I sold a pair of shoes on GOAT's platform, to which they cancelled the sale with no justification and after ignoring me. I request a full pay out.
I sold the Vans x No Comply x *** Slip on 'Doodles' via GOAT platform, to which they cancelled with no justification and after ignoring my multiple attempts of communicating directly with them.
The Vans x No Comply x *** Slip on 'Doodles' in a men's size 10 was sold on July 7 for a total of $300 (equivalent to a payout of $266.50), and I shipped the item on July 10, within the 3-day shipping timeframe stipulated by GOAT. I proceeded to contact GOAT on 7/16, 7/18, and 7/20 to which I received no response, but GOAT then cancelled my sale. GOAT claims to have cancelled the sale because of a wrong SKU/SIZE, which is false. I have a plethora of evidence and communication showing that I correctly fulfilled the order and will gladly share them if necessary.
At this point, GOAT is not responding to any of my messages (on July 18, a GOAT representative informed me that his team member will be responding to my concern within 48 hours, which never happened. I demand to receive the payout as I did everything correctly.
I am requesting for the pay out for the sneaker (amounting to $266.50) to be fulfilled.

GOAT refused to refund my shoes because of missing "newspaper" ***
On 7/7/2019 I ordered a pair of shoes from the GOAT app, order *XXXXXXXX. I received the order on 7/15/2019. At that time, my son stated that he didn't like the way they fit. He has very narrow feet and the toe area was way too big for him. ON 7/17/2019, I requested a return label from GOAT so I could return the shoes. On 7/23/2019, I received an email from GOAT declining my return because it was missing "newspaper" or what they call packaging material. My son, who repacked the shoes, did not realize that this "newspaper" needed to be sent back and I did not realize that this was considered as "packaging material". I then replied back to GOAT stating that we still have this "newspaper" and I could send it back. They denied my return. So this "newspaper" cost me $200. This is completely ridiculous even when I offered to send it back. This is the ONLY reason they denied my return. I ALSO noticed that during the ordering process, if you look at the return policy, it states that they won't return or exchange "special items". No where during the checkout process did these shoes indicate that they were considered one of these items. However, it wasn't until AFTER the purchase was made, that I noticed on my email confirmation, it stated that it was only returnable for site credit. How are they even allowed to do this? And to refuse my refund because of missing newspaper that I offered to send back? They are looking for ANY reason at all not to refund your money. Please think twice before ordering from them.
I want a full refund minus shipping charges.

When shopping on GOAT, users will find a wide variety of sneakers listed - ranging from under retail products to rare and limited edition collector's items. As the middle man between buyers and sellers, GOAT's takes on the responsibly to ensure that all purchased items are both authentic and as described before being shipped. Part of this includes verifying any/all unique accessories, packaging, tags, etc... are included with purchase. For this particular sneaker type, the manufacturer created a non-standard 'special paper' to highlight the sneaker collaboration. As such, this paper would be considered a necessary accessory to pass verification of sale. Since our Return Policy explicitly points to item's being returned in the same condition they were in when sent by us - 'including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris, and all original packaging included', this return was denied due to this missing accessory. Additionally, all items eligible for return are refunded as GOAT credit. Had the paper been included with this return, the return would have been approved - and a credit to be used on GOAT once more issued to your account.

First of all, I understand the newspaper should have been included so I understand your original reason for denying my refund. But I offered more than one course of action to return the newspaper to you since it was an innocent oversight that it was not included in the first place. But you have refused all of my suggestions to get this newspaper back to you. I believe this to be completely unreasonable. You deny my refund because of the newspaper. I have offered to send the newspaper back. You said no because logistically your warehouse can't ensure the newspaper actually gets back to the shoes. You offered to send the shoes back to me. Why can't you send the shoes back to me so I can place the newspaper back into the same box and then return to you once again? I've asked and you keep giving me blanket statements in return instead of explaining why that isn't possible. Or why you refuse to work with a customer who has purchased plenty of shoes in the past.
Secondly, you JUST updated your return policy on August 7 to say that all refunds will be made by GOAT store credit. That was not the case each time we have purchased from you. Never, prior to August 7, 2019 did it state refunds would me made only in the form of GOAT credit. This was AFTER my complaint.
I would like to have the shoes returned to me - at my own expense - with an authorization label so I can add the newspaper back in with the shoes so I can return it all to you. And I would like my refund in my original form of payment.
Please note that while our Terms of Service may have been recently updated, our Return Policy has remained unchanged. Since 2015, our Return Policy has explicitly stated that all eligible returns are refunded as a GOAT credit, less the cost of shipping, to be used towards a future order.

