If zero stars were an option I wouldn't even give them one. This company is as close to a scam as you can get. I sent my shoes back wanting a bigger size, and they refused and made me pay ten dollars to get them back. After nearly a week of no reply and not knowing if they would even send them back. I still haven't gotten my shoes back.
Since GOAT is a Marketplace and not a Retail Store, we require strict verification standards for what makes a sneaker 'New'. Per our Return Policy, 'Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris, and all original packaging included' to be eligible for return. Unfortunately however, our specialists found that the sneakers showed signs of wear during verification for return making the shoes ineligible for refund.
In the event a return is denied, you have the option to either consign the shoes for sale in order to recoup your funds as cash or pay the shipping costs to have the sneakers returned to you once more. Our records show that the option to ship was elected and are currently expected for delivery on 9/6/2019 per the tracking. You may also find a direct link to your tracking via the GOAT app at this time. I never wore the shoes. They were in the exact condition I received them. Also, I would like to add that this company stopped responding to me once they had the shoes back until I left this comment. I feel like they were trying to keep them since it had been over a month that I had returned them asking for a bigger size. When the declines I asked for them back, and they stopped replying to me.

I sold my shoes are there platform I had them shipped and *** lost my package Ups cannot deal with me since goat created the label Goat has not helped
On August 2nd I sold my shoes on goat website. I got the shipping label from them and drop it off at ***. As I was tracking. The shipment I notice it stopped showing Movement in mesquite Texas. I then contact and they confirm that since there's no movement my package is considered lost. I then contact goat on August 8th and they did not respond till 8-10. And they responded with "they will look into the case and will get back with me in 48 hours" Today is August 23rd and they haven't contacted me. And I've sent messages over to them through the app and I've gotten no response.
My shoes got lost because they chose to use ups. Either credit my account for the amount it sold or replace them.

They did not allow me to cancel my order within 3 hours of their policy.
I ordered sneakers the wrong size . In their policy it it says I can cancel within 3 hours of purchasing . I tried to cancel within 10 minutes of ordering and I kept receiving g an error saying I was not authorized to make this action when I clicked on cancel. I tried to contact their support within the 3 hours but they responded to me 10 hours later. They told me that they cannot do nothing when the confirm my order so they are sorry . Their policy says I could cancel within 3 hours of ordering . That makes no sense that ten minutes later it wasn't nt allowing me too .I even asked them to just switch the size for me and they do not want to take action. Now I have to pay for sneakers that do not fit me . I explained ed that time was of The essence with this order. They need to fix this if not I will take legal action. They are breaking all unethical codes by not following their policy .
I either want a refund or for them to sent me the right size .

I ordered a size 6men Balenciaga Triple S pair $790usd and was sent a size 8 1/2 men (39) and they are lying and saying they sent the right size.
I ordered a pair of Balenciaga Triple S size 6 on the 15th of August. Received a "product shipped" email on the 15th. Received on Aug. 20th. After opening the package I discover that they sent me a size 39 euro size which is a size 8-8 1/2 US men and not a 36, size 6 men that I wear. I immediately sent photos and communication to GOAT support on Aug 20th advising and showing them that they sent me a size 39 which is the wrong size. The first response back from *** at GOAT support read as follows " It appears that the wrong size was sent to you and that she would send this for further escalation. But the initial email *** sent has since been changed by GOAT to say that they in fact did send me the right size. I waited to get a final email from them regarding my issue and the final email was sent today from *** and *** at GOAT. I believe *** changed *** first message to the exact thing her email says which is "I have further checked your order and it looks like the size ordered for Balenciaga Triple S Trainer 'White Black Red' was indeed for a US 6.0 Men's." They are not only practicing an unethical way of doing business, but they are forging original emails to reflect results in their favor. I requested a refund of $790 but GOAT has only refunded $778.29 in GOAT credit only which means I can not cash out my money and would have to spend it on their website. They are holding my money hostage for something they are not big or ethical enough to admit. If this issue was not attempted to be covered up I might have spent the money on their website but since they are now considered one the most unethical businesses I ever dealt with, they will no longer have my business. I've spent thousands on their website, and have helped make them money by selling tons of shoes of own and this is how they treat customers. This is a multi million dollar company and so to hold my measly $799 hostage seems desperate.

