I bought a product from Goat App and it did not arrive up to standard. Their customer support stopped responding to emails. Last reply was 2 weeks ago
I ordered a pair of shoes from Goat App on 8.21.19 for a total of $765.00. They arrived onto my doorstep on 8.28, but I didn't have time to look open the package and inspect it until 8.31. After opening the package, I noticed that the shoebox was cut up and torn (this matters because Goat App requires boxes to be sent in good condition, or else the price of the shoe should be cheaper) and that there was a very visible crease in the pair of shoes (Goat App also required QC defects to be noted during a purchase as well).
I maked that there was a problem with my order in the Goat App, and a customer service representative reached out to me on the night of 8.31. I emailed them regarding this situation, and letting them know what was wrong with my order. On the same night, their representative *** S. responded to me and asked me to provide photos of the issues I was describing. I responded on September 1st and included detailed pictures of the issues on the shoebox and shoe itself. *** replied back right away letting me know that "I've escalated this ticket and a member of our team will follow up with you. You should receive an update within 48 business hours, at the latest. If not, please follow up with us by responding to this email thread. Creating new tickets for the same issue will further delay response time and will cause confusion."
I waited patiently, and after 48 hours past with no reply, I went ahead and responded to them asking for an update on 9.4. The next day I still didn't get a reply and so I sent another email on 9.5 asking for an update. I asked for another update on 9.6, 9.9, 9.11, 9.12, and today 9.13. I also went against what they suggested, and created a new ticket on 9.9, asking for an update (as I was worried something happened to my ticket chain or w/e). *** from Goat responded right away saying that "We do see this request is already being worked on by my colleague under ticket# ***.Rest assured someone will be following up with you shortly, these requests are handled in the order they are received. Creating new tickets for the same issue will further delay response time and will cause confusion."
As you can see, it has been a very long time since I have received any sort of message regarding my issue. Unfortunately, I am unable to go through my bank and ask for a chargeback because I actually bought these shoes through Goat Credit. I sold some shoes I had through their platform, and Goat pays you out in Credit. I am unable to get my money back and I'm stuck in limbo. Please help me.
At first, I would be totally fine with just some simple compensation or something, but this horrible experience has made me want to cut all association off with this company. At this point in time, I want a full refund on this pair of shoes.

I purchased a shoe , but the box was damaged. So I returned that shoe, but they just refund me store credit and charged me shipping fee also. I think that's not my problem , the shoe box was damaged that's theirs problem , I want fully refund back to credit card , why I need pay for that .it doesn't make sense . It's not my fault.

I bought a shoe from goat . When I received the shoe , the box was a little damaged, and then I connected customer service . They accepted me to return it . But after return , they just gave me store credits , it can not be cash out , it's thousand dollar not just a little money. I tried to contact customer service, they replied me a lot days later . And they didn't accept refund to my original card . And also charged shipping fee . That's not my problem I think . They gave me bad item first , I just wanna exchange a good one or totally refund me . And they have verification department, They didn't check the shoes seriously. Thank you please I need help !

I was looking for a precise product, that unfortunately the main manufactures didn't carry in my size due to high demands. I heard of The Goat from social media, I personally never shopped there before because I'm iffy about purchasing products that are not from the main manufactures but seeing that this product would probably not be back in stock for a long time, I decided to order from The Goat. Taking my chances because I did notice that there was a no cancellation after 3 hours, which I found kinda weird but still decided to go ahead and purchase. Now after purchasing I ended up finding the product the same day at a local store (after massive search and phone calls) at this point I noticed it was too late to cancel. I called a friend who purchased from The Goat and asked how do I go about returning or selling my sneakers. He said he never returned but he's assuming that it will be ok to return or to sell back. I did email someone about cancelling and selling the merchandise back. They explain the steps to me but unfortunately I wasn't willing to add any social media to the sight due to my job. So I never went through with trying to sell the product back. On September 11,2019 I received my package, when I opened the package right away I noticed that one of the sneakers was damaged. There was creasing on the left sneaker like if the leather was fake or someone tried the sneaker on and creased them. It looks horrible. After paying $85.00 and $25 extra and on top of that a extra $10 for 'fast shipping? I got a damaged sneaker. When I contacted them, they stated that it was a final sale and that unfortunately there was no returns on final sales. Something that I wasnt aware of because I'am a first time buyer. How is it a final sale when they're over charging you for a damaged product. Also it was not stated that the product was damaged in any way on their website. If that was the case I would had never made the purchased. $85 for a damage product is unacceptable!!!

