch card that shows they've verified my order. OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION TOO WELL. This was my first order from GOAT, and if they can't resolve this appropriately, I can easily say it will be my last and I will tell everyone I know to do them same. This is absolutely not my fault and I expected to be resolved appropriately.
I am looking for GOAT to send me the size I ordered (9 men's) for free and with that shipment I expect a return label to send the wrong size they initially sent me back to them. I should only have to pay for shipping once. Not twice because they got my order wrong. There literally shouldn't be any issue with what I expect because all i'm asking for is the shoe I ordered. No games.

Please note that when converting European shoe brands to US sizes however, GUCCI is typically a full US size larger than the size listed on the box. That being said, we want you/your boyfriend to be happy with your purchase (and fit into the shoes)!. Your order is eligible for a standard return for GOAT credit at this time, per our policy. Our records do show that a label was provided for return on 6/6/2019, however as of 6/17/2019, the shoes have yet to be returned.

I ordered a pair of goat aj1 on May 6th. The order number is ***. I asked why my shoes have not arrived yet. They replied on 25th that they had contacted the express company on Wednesday (May 29th), and they did not contact me any more. I have been sending them emails but did not reply. This is my worst shopping experience
I want a full refund of goat to my payment account and give a reasonable explanation. Why not reply to me? I really sent countless emails and applied for certain compensation

Ordered a psir of Jordan royalty 4s from the company GOAT 2 weeks ago and the website claimed that because my shoes were pre verified they should have been delivered within 5 to 7 days of purchasing. The shoes haven't even shipped and im not getting any response from the company.

Sold a pair of BB Adapt through them. They said they couldn't locate the charging pad and wanted to sell them for less on consignment. So I lost the $450 sell. I told them after a few weeks to just send them back to me (after going round and round about where I packed the charging pad and them trying to charge me to ship them back to me after they lost my sale). Finally shipped them back and guess where the charging pad was? Exactly where I told them I had packed it.I get no response from them. They give me the generic '48 hour? message. If you know anything about reselling, you know it's all about timing and they blew that out of the water for me.DO NOT RESALE OR PURCHASE FROM GOAT. StockX is much more reliable. GOAT is horrible, incompetent, and their customer service team is a joke.

They updated you that an additional issue was present upon verification of your shoe, which were scuff marks on the shoe. Our team notified you of the scuff marks and provided photos to you. We did indeed have to cancel this order due to both issues. Our team did refund the shipping cost back to you, as you did update us the charger was found once you received the order back from us, but unfortunately, due to the scuffing on the shoe and it not being in pristine condition, we did ultimately have to cancel the sale.

The scuff marks weren't even mentioned until MONTHS of back and forth, once I finally received the shoes back and proved the charger was exactly where I said it was (and where it was supposed to be). You've even admitted as much in your response. I lost out on the sale because the person that verifies the shoes said they couldn't locate the charger and asked if I wanted to sell it for LESS. That's how this all started.
Not to mention, I'd love to know what goes into your subjectivity in regards to "scuffing", because I sold them through StockX with 0 issues. So it's amazing to me that I could go through a more strenuous process at StockX and they find no magical issues with scuffing that appeared all of a sudden when I proved the charger had been provided exactly where I said it would be and exactly where it was when the shoes were purchased.
Lastly, it's hilarious to me that you think anything was wrong with them at all, considering I purchased them from you and never wore them. So you're essentially admitting if there were scuff marks, that whoever verified them for me when I purchased them initially didn't have the same level of verification that occurred when I sold them. So your standards are not only subjective, but inconsistent.
An apology and an admission of wrongdoing in servicing a paying client would've probably made me get over this, but because you dragged it out and then blamed it on me, forcing me to miss the sale, I promise you that anyone that will listen to me won't buy their sneakers through you. You literally could've just apologized for mishandling this, but the fact that you think I should be grateful that you waived a shipping fee to send my shoes back to me after you fked me on all of this made it a thousand times worse.
I don't know who runs CS or customer experience for you guys, but you REALLY need to have them second guess their career. Piss poor for people spending hundreds of dollars per transaction through your company.
You did me 100% wrong. And instead of owning up to it, you shifted the blame back to me. You've been exposed. Hilariously. Considering other companies with stricter guidelines essentially came over the top to show that your "standards" are hilarious.

Never purchase from this company. I received the wrong sneakers two weeks ago, have written several times and they have yet to respond. Not just the wrong sneakers a completely different gender, color, brand... totally wrong. Written several times heard one response then nothing. Unbelievable.

