Company did not display correct information and will not cancel an order
I went on website today to purchase sneakers for my husband9:02am. After going through checkout they sent a confirmation email saying it was a 13Y ; In the email there are instructions on how to cancel order. if it hasnt been 3 hours and if the seller has not verified. Neither has happened at 9:02-9:20 I sent 20 emails to cancel this and receive a full refund; they will not cancel; it was UNCLEAR the size shoes that was being offered and the instructions on cancelling are not only not clear it is a hoax because once purchased there are no options anywhere on site to cancel. I would like to purchase the correct size.

As you mentioned, our cancellation policy allows you to cancel any eligible order within 3 hours of placing it or before the seller confirms the sale - whichever happens first. Your order was placed on 6/11/2019 at 7:02am. Since your seller later confirmed the sale at 7:07am, your order was ineligible for cancellation at the time we received your first email at 7:18. Please note that sending additional messages to our support team does not guarantee a faster response. Since we answer all our messages in the order in which they are received, we were regrettably not able to respond to the 17 emails received between 7:18am and 7:36am, any faster than had you sent 1 email. That being said however, our records show that you have successfully completed a return as of 6/21/2019 and purchased a new sneaker in your preferred size as of 6/23/2019. Please stay away from this sick company guys. Very bad process. They had cancel my Order three times already just because the seller saw the price of the shoes going up than they regret to sell it. Do you think that would be fair to any buyer. And my order it's on the 6th on June. It has be confirmed and on the process it says seller is sending the shoes on the way to this sick company. Two days later when the price went up the process back to seller confirm only. So I have strong trust that may not be the seller regrets to sell the shoes. This GOAT keeping the shoes and later sell it for a better price. Guys please read my story. Stay away from this liar company. You'll thank me later.

Pair of shoes were delivered to the company Goat when it should have been sent to Flight Club. When I checked the tracking number it was delivered to Goat and signed by someone there. I reached their support team and I was told that the issue has been handed up and I should hear from them within 48 hours at latest it has now been a week and I have not heard anything back I sent them emails, multiple emails and I have not been responded to. This is ridiculous. I feel like I'm being robbed. I need that package back. Or at least know whats going on. Horrible customer service.

DECISION:

I ordered a pair of ultra boosts last week. I put in the wrong address and they told me there was no way they could possibly change the address even though the seller hadn't even packed up or shipped the shoes. Fine, that is their policy and I will accept it.

Now I received my shoes and they do not fit. The app says that my return label has been sent when IN FACT IT HAS NOT BEEN EMAILED TO ME, I only have 3 days to send it back from the day I received it which was yesterday evening. I will be declining this charge on my CC and this website should be shut down. I emailed in regards to a change of address and this poor soul Christopher emailed me back telling me to file a claim for a missing package. It's unfortunate how incompetent a business can be when they are selling items of 300$ +. You have the absolute worst customer service and I hope your hype is short lived. Stop scamming people.

I ordered a pair of shoes from GOAT. Upon receiving my package from GOAT I found that I only received 1 shoe.
I ordered a pair of Pharrell x NMD Human Race 'Inspiration Pack' shoes from GOAT (order number XXXXXXX) on 5.15.19., for $250.00. I have ordered several pairs of shoes from this site and have been pleased with my previous purchases. I received my package at around 2 weeks on 5.28.19 which is normal for being stationed in Italy. When I opened my package however I found that there was only one shoe in the shoe box. I did what I thought was best and tried to find GOAT's contact information, after searching all I could find was there customer support email address. I sent them an initial email explaining the situation on 5.30.19, they replied saying that they would get back to me within 48 hours. They got back to me asking me to sign an affidavit they sent to me and send a scanned copy of my photo ID as well so that they could start a claim with there insurance company, after sending the affidavit and scanned photo ID I received another email saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. On June 07 they replied saying "Hi ***,

We reviewed our security footage and we can confirm that both shoes were sent to us and that the full pair was also sent out to you. If the seller sent in 1 shoe, the order would have been stopped during authentication and you would have been notified.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your patience." .
I replied saying that this was not a solution to the problem and that I would like to continue to try to find a solution. I told them "at the end of the day, a customer that has bought a lot of shoes from you did not receive what he paid for."