I've asked for a simple refund of my $790 but they are determined with a malicious and unethical way of keeping my money. My previous order was also returned because the shoes were not authentic but they insisted that they were and issued me credit only. I didn't not fight that because I have an aneurysm and stress triggers painful headaches. But this time I will fight til the end because it was their error.
If they do not refund the full $790 for cash out, I would like to seek legal counsel to sue for unethical business practices.

The shoes that we ordered for my son were too small. I returned them to GOAT and the business stated "refused to return" due to the box being damaged and the shoes having been "used." Neither was the case. My son is 12 and tried the shoes on for 30 seconds-- long enough to decide they were too small. I sent the below email asking them to return the shoes to me, yet no response. So...ultimately... I agreed to use the GOAT option of trying to resell the "used" shoes on their website at a discounted price (I am a Mom and I don't have time to try and sell adidas shoes...) and I have heard NOTHING from them. So... they have my money AND my shoes and will not respond to emails and will not ship the shoes back to me. That is absolutely stealing. This was the original email I sent to GOAT trying to have them send the shoes back to me: Good afternoon,I am responding within your requested 14 days and I would appreciate either a phone call or the phone number of your customer service and/or business office to discuss the aforementioned 'badly damaged? box and your claim to 'deny? my return (which is quite an overstatement...as evidenced by the photos). The shoes are in absolute pristine condition and the box is NOT 'badly damaged? as you say. That is an absolute opinion. I would appreciate you waiving all return shipping costs as, in actuality, I still own them. By your refusal of the product, they are, in effect, still my property. This is extortion, if you ask me. Please return the shoes to me since you have refused them.

This company lying I emailed them the copy from my bank stating they were not reversing charges and they closed our business account due to this unauthorized charges and we now bank with different financial services we have been going back and forth with this company so much to show cause yet they still refuse to issue my company it's refund. They see these items have not been shipped to our Store front location we never used there services and they haven't provided location of shipments or name. But they easy see from our bank statements and more it's charged to a company account call Shoe Den. We filed report contact there company along with news police and more. We will review them on google and more daily until resolved. There a scam company and they let people steal using there company.

This busy keep saying there working with Chase bank frauds department however I took there response into bank and they confirmed there investigation was closed 7-21-19 and any funds taken from our company card (Shoeden) *** will not be returned from chase. Only the company that stolen the funds which is GOAT. Then they say there not affiliated with my company no your not Shoe Den is the company I have and we are looking to get out company fund back from you stealing company and will continue to post on social networks and google EVERYDAY how you handle fraud and steal people money. Until we get the $370 we had charged on our card. So until oct 8th and further we hope people stop buying whatever you all sell and sales drops and people continue asking questions under our reviews cause we are replying to each and everyone. On AM on August 15 at 6:15 PM, my Pharrell x NMD Human Race 'Black' (bb3068) shoes were finally authenticated by GOAT. I had sold them for $*** dollars as 'new with original, original box,' a total of $900 dollars in earnings after fees. I had purchased the sneakers from soulsteals.com, a partner of the well-respected soulsupremacy, for $640 and resold. The item from soulsteals was 100% brand new from deadstock with the original box. However, when they were finally recieved by GOAT, I was messaged that their "specialists discover(ed) the following: box no original box." :- This was very frustrating to me as they had actually sent me pictures of the original box! I didn't understand what the problem was, and they were forcing me to offer a discount to the buyer in order to "convince him to proceed with the transaction," which I then offered a 0% discount. Of course, the buyer then declined my offer because he was told there was no original box. After contacting them several times (6-8) with several different emails, I still received no response from anyone. They stated it would take 24-48 hours, but I still have received nothing from GOAT. I also attempted to call the two different phone numbers listed on google (there's no official customer service phone number anywhere on the site) both to which I was sent to voicemail and forced to leave a message, also which has not been returned.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 8.9.19 it's the 20th of August. I spent 200 on these shoes and automatically after I ordered them they said delivered to goat storage. It's been 11 days almost 2 weeks and still no authentication? This is a joke. I either need these shoes to be verified or my money back. I've been emailing them for two weeks about never receiving my order and they are completely ignoring me.
I placed an order on July 29th for a pair of shoes. According to the tracking number and UPS the package was delivered on August 1st, however it was not. I notified both UPS and Goat that same night. Goat representative *** responded in a timely manner and was told I had to fill out an affidavit, sign it, and email it back to them with a copy of my ID within a week, it was now August 3rd. I sent back the requested form on August 7th only to notice that *** marked my issue as resolved even though it wasn't. I then created a new thread with customer service and resent the affidavit. *** then responded on August 9th and told me my issue would be "escalated". Since then I have not gotten a response or any update whatsoever on the matter. I have sent a message on 8/10, 8/13, and 8/15. All of which have been ignored.
At first I was still interested in receiving the shoes if possible, however I want nothing more to do with this company and would like to be refunded immediately.