Basically I am here to inform you that I did in fact have the GOAT app downloaded to my phone as I was looking at different sites and apps to try to find my son a nice pair of shoes at a somewhat reasonable price and I was excited to share what I found with my son as I had just downloaded the GOAT app to my phone the morning of May 26th 2019. I had never used this app before and obviously I wasnt aware until after the initial "browsing" of the app to learn what it was about that it had an option to make an offer. Well in order to make the offer you were required to link your payment information. The way the links are in the app i'm promising you a ton of people have this problem and thats saying without me even meeting any of them! Trust me when I say this, go check the app out. I am begging you because (and yes I in fact grilled my son and did whatever I could to attempt to beat what truth he had already been giving me all along, out of him. I feel terrible for not believing him). He evidently clicked a link that added the shoes to the "own" portion of the app. I was next to him throughout all of this and the link that it takes you to, does not even have the option to remove your payment info. Its just basically stuck in their system without me being able to take it off and there is a charge to my bank account. What am I supposed to do if I cant contact them through the phone nor email? This isnt the first complaint I know for a fact because I've read up on quite a ton of them!

The customer service was a disaster. I purchased a pair of AIR JORDAN 1 RETRO HIGH TD 'ORIGIN STORY' on May 7th, 2019, two weeks later I got a pair of AJ 1, in children size. I then opened a ticket on May 16th, 2019, with the hope to return it or change it. Lester was responsive in the beginning, while by receiving my photos of approval, they claimed to escalate the ticket and would respond to me within 48 hours, at the latest. The truth is that they have never replied to my email since then. I am very disappointed and will deny the charge.
I don't recommend GOAT to anyone.

Ordered a pair of sneakers paid 125.00 the item has yet to get to me nor show any signs of being sent to me I have contacted this company on servers occasions by the only means they have which is by opening a ticket and only response I get is an automated one which says the item is being shipped to them for verification and after being verified than it will be shipped to me well I haven't seen anything every day for the past five days I have not received any info on my item

Company stole my money and didn't even send product.
They illegally submitted my order and charged my credit card. I had changed my mind about placing the order through their website but I got a charge. I tried to get it refunded but they would do it. They stated it was processed and couldnt not cancel even though I contacted them 30 minutes after they did it. It has now been 2 months and I still have not received item and they claim they still can not cancel order.
I want my money back. I've tried numerous time contacting the company I saved every email. I even contacted my credit card company and when they spoke to them they were informed items shipped but could not produce tracking info.

Ordered some shoes from goat, never took them out of the box except to take photos. Sold them on goat, but they didn't pass *** due to damages.
First of all, I got stuck with a shoe I didn't want because I accidentally placed an order and the website would not let me cancel my order, even though I tried immediately after I was notified and before the seller confirmed the sale, so I contacted customer service. It took them a day to get back to me and the seller had already confirmed, but not shipped the package yet, so they told me I could return the shoe and lose almost $30 in shipping, and only get back $174 of the $200 I paid in store credit. I unwillingly told them to proceed because I will just resale the shoe and make my money back. Order number: XXXXXXXX date: 2/28/19
I get the shoes, and post them on GOAT for sale, only removing them from the box to take the photos required to resale on the website. Never wore them. Left them in the original box they were shipped in from GOAT.

Product arrives at GOAT and I am told that the shoes are damaged/worn and the box is damaged with photos provided. I respond saying that there is no way they are worn, and that the photos they sent had no evidence of wear. There was some scuffing on the side of the midsole and the corner of the box appears to have been smashed. the day I sent the shoes there was a tornado outbreak and I told them that this was probably do to shipping. They only give me the option of offering a discount. But the buyer declined the discount (I would to if I spent 220 on a pair of shoes and they were damaged). Now GOAT wants to charge me shipping to get my shoes back, which are now worth about half of what they were in the perfect condition I sent them in, or to have them consign them for 10% less than the lowest price they sell for. Either way I am going to lose money. All for a shoe I didn't want in the first place. I have explained all this to them in email, because they don't have any customer service phone number, and I have requested they help me file a claim with UPS compensate for the damages, but I get no response to my messages, just an automated "please select from the options (pay for return shipping or consignment) below".
I'm a college student trying to make back the rent money I didn't want to spend on the shoes in the first place. This website/company has been nothing but trouble for me. And I would discourage anyone from ever using it.
Either send me back my shoes and help me file a UPS claim to compensate for the loss of value due to damages, or refund me for the original price I purchased the shoes for, because I never wore them and they must have gotten past a lazy inspection and I paid new price for used shoes.