All I want is for them to send me the other shoe.

I am currently training in the United States for two months, I shipped my package to goat on the 17th of June, it usually takes around 2 weeks to send/receive packages from overseas. I have a receipt for the shipment at my house in Italy and will be able to provide proof of shipment upon my return in August. I will continue checking my bank statement to see if the refund has gone through. The pair of shoes that I ordered has recently gone up to the price of $320 and I got them for $260, I am disappointed that GOAT wasn't more helpful with the situation. I would have liked to receive my package complete for the price that I paid.

Placed order and the sale was canceled. Received email that money would be refunded in 3 days. It's been going two weeks and no refund as yet. No one responds to emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM GOAT APP I was sent FAKES and the bottom of sneakers Have stains, supposed to be brand new they will not refund in original payment
Order number I made offer on Jordan 1 court purple OG high for 225 on May 23rd 2019. My offer was accepted hours later and shipped a few hours later, remember I never chosen the option (instant ship) so I'm assuming I was sent sneakers that someone tried on and sent back, I contact goat about that and was told my sneakers were already authenticated I had more questions but clyed was beating around the bush. I received my sneakers may 28th I notice white stain on bottom and little dirt on sole and The different color stitching (white) my pair I purchased from snrks are red. I open a ticket telling them I don't think my sneakers are legit and the bottom has stains *** forward my complaint to *** , *** was beating around the bush even when I sent her multiple pictures proving my complaint she offers goat credit and I had to pay for shipping I said I wanted my refund in original payment because the sneakers are fake and has stains ,kept getting offered goat credit, I opened up new tickets to speak with someone else I sent MULTIPLE pictures proving their fake I even sent pics of my pairs I purchased from sneakers app on June 6th 2019 and they resolved that ticket no one never replied, I opened up another ticket June 5th 2019 asking why didn't anyone reply I was sold fakes and that was resolved and no one replied I opened up ANOTHER ticket today 6-8-2019 it showing the sneakers they sent me of how the bottoms weren't identical and that was resolved minutes later! I even told *** that the paper color was lighter than my legit pair she never acknowledged that! Order number XXXXXXXX I paid 225 plus shipping which is a total of 235 with my debit card goat is selling fakes do not waste your money just wait for release date or don't pay resell at all please! The sneakers were sent and was not as described I figured out that they were fakes by comparing them to my retail pairs both pine green and court purple the stitching is off the jumpman sticker was missing and the NIKE logo on one pair of the shoe is off the letter I and the letter K is fatter than my retail pair that was the main picture I kept sending and *** never acknowledged the difference! And I find it sketchy that they do not have a business number that you can call, buy sneakers before release date with NO LID or BOX do yourself a favor do not buy from goat even if the sneakers they sent me are legit (which they're not) they should have never sent me those sneakers with the dirt on bottom and missing jumpman sticker it was not in new condition! One more thing I took out the soles it's two cuts the on the side of soles that are sloppy which means they're fake my retail pair has one cut and it's NEAT I sent pics of that *** was in denial She has the power to help and refund me in original payment but she chooses not to even after all the pics I sent proving they're fake the last picture I sent today 6-8-2019 was a pic of the sneakers sent from goat showing that the bottom of sneakers aren't identical that was resolved no one replied

Goat job is to figure out if brand new sneakers are legit and haven't been used or have stains if they're fake they will refund money in original payment if a brand new shoe has stains on bottom or dirty they refund your money in original payment I was sent FAKE sneakers with stains I want my refund in original payment not goat credit. I did not receive my full refund in original payment I was sold fakes with stain on bottom and they got away plus *** said I would get 25$ of goat credit because of the issue, but never gave me anything I received 209$ of goat credit which I'm not going to use