That may have been your policy but it never stated in your return policy that refunds would be made by GOAT credit until AFTER the purchase was made. For example, if I went to your return policy, which I did prior to purchase, it did NOT state that refunds would be made by GOAT credit only. I only saw that verbiage when I received my confirmation email AFTER I made the purchase. And since I've made this complaint, your return policy online has been updated to reflect that statement. BUT IT WAS NOT THERE BEFORE.
Also, you keep saying that you cannot logistically support my suggestion. However, you are able to return my shoes back to me. So why can't you return my shoes back to me and issue me another return label so I can then return BOTH the shoes and the corresponding newspaper back to you together? I can't see where there would be any logistical issues with that suggestion. The only issue is your REFUSAL to work with the customer.
Received a pair of damaged shoes that were listed as new. I want a refund, but am only being offered a credit and no return instructions. Bad service.
I purchased a pair of Black Cement Jordan 3s (6.5y) with expedited shipping on 7/19/19 (***). The shoes arrived the next day, however they were scuffed. The shoes were listed as brand new and supposed to be authenticated. I reached out to GOAT to ask about a return. Instead of sending me the information I needed to return the shoes, I was asked to send pictures a day later. Once I sent the pictures, I was told that the request had been escalated and I had to wait for another response within 48 hours - still no directions on returning had been given. When I heard back from the escalation team, I was asked if I wanted to keep the damaged shoes for a fifteen dollar credit (why would I ever want to do that) or return the shoes (which I said I wanted to do from the beginning). If I did in fact return the shoes, I would only receive store credit, less shipping, even though I was sent damaged shoes. I can understand if I just changed my mind, but why am I being charged for an error on their end. At this point I would like a complete refund, because it is clear they cannot be trusted to provide the products they advertise and I don't believe I should be penalized for the companies lack of due diligence. If I am paying you for a product/service, I expect to get what I paid for and what is being advertised to me. At this point, the company has sold me false advertisement. And I still have not received instructions for a return after almost a week of back and forth over email.
I would like instructions on how to return the shoes and given a refund to my original form of payment, NOT a credit. I do not wish to give this company any of my money.

I bought the Nike shoes listed above online from the shoe retail company GOAT. When the package arrived I noticed a clear defect with the shoes. The defect is with the inside heel cushioning of the shoes, one heel cushioning is much thicker than that of the other shoe. It is obvious at first site. Yet, the company promotes professional shoe verification, however my shoe came with a serious and obvious defect that I'm sure they were aware of. The shoes also are very tight and don't fit my feet comfortably at all, even though Nike size 11s have always fit me perfectly. I have reached out to the company through their support email, but have not had much luck with the company's customer service. They offered me a refund in GOAT credit but are making me pay $15 to ship it back within a mere 24 hours. So basically they want me to be out $25 in cash and stuck with the remaining shoe purchase value in store credit. Or they said I could keep the shoes and get a $10 store credit. This means they are accepting the fact that the shoes are defective, yet they are doing very little to actually account for their own fault. I do not want my refund issued as store credit as I don't want to have to shop for a new pair of shoes with the worry of another defect. This was my first time purchasing shoes from GOAT and my last. I have read many negative reviews of GOAT with similar issues of shoes running too small for the desired size and shoes with defects. GOAT also has a terrible return policy. I want a refund in the full amount of $110 back to my credit card, as I'm requesting a return due to the fact that the shoes are defective.

The shoes I ordered had a clear defect, yet the company refuses to take action and issue me a refund for sending me a defected pair of shoes. GOAT's website boasts about it's amazing shoe verification process guaranteeing that the shoes are all real. Yet, if there's a defect this is apparently not part of the verification process. This is false advertising as they are promoting the shoes as brand new and in excellent condition when really they are defective shoes. Instead of accepting that they sent me a pair of defective shoes and offering me a refund, they offer me a mere $10 store credit to keep them. I was expecting brand new shoes in excellent condition not a pair of defective shoes. If a company promotes their authentication and verification process stating that a pair of shoes is brand new and in excellent condition, that is what I expect to receive. I do not expect to receive a pair of defective shoes and end up being stuck with them.