Goat sent wrong shoes delivered on 8/28. I was charged $175 on 8/26 for Parley ultra boost sneakers and received a very different pair not pictured on my receipt and not pictured/ordered on site. I can buy the pair delivered/received for much less from them or any other vendor. I have proved to the company the mistake made by Goat numerous times through multiple and continuous emails (over 20) and pictures sent to the company- only way to contact them. Told me I needed to send a pic of a barcode that was nonexistent. The requested 8 digit bar code was NO where on either shipping box or actual shoe box inside sent to me as confirmed by several people in my household. *** from customer service informed me after multiple correspondence that Goat was unable to fix the issue without such nonexistent code and therefore Goat was unwilling to fix their mistake and honor the product I ordered and paid for.

The business did not resolve their error and their response given to the Revdex.com is unacceptable. I eventually involved my credit card company and they helped to resolve it for me with no assistance from Goat. My opinion for this company due to their unprofessional and unethical way of handling my concern remains the same.
The company did not address my concerns. I involved my credit card company and they resolved it for me to no help of goat. My view of this business remains the same and I will not purchase from them again as a result of my awful and unprofessional experience.

I bought a pair of shoes through a 3rd party seller from the app GOAT. The process of buying a pair of sneakers through GOAT is the seller sends the shoes to GOAT, go through a verification process, then GOAT sends the shoes to the buyer. When the seller creates the listing, they are required to fill out any damages or issues to the shoes - I know this because I've sold multiple pairs of shoes through GOAT. I recently bought a pair of shoes and there was sole separation on the left shoe. This was not described in the listing and the verification team "didn't catch" the issue prior to shipping them to me. Per the customer service support, if a damage is discovered during the verification process that is not listed on the original listing, they would reach out to me and see if I would like to cancel the order, proceed with a discount, or pay my original paying price for it. I was not presented with this option and this issue was not brought to my attention until I have received the shoes. The support emailed me and said once the team verifies the shoes and sent the shoes to the buyer, then there is a no returns accepted. This is absolutely ridiculous because I was not presented with the option to cancel the order.

Unfortunately, the return policy explicitly states that we cannot accept any returns on Used sneakers. We use the seller photos as a benchmark to judge the condition of the sneakers, and as long as the condition checks out with the photos, the sneakers are passed through the quality test.
This is common to be seen on these shoes due to the age of the shoes.
With that said, if there are any major issues that are not shown in the seller photos or noted in the listing (i.e. separation, worn after listing, repainted areas, etc.) the order can be issued at verification - and you'll be given the option to cancel or proceed with the order. Unfortunately, once the sneakers do pass through our verification process we cannot accept any returns on Used purchases

I have sold shoes through the app before as well and my sale was rejected due to errors found during the verification process that was not listed in my listing. The shoes that I bought had sole separation that was not listed on the listing. How come this was not discovered during the verification? It's not like I bought the shoes knowing that they had sole separation. Just because it makes its way through the verification process doesn't mean the flaws are not there. Horrible service!

So what you're saying is I can list a pair of used shoes and say it just has normal wear and tear but then it has rips and tears and separation, that's fine since they're used and that's expected. Ok.
My shoes have not arrived and my concerns are being disregarded.
I ordered shoes from goat: *** and waited the 10 days as the website stated, delivery takes 7 to 10 days. Then on 9/3/2019 I inquired as to why my shoes were in the same status since 8/27/19. I was eventually told that my issue would be escalated within 48 business hours. As of today 9/11/19 no one has contacted me nor has my shoes been shipped nor has the status changed at all. So I contacted goat again today and was told if I keepcontacting them it will delay a any type of response because I'm confusing the situation. When in all actuality I'm the one confused. The money was taken out of my bank account the same day I made the purchase but I have not recieved an appropriate response or my shoes which I paid for.
I either want my shoes or my money back.