People do not buy from goat if u consider make sure you have a legit pair of sneakers to to comparisons like myself I have court purple and pine *** and compared both I even compared my crimson and spider man Jordan 1 to the bottom of sneakers and it still doesn't match it's best to save your money I LOST 235 that could've went in my savings but I put my trust in goat and was deceived, even though I sent *** MULTIPLE PICTURES PROVING they're FAKE ,also the jumpman sticker was missing so fakes come with jumpman stickers? (GS size) please save your money it's not worth it *** lied to me and stated the sneakers will be checked again and they will contact me which they never did if the sneakers were "legit" after they checked them twice I would've took them back and sold them to get most of my money back. Also they will not let me deactivate my account

Shoes didn't appear authentic and were delivered with minor imperfections on the shoe.
I purchased an item (ORDER #XXXXXXXX) from the company on the 4th of May. When they were delivered, I noticed that the sneaker hadn't appeared authentic (based off of another pair that I purchased from Nike.com), and had minor scuffs on the soles the shoes. When I contacted the customer service, I sent over photos of the item delivered and all that was offered was a $20 credit for the scuffs on the sneaker. They advised that my only other option would be to return the sneakers for store credit (minus the shipping fees). Why should I have to pay return shipping on an item that was a) unauthentic and b) damaged? How is this fair to the seller? You all should be reprimanded for your bad business practices. I would like either an even exchange, a full refund of the item, or a store credit for the item.

Please advise that all sneakers, New and Used, are shipped to GOAT for verification of both authenticity and condition prior to being shipped to you. Each sneaker is hand verified by one of our highly-trained authenticators to inspect the materials, stitching, labels, etc... in order to ensure you get exactly what you paid for. If your sneakers are found to be falsely advertised, we'll notify you during verification and offer you a full refund for your order. Additionally, you received an authenticity card in your shoe box which is only included after verification by an authenticator at our warehouse. As a courtesy however, our authenticators reviewed the photos provided in your claim with our support agent once more and have again verified the sneakers you received as authentic.

Lastly, it is important to note that GOAT is a Marketplace and not a Retail Store. Because of this, every sneaker listed is owned and managed by individual sellers on our site, so we are regrettably unable to offer exchanges. Instead, any eligible return is refunded in GOAT credit to be used towards a future purchase, per our policy. Using this credit, you may purchase a replacement sneaker of your preference. Not enough! contractually when purchasing the item you all were supposed to send me a brand new pair of shoes containing no flaws. Since you all failed to do so the 20 dollars is not enough for me. I will be reaching out to see what legal actions can be taken here.

Delivery has been delayed, there's no way to get any updates, the costumer services never answers any email.
I purchased a pair of sneakers with GOAL on 14th May never receive the shoes. UPS update shows it supposed to deliver on 29th May but it never came. Try to reach out their costumer service couple of times via email, never get any reply! there's no other way to contact this company except emailI. I was waiting patiently, but now I just want my money back.

Okay so I placed an order on 6/1/19! I know they it takes 7-10 business days to be delivered to domestic customers but it has been saying Verification Needed since 6/3/19 which was Tuesday of last week. Knowing UPS or USPS it doesn't take that long to be delivered to a domestic address. I was informed By them that they will receive it on 6/7/19 by the end of the day. Upon checking on my order it still says verification needed... now customer service is ignoring me and won't reply to any of my emails. I honestly just want my money back! My order#*** paid a lot of money for these shoes...

Like the previous buyer Faddy stated, this company is a scam. I placed an order early Monday morning (6/3), seller confirmed in less than 3 mins. It took 5 days for them to figure out he just buying time. They assigned my shoes to another seller who done the same but placed the status as pending shipment. I run a business myself and would never treat my customers this way. To include, I understand logistic but this makes no sense. It's like everyone has the same complaint, concern and issue with them. I'm filing a complaint with the U.S attorney, it's a enough negative reviews for them to notice this scammer!