Never shop with GOAT again. They put all the responsibility on UPS or whoever the courier is and it just ends up being their word against yours as the paying customer.

I have issued a claim twice with the courier which they denied. But I guess all you all do is look online and see that it says delivered. Which is why I stand by my original statement that you just take their word for it as if they aren't just regular people as well. Also, in the millions of emails I've sent not once have I been told that I needed to file a police report. So that shows more poor customer service on your part. Everyday there are stories about UPS/FedEx workers stealing packages yet here you are telling me just because the tracking number says delivered there's nothing you can do. As I stated before I will NEVER spend another dime with you all and I will encourage my friends to follow suit
This company is selling fraudulent shoes AND billed me 2x.
This company advertises to sell authentic shoes. When they arrived they were clearly fraudulent shoes. Secondly, they charged me for 2 transactions rather than one. I have asked for a refund several times and they are only offering store credit. Initial purchase of $615 made on 8/14. They then charged an additional $580 on 8/16 from my debit card. I don't want any items from this shady store, just want my money back at this point.

The shoes that we ordered shipped to us within 3 days directly from Hong Kong. There was clearly no authentication process performed, as claimed by GOAT.
Secondly, we did not order or authorize the order for another pair of the same shoes, and certainly did not receive any verification that this was happening, except seeing that $580 was additionally deducted from our account. After going through this ordeal with GOAT for an extended period of time, I have agreed to keep 1 pair of shoes, rather than receive credit to their store. I have made it clear, however that I do expect a full refund for the pair that was sent to us without our authorization. I have asked them to provide me with a phone # to speak with someone directly to resolve this matter, and I have been ignored. Their only offer has been to receive store credit. Please help me to receive a refund for the unauthorized pair.

I have accepted to keep the "fraudulent" shoes. I do NOT accept, however, receiving a GOAT credit for the 2nd pair that was charged to my bank without my consent.
I sold a pair of sneakers on goat on July 23 2019. I shipped the sneakers out and they arrived at goat on July 29 2019 at 3:17 pm according to the ups tracking. So now it has almost been a full month and I still have not received any funds from the sale. I have emailed them a countless amount of times. At first they would respond and told me that somebody would reach out to me within 48 hours, and that if they didn't that I should reach back out to them. This was on August 7 2019. So they ended up not reaching out to me and now upon several emails that I have sent them they still have not responded, and in my mind I think they are not going to respond because they messed something up and now don't want to deal with the consequences.