First, our records show that your original order was completed through the completion of an Offer. Offers may be submitted for any specific sneaker listed on GOAT at the price you're willing to pay with an expiration of 3, 7, or 30 days time. Per our terms, once an offer is accepted there are no cancellations. Please note however, that an offer may be deleted from your GOAT account at any time prior to acceptance. This offer was created on 2/14/2019 with a 30 day expiration date and was accepted by your seller on 2/28/2019.
Since your order was regrettably ineligible for cancellation, you were offered a one time courtesy to process an early return. That is to say, you were eligible for a standard return for GOAT credit, less the cost of shipping for this item - per our Return Policy - however, we would save you the time required to ship and return your item(s) prior to being issued your eligible credit. As stated, this option was declined and your order was later verified and shipped to you as of 3/11/2019.
When the sneakers were resold on 5/14/19, 2 months later, they unfortunately did not pass verification as the item(s) then showed signs of having been tried on. Since GOAT is a Marketplace, and not a Retail Store, our verification standards for what qualifies a sneaker as 'New' are strict, and your sneakers regrettably no longer qualified. Photos were provided of the scuffs/wear on 5/20/2019 and again, options were presented to you with how to proceed. Please note that it is our policy whenever selling/returning an item that does not pass verification that you may either pay the return costs or consign the item for sale under your GOAT account.
Once your sneakers have resold, you will be notified and your credit issued for completion of the sale. At that time you will be able to withdraw your earnings towards an ACH/PayPal account or apply any cash credits towards a new purchase on GOAT. Made a purchase with GOAT in April never received the shoes. I reached out to GOAT numerous of times to never hear back from anyone.

I have reached out to the company (GOAT) numerous of times by e-mail because there is no number to contact them directly. As of this date I still have not heard back from anyone regarding my refund for $150

The company finally refunded me my money back on June 1, 2019. Not sure if me reaching out to your company helped but thanks so much.
So I sold a couple of shoes to GOAT, and it's going well. But I had this incident where I sold one of my Jordan 1 lows and it has been in LA California ready to pick up for about 3 weeks now. I opened up a ticket, and within those days I kept asking them for an update. The more worried I got because they didn't even reply or assure me at all!! I have been waiting for my money to come and it'll be almost a month(next week).. I keep emailing Nando, begging for a cash out because I felt like they took my shoes without paying me.. Lastly, I had sold more shoes after that incident(even tho it was not fixed yet) because I needed money to pay some bills! I'm more afraid that they won't pay me at all for the upcoming shoes that I have sold! Because they didn't even reply or pay me for my first item I have sold!! This is really unprofessional for a company that has been dealing with shoes for a while now. I have been an app user for a long time now and I am very upset that they haven't gotten back to me without any updates !! I have been recommending this company to all my friends, but if this keeps happening, I would rather tell them other places for shoes.. really disappointed of how they handle this business !!

So I've shipped the Air Jordan 1 og Union to Goat app through UPS, my package has been lost through ups mail since 4/24/2019, Goat hasn't paid me yet
I'm So I've shipped the Air Jordan 1 og Union order #XXXXXXXX sku #BVXXXX XXX to Goat app through UPS shipping on 4/22/2019 , my package has been lost through ups mail since 4/24/2019 which is the day Goat should've looked into my lost package & started a claim, it took them 1 day after the 24th to respond & they requested for proof of shipping and my I.D. which I sent them both. On 4/29/2019 3-4 days later they received my info they escalated the ticket and began an investigation with UPS. I've tried contacting GOAT 40 times about the update of my lost package and investigation they have not responded but only once on a different ticket I created just try and get them to respond! Now I had to personally reach out to UPS myself on 5/3/2019 and repor this situation, upon doing that I learned that Goat app never even communicated with ups to start an investigation. 6 days later 5/9/2019 UPS had told me that the investigation is closed and they filed the claim and has been waiting on Goat app to send back paper work or watever they to allow UPS to initiate a payout of $922 to Goat in which Goat would have to pay me out that same amount when they receive the funds! Goat has not yet communicated with UPS & hasn't sent back the documents & they are ignoring my concerns about this situation. I am messed out of $922 rn & wants Goat to to pay me for my lost package!