Been contacting customer service about my missing package order numerous times and STILL no response!
Ordered a pair of shoes (yeezy boost vanta) on 6/2/19 tracked them since they left the facility. delivered on 6/5/19, ups tracking says delivered but package was stolen! These shoes are $500 and I've been contacting customer service numerous times with emails and I still have yet to get a response! I either want a replacement shoe in the next size up since these were a gift that I didn't receive in time, or a refund!

This company took two pairs of shoes from me without pay and now trying to extort money from me to get my shoes back
In February I sent this company a pair of my brand new shoes they claimed to have sold but when I dropped off shoes they contacted me two weeks later saying my shoes had issues mind you they are brand new inbox with receipt so they contacted me almost a month in and ask me to consign my shoes with them so I did then they contacted me about another shoe I had listed saying it sold so I drove to drop off location and delivered the shoes now that was last month in May here it is June and this company refuse to allow me to pick my shoes up or deposit the agreed amount of funds into my account I have sent numerous request to them without any resolution all they say is someone will get back to you within 48hrs it's been months since they had my property

As such, in the event an issue is found with your item(s) upon verification, you are provided notice with detailed photos via email. Per our policy however, if the sneakers do not pass verification, you are required to pay the return costs (as the cost of shipping to GOAT was initially covered) or you may choose to consign your sneaker until it is sold once more. At any point prior to completion of a sale you may request return of your item, settling the outstanding shipping costs via the GOAT app. Unfortunately however, we do not offer pick-up as a delivery option at this time. Once your sneakers have sold, we will reach out to notify you that your credits are available!

Because now it seems that they are holding my shoe with a ransom also they're switching the information up which they provided me with saying I have shoes with Oder when my shoes are in fact brand new from authorized Nike dealer and now they are saying it doesn't pass inspection to be authentic but they are willing to resell my shoes how is that even possible if shoes aren't authentic that's why I say it's a big untruthful response the only thing I want at this point is my shoes back they have had them since February or March and it's now June I have given them ample time to sell my shoes so I refuse to pay any money to get what's rightfully mine