The absolute worst online retailed I've ever encountered. I bought a brand new pair of shoes and received them damaged. GOAT acknowledged the damage yet would make me pay for shipping and can only offer store credit instead of a refund. In what world does this make sense? Their customer support also takes 4+ days to answer. The whole point of "verification" is to avoid this exact issue, and the lack of help is insufferable.

The rights of consumers are greatly affected when delivery exceeds the promised time limit.
GOAT has ignored my inquires regarding a purchase I made a purchase on GOAT(online sneaker shop) for $490 on 8/1/19. GOAT claims my item was delayed with the courier it was being shipped with. I have been ignored with each email I sent asking for an update and or a refund. GOAT employs this practice regularly to avoid giving out refunds.
I would like a refund if the order can not be fulfilled within the following week. The item was purchased on 8.1.19.

I ordered shoes from this website and I bought them brand new and when they came to me they had defects.
I ordered new shoes from this website and when they came in the had defects on them and I contacted them to tell them I was unsatisfied. They eventually emailed me back and they told me that I wouldn't even be able to get my money back if I return them. They would only refund me in the form of store credit.

I sold some shoes 6.27.19, and I shipped them out 7.2.2019. They are marked delivered to GOATS address. I never got paid, and when I contacted them they only told me that the buyer canceled the order. They haven't told me anything after this. They need to give me my shoes back, or pay me. I purchased a pair of 700$ sneakers that passed the "authentication process" (which I'm not sure how because the sneakers smell like they got wet, they have a funny odor) I shipped them back accidently using an old label that goat had sent me for previous sneakers I purchased ( I have to save their label because when printing their labels the words aren't centered correctly) I have been back & forth with Goat and since the received the sneakers on the 15th it's been pure silence. I have done business with GOAT before and had an enjoyable experience doing so. My perception changed with my latest purchase from them. I placed an order for a pair of Storm Blue Union Jordan 1s on August 1st. I had saved up my money and was incredibly excited to get this pari of shoes.
The seller shipped the shoes within the next few days, but after a few more days, I noticed that my order progress said they were still on their way to Goat for verification. This shipping time was much longer than I have experienced in the past, so I decided to reach out to GOAT support for clarification just in case something had happened. I did this on August 9th. If anything, I would liked to have known when they expected my shoes to arrive at their facility. Shockingly, the support team then told me that my shoes had arrived at their facility on August 5th. My order progress never updated to say this was the case nor was I notified in any way. If I hadn't reached out, I would've been completely in the dark. I then asked for further clarification as to why my order had been taking so long. If the shoes had arrived on August 5th as stated, according to their policies, the shoes should've then been authenticated and shipped to me by August 7th at the latest. I have continued to follow up with the GOAT support team to find more answers and yet have only received generic responses with no actual resolution or even steps toward resolution of this issue.
I asked them to elevate the issue, and they let me know they were doing so on August 14th. It has since been two days with no update or heightened sense of urgency on their part. At the time of writing this, my order progress still says the shoes are being shipped to them and have not yet arrived. I expect the shoes have been either misplaced or stolen at this point. I'm not even upset about that. I understand they deal with a large volume of orders, and things like this can happen particularly when also dealing with third-party shipping companies. I get it. The most upsetting part of the experience has been the lack of transparency and timely communication about my order. I was really looking forward to getting these shoes but have only experienced frustration up to this point. I'm still hoping to receive them or at least to resolve this issue and move forward. I doubt they will do anything to compensate for my lost time, frustration, or the opportunity cost of this interest free loan I have given them by allowing them to continue to hold withdrawn money from my account for this long of a period. I am never one to write negative reviews, but as they have been so slow in helping to resolve this issue, I feel this is now the only way to get things moving. I hope they see this, so we can move forward towards resolution

I do not know where all of these complaints are coming from. I love GOAT. I have ordered over 7 pairs of shoes and I have not one complaint. I love this company so much that I decided to leave review. Please do not feel discouraged. This company is probably the best thing to happened in the sneaker world ever.