Refund/Exchange
Order *** I brought these shoes as a gift and wanted to do an exchange because they were too small. I contacted the customer service support group and got emailed by 3 different people and was told that I have a 3 day window for a return and that I can try to sell the shoes on the site. The policy stated that returns can be done on shoes except special order shoes. Retro 9s are not special order shoes. How can I return shoes within 3 days if it is a gift? That is absolutely ridiculous to even imagine that a return should be that quick. My shoes did not come to me in 3 days, and then proceed to tell me I can sell the shoes on the website. Do I look like a seller? I just wanted a simple exchange for a bigger size. Why not just credit my account and you sell the shoes sense it seems you are not being considerate of shoe sizes and exchanges as gifts.
I would like a refund once the shoes are returned to the company. Store credit would be okay if the business was better, but I don't want to order anything else from the site.

Please note that we accept returns on New In Box, New No Box and GOAT Clean purchases that are in the same condition as when shipped. According to the tracking for this order however, your sneakers were delivered on 4/10/2019. Since a request for return was not made until 5/7/2019, 27 days later, the window for return had regrettably expired.

Returns should be longer than 3 days especially when the shoes have never been worn still in 4the same condition that was received. The shoes are a gift it can take longer than 3 days to send a gift to a loved one. That policy is utterly ridiculous which shows that this company is all for itself and not the customers
Because GOAT is a Marketplace, and not a Retail Store, we are unable to offer a traditional Return Policy - an average of 14 days from delivery. All of the inventory on GOAT is listed and sold by individual sellers. As such, we are unable to offer exchanges of product or hold funds in order to accommodate a buyer gifting decision. Again, our Return Policy is clearly outlined on both our app and website, outlining the 3 day window in which all customers are allotted to initiate a return request. Since this return was requested nearly 30 days from the time of delivery however, we are regrettably unable to accept a return at this time.

I have sent back some shows I bought becaus they won't fit and Goat said they could only refund me in store credit so I accepted and they gave me 420 usd in store credit for the two pairs I returned. I then wanted to use the credit to buy another and it said it was available on the account, but whenever I tried purchasing a pair with the credit it would not work. I contacted customer service and it's been over 2 weeks and they still have not answered me they just keep telling me they escalated the problem to someone else. This is honestly fraud what they are doing as they are prohibiting me from using my own money . I have had multiple bad experiences with goat but this crosses the line

No response from customer service after several attempts for a pair of shoes I ordered.
I ordered a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago and haven't received them. I was notified of a shipping delay but that was several days ago and no further updates to my inquiries. This is quite unprofessional and they only have email to get in contact with them.
Plain and simple: I want my money back.

I sold shoes with GOAT, the sale was canceled and the shoes were to be returned. Almost 2 months later, I still have no confirmation of return.
On March 24, 2019, I was notified that a pair of shoes (Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Triple White Size 11.5, Order No. XXXXXX) I had sold through GOAT were rejected due to small defects. I accepted that they have to either be consigned or returned to me as long as I pay the return shipping. I opted to have them returned to me and I paid $9 on March 24, the payment was confirmed and I received a tracking code. A week passed and no update was available for the tracking code. I filed a trouble ticket with GOAT and was instructed to contact the shipping provider (UPS), where I was told it was a shipping error on GOATs end. So I contacted GOAT a second time and after a week of waiting for a response, I was told that the shipping information was entered incorrectly and I was required to pay an additional shipping fee. At this point I just wanted the shoes to be returned. I paid another $10 for return shipping on April 24, 2019. I was told I would receive a tracking update within 3 business days. It was been 12 business days and I have inquired twice about the issue. The only response I have gotten is a notification that the issue has been "escalated" and I will receive a response within "48 business hours" or 6 days time.
I think the most appropriate resolution would be a refund for the $19 in shipping I have paid as well as the shoes returned as soon as possible, overnight shipping would be ideal due to having to wait almost 2 months for the shoes to be returned.

I bought a 2 pairs of Jordans 10's 1. grey and Black Double nickel and the Black and Red pair. I was told they were new and they are not. No response
I used a pre paid credit card and I ordered 04-14-19 and when both shoes arrived they were in horrible condition one didn't even have laces and the great and white pair what filthy and the red and black pair were barely being held together. I sealed the box and shipped it back. Emailed them on 04-14-19 and explained why and still have not heard a damn thing. I'm considering filling civil suit as it was almost $700 for both are use prepaid cards on the Internet so I'm not hacked. Please help either replace them or refund my money
I want both pairs new sent to me black and grey Jordan 10s and black and red Jordan 10s, or a complete refund. I would prefer My shoes ASAP