I researched and researched websites and YouTube videos trying to find a legit place to get air jordan retro 5s. I've wanted a pair for years and years and finally had the means to do so and a youtuber that reviews shoes answered on of my comments about being worried about getting fake retro 5s and where I should get them. Goat was one of the websites that were supposed to be legit and he said pull the trigger and go for it. That I wouldn't be dissapointed. Well I got one pair. They were legit and came with in two weeks. So I was like cool now I have somewhere that I can trust and get legit. So I bought another pair. Got them with no problems. Then the 3rd pair I went to get along with a pair for my girl friend went wrong. I don't know why they don't have a cart where you can buy more than one pair at a time but I had to buy my 3rd pair and then a minute later or so go to my girls retro 4s and buy them. But then I get this email saying the need a hashtag goat code the 5 digits for my girls retro 4s. It said that if I didn't send the code which was suposed to be on my cards transaction then my order would be cancelled in 24hrs. Well I never got any code and the money was just being held but I got the code for the shoes I bought for myself minutes before but that order went through with no problems. So they said if I cant find the code that I need to send a screen shot of my transaction anf they would help me out. Well I did that and they said that wasnt what they wanted and to call my bank to get the code. Well I don't have a bank. I use a pre paid bluebird debit card from walmart. Its an American express pre paid card. So I wait and wait and no code shows up. So I send email after email asking what is going on and what to do and never got an email back. 24hrs later my order wasnt cancelled but I still got no code and the money just sat there being held and still no reply from goat. Never did get a reply back or a code back. So after 7 days of my money being held and no reply from goat the order finally got cancelled. Not my doing and still no reply. My gf was so mad. I was so mad and confused but my money finally went back on my card after the charged me 20 more cents for a phone/mail order something and so I just got her shoes off of stock x which I am still waiting for. But that's another story. So I tried to buy a pair of jordan retro 1 black/white/black. Which I wanted so so bad and right after my purchase the same thing happens. They don't accept it and send me an email saying they need this code for proof and I know what code they are talking about but once again they never sent it. Then they send me another email saying they have sellers waiting for a confirmation from them so that I can get the shoes and that if I don't send the code that my order will get cancelled. So I don't know what is going on because its not my card. I use is everyday and have bought shoes other places after this happened and had no problem. This bums me out very much because I was planning to buy more shoes and give them way more buisness but the send that one email and then nothing so I got fed up and before the 3 hour mark I cancelled the order because I didn't want over a 100 dollars being held up again for another week while I get ignored and basically blammed for something that they are doing wrong. I read up on the phone/mail order 10 cent charge to my card and I guess it has something to do with proving its me to prove its not fraud since they can't see my card in person. Which is also why they wanted the code. My pre paof card doesnt have an operator you can talk to person to person. Just an automated menu that tells you your transactions or some other stuff that had nothing to do with finding the code they never sent me even know they sent it for the first three pairs for shoes but didn't for the last pairs I tried to buy. Like its my fault. Honestly I really liked this website. I like what they do and how they make sure you don't get fake shoes. But I'm so mad that I can no longer buy shoes after buying 3 or 4 pairs. I can't remember which one it was. But I bought a few pairs in a two month period and now I'm just burnt. Never got an email back and never got that code. I will never buy from this website again. I urge you to do the same. Do not even bother. I hope you have a better experience. I want more shoes from them but they won't send me the code and then blame me like I'm doing something wrong. Just a bunch of b.s. thanks for nothing goat. You just lost tons of business. And I mean lots. I was planning to buy at least 3 more pairs of retro 5s. At least 2 more pairs of air max 90s and a a few pairs of retro 3s and retro 4s. And at least 2 more pairs of jordan 1s. They just lost all that buisness because they can't get something right.

Ordered certain sneakers. Received wrong pair. Have emailed several times.
On May 21st I received a womens pair of Nike sneakers in size 5.5 when I ordered Comme De Garcon mens in size 12. I sent photos, various emails and I have not heard ANYTHING from this company on how they will resolve this issue. Its now June 4th and I still have not received a refund or have been told how we can resolve this. I feel that they have stolen my money for the more expensive sneaker and sent me a 60 dollar pair of nikes. They have not responded to many emails.

I will send this pair of nikes back to wherever they want but I want a refund for the smeakers that I ordered.

Hi, I purchase sneakers from the goat app, they're supposed to authenticate sneakers and check to make sure the sneakers are in good condition before sending them to the buyer, I put up an offer my offer offer was accepted from a seller and my sneakers were shipped the same day, days later I received my sneakers (I had the same shoes purchased from Nike but it was too small that's why I purchase from goat app to go a size up so the can fit right) I put an offer up on the shoe it says good condition, when I received my sneakers there's dirt on bottom and some other sticky stain, I get my sneakers to compare them to the sneakers I received from goat the soles doesn't match I flipped to look at bottom of my pair and the pair from goat the NIKE logo on bottom of shoe doesn't match and the stitching on the par from goat is a little off . I found all these problems with the sneakers which means they're fake and they don't want to refund me my money. Only goat credit my plan was to sell my pair I purchased from Nike so I could mostly get back what I spent on the sneakers from goat app I just don't have 235$ to throw away on sneakers especially if they're fake I sent MULTIPLE pictures of comparisons of my REAL pair from Nike vs their pair and nobody responded they just passed my problem off as resolved

