They haven't shipped my shoes. Been 4 weeks since I've played. No response other than an automated one once I complained.
I bought a pair of sneakers from goat, when I received my sneakers 1 of the sneakers had a red/orange line on it and some orange smudges as well. I've contacted goat multiple times about the issue and I received 1 email stating someone would be in touch within 48 hours. Ordered them on 8-19-19 sent my first claim on the day I received the shoes on 8-29-19 and that's when they told me I would be contacted in 48 hours. I've sent multiple other emails just inquiring about my claim and no one has replied to any of them. First time I've ever bought anything from goat and with this type of experience, looks like it'll be my last time as well. The shoe was advertised as being new and if it passes the authentication process the orange mark had to present because it was the first thing I saw when I opened the shoe box. I sent a picture along with my initial claim as well so they could see the mark I was referencing.

The credit is typically issued within 24 hours after your unworn sneakers have been returned and evaluated. The shoes must be completely unworn to be eligible for a return. GOAT credit will be applicable towards your next purchase, but is not eligible for cash out.

Do not order from this place!! Terrible customer service! They offered me a $20 credit on a $300 pair of shoes that were missing the dust bags! Replacements are $40 each on eBay! When told this, they just want me to send the shoes back. I just want what is supposed to come with my order! They refused to contact the seller! The authenticators should have caught this before they were sent to me!! They even closed my case without my response and I had to reopen it to let them know I wanted to keep the shoes and just wanted what is supposed to be included with the shoes!!

Filed complaint that my shoes were "delivered" but never actually delivered. customer services refuses to provide actual resolve date.

Item was shipped to my home address and marked delivered by the post office on Aug 15. The package DID NOT get delivered. The post office claims they put it in a locker. There was no key given to me in my mailbox to retrieve the package. The post office was notified and they tried to resolve this case but has not been able to resolve the issue. USPS will also not let you file a claim until 15 days have passed on the package being missing.
On Aug 21, I sent back to your customer service the affidavit, notarized the the package has not been found. I provided a copy to the USPS as well. I was notified that someone would answer me within 48 hours, and if someone did not that I needed to follow up
On Aug 26, 27 and 28 I had to write additional emails to follow up as I was not notified of any updates within 48 hours from the email I received on august 21 from your customer service with the 48 hour time frame.
from then to now I just keep being told "we will not follow up with you, you have to follow up with us in 30 days to tell us what has occurred and that local law enforcement might get involved"
I have no idea what 30 days to go off of due to the inconsistency in time that it takes for your team to get back to me.
I want the shoes...but I can't reorder them until I get a refund or a store credit from you all.
I'd like to be refunded, I've done my part of filing a claim and waiting a certain amount of time but the business keep stalling

only after I filed the complaint did Goat issue the refund, I have received the refund but would highly suggest that goat continue to get local law enforcement involved because USPS NEVER responded and I genuinely think the delivery person for my building stole the package.

I sold several pairs of Yeezy 350 Boost V2 to GOAT. The last 2 pairs (Order #'s *** and ***) I sent have been paid without a problem but the first order (Order # ***) is having problems that make absolutely no sense. I sold the shoes to a buyer on 08/23/2019 through the GOAT app and shipped them out the same day through UPS with their prepaid label. The shoes then arrived at GOAT 08/28/2019 at 1:16 PM according to both the UPS website tracking and also the GOAT phone app which acknowledged that they had received them and that they had been scanned in to their warehouse and were awaiting their authentication process which would be done in 1-2 business days and my funds from the sale would then be released to me. Since then I have also sold 2 other pairs of shoes and gone through the same process and somehow they have both been authenticated and the sale funds were released the same day they had arrived at their warehouse, those days being 08/29/2019 and today 09/03/2019. Today however I went to check on the status of the first pair I sent as they said authentication will only take 1-2 business days and it has now been 3 business days and now today their app is telling me that this "Due to an issue with the courier, your shipment is delayed. We are investigating the matter further" which doesn't make any sense since both their app and a customer service Representative named *** on 08/31/2019 confirmed that their warehouse had received and physically scanned my shoes into their warehouse for authentication. So how exactly did they have my shoes since 08/28/2019 yet now apparently they never had my shoes and the courier (UPS) is to blame? Which also means the funds for my shoes are being held because of a problem they aren't being truthful about or disclosing to myself. I want to know what happened to my shoes and why they are lying to me about UPS causing a delay in my shipment since its been proven on multiple occasions the shoes are already at their warehouse. I have attached the image of the conversation between *** and myself where he admits that the package of the shoes have arrived and they have scanned them into their warehouse. I also have proof of delivery by UPS if needed later. I just want the funds from my shoes as I am owed and want an explanation as to why I am being lied to about my package being delayed and never arriving. Also I would like a response in general as they are very bad at responding to support tickets except with generic replies that don't answer any of the actual questions being asked.
I am seeking for answers as to why I have been lied to about where my shoes are and why they have not been authenticated when two pairs of shoes sent after the fact have been. I would also like them to be authenticated and paid the funds I am due or if they have been lost which seems likely they may have been then I would still like the funds I am due.