Attempted to sell shoe on goat. Accidentally clicked cancel order instead of dropped off with UPS. Goat now has my shoes and my money.
On 6/7/19 I sold a pair of shoes on GOAT. After dropping off the item at UPS I accidentally clicked on cancel order(button for which is directly below the button I intended on pressing) instead of dropped off with UPS. I contacted support immediately and made them aware of the situation. They assured me it was not big deal and that once the packaged arrived at their facility I would have the option to pay to have the shoes returned to me or to list it again. On 6/17/19 I contacted them once again since the shoe had arrived to them on 6/10/19 and I still did not have the options they told me I would. Despite their previous statements that I would be able to select to have my shoe returned to me, on 7/2/19 they stated that they honored the original sale. It is now 7/23/19 and I still have not heard back from them as to why I am unable to receive my shoe back and worst of all I have not even been credited the original sale amount.
Ideally I would like my shoe returned to me. At the very least I should be paid for the item that they took possession of 43 day ago.

I placed the order on the 5th and the package arrived back at the GOAT building on the 18th. I payed $160 and the ***. I read their policy and they said they would not be able to reship but would be able to give me store credit. I have not received an email about the situation or my store credit.

The shoes I purchased are in terrible condition, they aren't AUTHENTIC. Given that GOAT supposed to verify with strict value and standards ensuring quality products I should never receive these Jordan fakes. I want a full refund for breach of contract.

They are selling shoes that they dont even know if they have and wont find a replacement shoe if the seller doesnt have it. So now you have to wait 3 days on the seller to see if he has it and then another 3-5 business days on a refund . Why would a company sell stuff that they dont have and make customers go through this bad experience?

Ordered Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Lundmark Non reflective size 11 in men's on July 14th. Am aware of the process and the seller once accepts my payment sends sneakers to Goat for authentication in 3-4 days. I have been keeping trace of my order and it has only went as far as seller packaging and never has the seller sent the sneakers to goat going on Day 4( business days) today July 18 I contacted Goat via email while then replied telling me that the original seller failed to ship in time. I then asked for a refund since now the contact was between me and the seller whom accepted my purchase so I can go ahead and purchase my sneaker elsewhere. I'm unable to do so since my funds are tied up with Goat. I was then advised they have found someone else whom is preparing to send sneakers to goat for verification. Which means the process starts all over again. Goat is not willing to refund me my money and at this point I would like a refund since the contract was not fulfilled on their end with their seller. This is not good practice and Goat also advertise that they have the shoes in stock at their location already authenticated for an additional fee. Since this is the case I assumed they would be more professional and send me from their already stock and deal with their sellers on their own time instead of delaying a customers order who show receive the item with 7-10 business days and going into 5 and the new seller has not shipped out the sneakers yet which takes about 3-4 days to get to them according to their website. I would simply like my money back once again and move forward from this mess of a situation. Thank you.
I would like my money back since the original contract was not fulfilled by the original seller. No where on their site states that a seller who falls through on their end will be replaced by another days later.

GOAT is a horrible company. Please stay away at all cost. I ordered a pair of Yeezy *** on May 19th. They said I would receive this package on May 23rd and I never got it. After two weeks I decided to reach out to GOAT. I sent countless e-mails, probably, around 9, to finally receive a response after two weeks of waiting for someone to answer me. They did not resolve my issue at all, on one e-mail thread I WAS sent an affidavit but on another e-mail thread I was just sent *** MYCHOICE policies along with them telling me they cannot help me. So I took it a step further and filled a dispute with Affirm. The dispute went on for 30 days and was not resolved in my favor. I had been calling *** millions of times during this dispute and every single time *** told me that they never received this package, so they opened a investigation as well, and reached out to GOAT for the serial number on my package so they can further continue it. Because GOAT is not answering ***, *** cannot continue to investigate like they want to. While the dispute with Afirrm was going on Affirm also asked GOAT for the serial number which was stated in a e-mail but GOAT will not give it to them. I have continued to e-mail GOAT until this day asking for the serial number for the non-exsistent package THAT I HAVE PAID $300 FOR AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT TO ME, AT ALL WHEN I PAID MONEY FOR THIS PACKAGE THAT I NEVER GOT. They just keep sending me *** MYCHOICE policies which are not true AT ALL because every single time I call *** they tell me all they need is the serial number to verify that they lost the package and they are more than willing to issue me a refund. I don't understand why a serial number will not be disclosed to me if I paid for the package? The number is on the box but guess what.....I NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE SO I WOULD NOT KNOW THE SERIAL NUMBER. This customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. This company basically stole $300 from me. AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
Other (requires explanation) I would like to know the serial number of my package so UPS can issue me a refund IF it was their faults. If after receiving the serial number and UPS continues the investigation and this was GOATS fault then I will be following up with Affirm with another dispute with proof that it was not UPS's fault. Affirm, GOAT, and UPS know the missing piece of information in this case was the serial number which GOAT will not give so I think it is extremely fraudulent that Affirm came to a decision without knowing if UPS received the package all because GOAT refuses to give the number. Sounds like fraud to me. I will also be opening a dispute with my bank because this is ridiculous.