Being Forced To Buy Shoes
I placed an order on 5/23/2019. The order was confirmed. 6 days went by and I finally received an email that said my order was finally being shipped to Goat. On 5/30/2019 I reached out to Goat to check the status of my shoes and I was told by *** that the original seller couldn't fulfill my order. He stated that he had found another seller and they accepted my order. The problem I am having is I paid a pre order price of 405. When the original order wasn't fulfilled, I should have been notified by Goat and asked if I wanted to keep my order? Goat made that decision for me and expects me to pay a higher price than what the shoe is selling for now which is 260. Why should I pay 140 dollars more for the shoe? There customer service is of no help and they are extremely quick to try and quote policies but they have no real knowledge on how to apply them. I have bought 14 pairs of shoes through Goat, and I expect better customer service than what I am receiving. I have notified them in writing that this order can be canceled and if and when they ship me the shoes, I will refuse the shipment and send them right back to them.

To save everyone the time and hassle if you will adjust the price to what they were being sold for at the time of this complaint which was 260 I will consider this matter closed. If not I will send them back to New Jersey if that can't happen. It takes your team on average of 14 days to respond to emails so I would like to speed up the response time.

Detailed Complaint:

Ordered shoes on May 15th, 2019 due to limited quantity anywhere in person or online. There was no mention of the return policy when I placed my order, until after the shoes were purchased. I returned the shoes once I received them because they were way too large, I was only given 3 days to return the shoes. I returned the shoes on May 25th, 2019, 3 days after filing for a return and receiving my shipping label.

Once I filed for a return, I was made aware of the shady return policy and business practice of GOAT. As a customer, they will not give me my money back, which to date totals $72.50. GOAT will only issue credit to the store even if you only tried on the right shoe and realized they were way too large. I emailed customer service about my complaint on May 28th and received a response on May 29th. The Customer Rep named *** informed me that they will not be issuing me a refund only store credit and that it is at their discretion to issue refunds, but due to using Afterpay as a payment method they would not be able to issue a refund. Afterpay allows refunds at the company's policy or direction.

I was not pleased to know I would have money just sitting in the form of credit, because I do not trust this company or wish to do any business with it further due to it's shady practices.

So, I emailed customer service explaining (again) my frustrations about not receiving my money back in the form of a regular refund as every other retailer I have purchased from does (online or brick and mortar)(email sent on May 31,2019). I explained how I will not be shopping with this company ever again and I have no use for a store credit. I also highlighted how shady and borderline unethical their practices are. I was met with the same statement from customer service rep *** that they will not be issuing a refund to my card as I requested (email received on June 3rd, 2019).

Before filing my complaint against GOAT, I read other reviews about their extremely poor customer service and business practices, so I know that I am not the only person this company's policies have affected negatively.

It is very suspicious to me that GOAT essentially keeps all earnings, no matter what. The return policy is ridiculous and even in returning the shoes you don't get your money back.

I want a regular refund issued back to me. I will NOT be shopping with this company in the future, nor using the credit, nor recommending them to anyone. I do not feel comfortable with their policies and the lack of information given to the consumer before making a purchase.

The Return Policy is shady and rather unethical from a business standpoint. There is no accountability for this company which shows through the list of complaints on Revdex.com and complaints on their practices on the internet. I had to search for the return policy after I bought the shoes, and was displeased to find they keep all profits with no accountability. I am not satisfied with the answer as I do not trust the company with my money or the store credit.

I will just accept the answer.

Ord Shoes sz 8.5, confirm 15 mins ltr came through as 8.5W. I emld immed 2 cncl order which they say takes 1-3 days 2 ship, but wouldn't accept!!!
I ordered sz 8.5 shoes. Confirmation 15mins later stated 8.5w shoe. I emailed immediately to cancel order which policy on website said orders once confirmed ship in 1-3 days. They responded 9 hours later saying it was too late to cancel. The order has not shipped. They want to ship it and said I could return but not for refund site credit only.

immediate refund, but in meantime I am stopping payment through cc company and have advised them I am doing this and to not ship the order.

When shopping for a replacement sneaker, we advise utilizing our size conversion feature to help determine the best fit moving forward.