I shipped my shoes to goat. $200 transaction , they have received my shoes two days prior before canceling my order. Have been told they can't help.
Date item was sold ( 8/13/29) , date item was shipped (8/14/19) date item arrived (8/16/19) date item was cancelled 8/18/19) two days after. Package was tracked , and has my name on it. Talked to support took almost two weeks. Just to be told they cannot verify and their warehouse support can not refund the shoes or pay me the $. Just basically taking my shoes to make easy profit. Shipping came out of my pocket , and also purchasing the shoes. I have picture proof of all of this and emails from and to the support team.
I would like the $200 be credited to my account. Full refund for the whole incident and how terrible their team is.

I have been in constant communication with GOAT email customer support and they have done absolutely nothing to help resolve my issue. All I have received back in response to my follow ups are automatic responses. They are literally disregarding everything I write and sending a generated response leaving my questions unanswered. I have had $150 up in the air since their alleged delivery date of 07/26. At this point, this is so ridiculous for a major company like this to not have proper customer service. I followed every step of their annoying process to file a claim for my missing package. I have ordered with them before and never had any problems. This makes me NEVER want to shop with an online retailer who can care less about if their consumer is receiving their product or not.

So this website to me is a scam. I purchased a pair of yeezy 700 wave runner brand new only time they came out the box was when I places them on my bed for a picture to post on GOAT website. Goat sends me a picture saying my shoes are used and there appears to be dirt on the bottom of the shoe. I went back looked at the pictures I took of my shoe absolutely brand spanking new not even a microfiber of dust. Mind you I just received the shoe brand new. I also sent them the pictures of the bottom of the shoe prior to me sending them out. How is it possible my shoe is dirty when it was in GOAT possession. Very suspicious and peculiar. I would NEVER use this site again. Not for purchasing or selling.

Horrible experience. I purchased a pair of 217.00 shoes and was waiting for them arrive. I then received and email stating the seller has cancelled my order. I go back to the GOAT website and see the shoes in my size now listed for 300.00. I refuse to now pay 300 plus dollars for shoes that were listed at 195.00! What the *** type of business is this? I feel totally scammed.

I purchased a pair of Nike Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Highs Brand New size 11 and I received a used pair. I have opened a ticket regarding this issue and receive NO response. Customer service told me I would be contacted within 24-48 hours which I did not receive any response. Please be aware of this company because their verification team cannot distinguish what is a new pair of shoes versus a used pair of shoes. I have to question their business integrity because they have failed their sole purpose; I can't imagine what other errors they have allowed to pass. Anyways, always double check the sneakers you receive from GOAT as they may have sold you a fake pair.

I ordered some Jordan's from goat I sent them back and when I sent them back they was denied for missing the shoe Procter so they told me I had to pay

I ordered from Goat once before and had no problems. Unfortunately this order has been an order from Hell. I purchased a pair of Yeezys for my fiancé as a birthday gift. First the shipping was taking longer than usual and they informed me that they are trying to find me a pair that is suitable for shipping out to me. Well once I received the package and opened it to make sure everything was ok I automatically opened it and instantly I knew something was wrong. The shoes smelled like they have been worn!!! When I pulled them out of the box I start seeing these orange rusty stains all over the shoes. Mind you I made sure I paid EXTRA MONEY to get BRAND NEW shoes as this was a birthday gift. In my order form it shows that the condition was labeled as NEW and in great condition. The bottom of the soles were dirty so clearly they were used. I made sure to contact goat as soon as possible. They replied in a timely fashion and told me I can return the shoes. So I shipped out right after Labor Day weekend since I got my shoes on that weekend. A few days after sending out I check on the status and I see my rerun was declined. Furious I messaged them right away asking why and they ACUSED ME of using the shoes. Saying I wore them!! I've been emailing them since and they have yet to reply. It's been over 5 days and no response. They told me I can either get the shoes back or relist them and pray they will sell. which by the way I paid 15 dollars for shipping back and in order to get the shoes back they want me to pay another 15 dollars! I want a refund. It literally ruined a birthday gift and I can't believe they continue to ignore me. Horrible horrible customer service. I just lost 400 bucks and I don't know what to do!!