I bought a pair of Adidas sneakers from GOAT. They did not fit so I requested sending them back for a larger size. They said no to an exchange since they didn't have any other sizes. But they won't refund me because they have a 3 day return policy. Most return policies are 30 days. What company has a 3 day return policy? It's absurd.

I don't feel comfortable sending my driver's license to the company because it's legal information that can be shared. Beside I don't know who is receiving my information.

I purchased a pair of cleats when I received them they weren't the right color. I returned them and they didn't refund my full amount. They claimed they kept shipping charges which is not right They were brand new shoes I paid full price If The rep would of said they do that then I would have never purchased these shoes or any other shoes from this company. They are stealing people's hard earned money. This should not be aloud how can they be able to run a company like that *** very disappointed disgusted with this company I just want my full refund. Or my shoes back I can sale to someone else for the price I paid the this dirty company

Fraudulently use of my credit card
I've emailed this company over 8 times in regards to this situation. There was a total of $435 to my card..I've never heard of this company in my life I emailed them as soon as I got the alertwoth the transaction numbers and amounts of purchase. I got a automated response someone would contact me in 24 48 hours. Later that day I emailed them again. I can't understand why this company would want to lose someone property and money ..I'll eventually be reimbursed. They took my money very quick .but they will not respond at all
Give me my money back to my card . And bill who ever fraudulently ordered off my credit card asap. I also would like the person address and name who used my card has used *** from this store ..look at this company reviews I would never look at there fake otems

Please do note that when contacting GOAT in the future that sending multiple messages to our support team may confuse the order in which your original ticket was received, as each new message will continuously update your email's timestamp. At the time we received notice of this claim on 7/11, your ticket was escalated to the appropriate department for review right away! Since we received 6 subsequent messages from you from the time your request was escalated however, your response was delayed until 7/15 - at which time these orders were cancelled and fully refunded to your original form of payment. Have not received our shoes back from GOAT that were supposed to be shipped to us after paying a return shipping invoice through PayPal.
My son sold a pair of sneakers through the GOAT app and shipped them to GOAT for the verification process. We were notified on 6/23/19 that they were found to be replicas (surprise to us as they were purchased at the Nike Factory Outlet). The email said they sent an invoice to PayPal using my son's email address and said if they email was not correct to contact them with the correct one. We emailed GOAT on 6/24/19 notifying them they needed to send the invoice for the return shipping of the shoes to my email (Seller's Mom as he is too young for a PayPal account). We emailed GOAT every day as we kept getting the reminder to pay the invoice. We finally heard from "***" saying the invoice was sent to the email requested. We paid the return shipping right away and requested confirmation and tracking for the return shipping. We have never heard from anyone since. We have been trying to resolve this through email as there is no customer service number available since 6/24/19 with emails daily to every other day and no one responds. We have not received the shoes to date and can't get any further response. Final communication sent to ***, *** and *** on July 12th asking for immediate response or will file with Revdex.com. Still no response.
We are asking for immediate status of the return of our shoes and the physical receipt of the shoes. If GOAT can't locate the shoes due to being lost or they were actually sent to the buyer in the original agreement, then we are requesting that GOAT pays us the sale price of the shoes that we were supposed to receive in the amount of $221.25 (sale price of $250 minus your fees) to our PayPal account.