I sold a pair of sneakers and they recieved then August 29th. It is sept 6th and I still have not been paid. I opened help tickets to get no answers
I sold a pair of Yeezy citrin reflectives on aug 26th. Goat recieved them August 29th. Usually they are authenticated same day and I am paid same day. It is now September 6th I still have not been paid which is almost $900. Only responses I get are generic replies that it will take an extra day. Now no one responds at all. I want my money or my sneakers back. I paid a lot of money for them and this is just ridiculous. I have been a loyal customer/ seller for a couple years now. I sale on this app so I can't get scammed. I feel like I am being scammed now because I haven't been paid.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on GOAT website on /09/06/2019 at around 12:30pm. They took my money and I haven't received anything saying I ordered it / confirmation that the purchase went through and now I'm just worried that I've been robbed. At this point I would just like a refund but there is no way to contact the the merchant besides email. I emailed and still haven't received a reply back. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.

I bought shoes for ***$ from them. They were supposed to be new. I received used ones and the box was torn. Merchant wasn't willing to comply.
In May I bought these collector shoes for ***$. The box was supposed to be in good condition and the shoes were supposed to be brand new. The ones I received were used with a damaged box. I tried to get a refund as they were used and when I shipped them back the company denied me a refund. I filed a dispute with my bank twice. First time I was denied a refund as the merchant refused to give it back and the same with the second time. I spent almost 2 grand for shoes that were promised to be new and the company is refusing to give me a refund and now the value of the shoes are basically half.
I just want a refund for the shoes I bought as they were used and had a damaged box. I have been trying to get one for months and I even contacted the company within the first days I received the shoes and it has been over three months. My bank says they can't give me a refund because the merchant refuses to and now I'm being *** over.

My order was not received.
This was an online order*** Insurance on My order was paid with shipping. My order was not received on August 21st I contacted them immediately. They sent a claims form which was sent back on August 31st with required id. Received email back stating it would take 24-48 hours. I have attempted to contact them several times and they have stopped responding it's been 8 days since requested information was submitted. I need my refund.
I want my money back.

As it may take 7 to 14 day to hear back from the insurance company it has been over a month since I should of received my package and 17 days since the form was sent to you via email for insurance purposes. It has been past any dates you guys have given me. I want my refund processed immediately.

I ordered a pair of shoes on (08/26/2019) and after TWO WEEKS! As it is now (09/09/2019) the shoes are STILL with the seller. The app states that the status is still on "Seller confirmed" which after TWO WEEKS! is ridiculous.
To put it in perspective, there is a nine-stage process from when you initially order the shoes to when it is sent to GOAT for authentication and lastly to when it is successfully delivered. It has been TWO WEEKS! And it is only on its SECOND stage of the transaction.
I have done research on the matter and supposedly the seller has 24 hours to confirm the purchase (which mine did) and a further 72 hours or 3 courier business days to ship the shoes to GOAT for authentication otherwise the transaction is cancelled and the buyer is issued a refund.
Why is it then that it has been TWO WEEKS which is clearly more than 3 courier business days and the shoes are still not in transit to GOAT for authentication? Based on the policies and guidelines the transaction should have been cancelled and the buyer been issued a refund so that he can then proceed to purchase from another seller. However, that was not the case as I have been left in the dark not knowing where the shoes are and if I can get my money back.
Yes, I have contacted GOAT "SUPPORT" and GOAT "HELP" several times and none has yielded me answers rather generic replies such as "Please be patient". I have been patient for the last TWO WEEKS! As a consumer all I expect is progression, I don't mind if the shoes are delayed but if there is communication and eventual progression to the delivery then I am unbothered.
However, not receiving a reply from the so called "Support" in FIVE days, not receiving a status update in TWO WEEKS is all unacceptable. This will definitely be my final purchase with GOAT and will now proceed to use StockX in the future. All I ask is to receive an update on my final purchase with GOAT or be issued a refund.
My local UPS stated that my merchandise was delivered but unfortunately the delivery was never made. It appears that the delivery driver mishandled the package and stated that he left it on the porch. After speaking with UPS I filed a complaint. My complaint was completed and UPS did their part on reaching out to GOAT and informing them of the information. GOAT has failed to respond to any of my email in regards to this matter. I've completed the affidavit and emailed it back as well it's been over 2 weeks and still no response