This website has the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. My 13 year old ordered a pair of adidas ultra boost sneakers in size 9. They arrived, he tried them on, then realized they were a size too small as his feet had grown. He put them directly back in the box, we printed a return shipping label, and ordered the same sneakers in a size 10 from GOAT that night. They were shipped back the next day.
This company then had the nerve to deny our return, even though we already ordered the next size, by sending pictures as some sort of proof that the sneakers had been worn. This is not only ridiculous but also false. There was no number to call on the website and when I emailed I received an automated response. I emailed again and was given the option to resell the shoes on their website (as the sneakers are now in their possession) or pay to have them shipped back to me so I can sell them myself.
I chose the option to ship them back as I refuse to do anymore business with this website. I will post to all social media sites that this website/app is not to be trusted. Absolutely disgusting customer service and non-existent return policy.

I have 2 issues with GOAT APP 1) I sold an item thru the app - A size 5 Grade School Shoe - I by mistake accidently sold this item as a Mens size 5 pair so GOAT cancelled the order and offered me the option to 1) Return the shoes back to me at my shipping cost 2) Cosign the shoes with them and sell thru their platform - It has been 30 days and I have sent over 15 emails and I am still unable to sell the shoes through the platform OR get a response to get them send back to my house. Essentially Goat is keeping my item without correspondence and is NOT responding to emails - It has been 30 DAYS since first contact and this is unacceptable.2) I sold an item through goat - I shipped said item, but GOAT APP cancelled item after it was shipped. They offered me the option to 1) Return the shoes back to me at my shipping cost 2) Cosign the shoes with them and sell thru their platform I asked them to return the shoes back to my at my shipping cost, but they listed the shoes for cosignment on their platform for more than 150$ off the price of sale. (Shoe sold for $250, but the price it was selling for at time was $400). GOAT un-ethically sold my item after requesting it back for a loss.

The consignment sneakers are shoes I sent via ups..some of the sneakers was used or the sneaker box was damage..so instead of my shoes getting sold that same day ..so once some of the shoe didn't clear to be sold .. I left with the goat on consignment..it's more convenient for a buyer or seller too leave wit the goat.. sometimes it sale faster . So u usually leave wit the goat so you wouldn't have to pay to get your shoes shipped back too you .. so it's more convenient..

I did not receive the correct shoes.
The pair of shoes I received from Goat were not the exact pair of shoes I ordered. There were more than a few key differences. I emailed them right away and brought this to they're attention. At first they seemed willing to resolve this issues but after a few days they stoped responding to my emails. Below I have attached an image the display the shoes I ordered which are in exhibit A vs the shoes I received which are in exhibit B.

I purchased a pair of Metallic Gold Air Max 97s from GOAT on July 24, 2019. The shoes did not fit upon receiving them. I emailed requesting an exchange. I was advised I could only return and repurchase the size I needed. I returned within the three day return policy. My return was signed for at their Secaucus NJ warehouse. I have the proof of delivery to them. I have REPEATEDLY emailed them. I have sent messages in their GOAT app. They are providing nothing but... "we will email you in 48 hours. Your email has been escalated to our tier 2 department."

I ordered these used sneakers off their site. They came with an alarming amount of hair covered inside the shoe. The photos of the sneakers when I purchased them did not have the hair. They are a consignment service and they guarantee a verification process to make sure the sneakers are real and passable for shipping. This somehow passed their verification despite how disgusting they were. I emailed support and they said everything is final sale despite the photos of the sneakers I sent with the hair clearly visible. I asked for a refund and they refuse to give me one and gave me $15 credit. This is unacceptable.

My son order some shoes from this store and I contacted them before the shoes shipped to cancel them and there is no way to contact them except through email. They shipped the shoes out and sent an return label in which the label was sent by email to my sons email and said we had 3 days to return the shoes for a store credit in which we still do not have the shoes. I want my money back I do not want to purchase anything from them

In this case, both had occurred and the shoes were packaged for shipping on the way to us for verification, so we were unable to cancel.

I don't understand why everyone is hating here. They're a legitimate place to find the EXACT size, style, shoe you want. I just received my Vapormax Moc Fushias and they are perfect with an authenticated card confirming they had quality checked it. You have to download their app to confirm what step the shipment was on. But I had zero issues with their site. They delivered exactly what I wanted and needed. They confirmed how I wanted it shipped to my door also. Use their app and site as necessary. I recommend them 100%.

Buyer Beware! Once they have your money the customer service is non-existent. Communication is all through email and if they don't care for your concern you will never receive a reply. Also note, they do not tell you that on top of the shipping charge you will get an alert from DHL saying you owe duty or they will not ship your package. I had to pay an extra $100 in duty on top of the outrageous amount for the shoes and the shipping cost . Will NEVER order from Goat again.

Sold sneakers through the GOAT app. GOAT confirmed that they received the sneakers. Have not been paid for sneakers.
I sold a pair of Air Max 90 Infrared sneakers on 8/19/19 through the GOAT app. The ***, amount $250. GOAT confirmed receiving the sneakers on 8/20/19. GOAT states 1-2 days to authenticate and receive payment. (My prior sales to GOAT were all verified and paid within the 1-2 day time frame.) I waited 2 days to contact GOAT support on 8/22/19. I finally received a response on 8/25/19 stating that they have escalated the "ticket" and I would receive a response within "48 hours at the latest". That time has passed and still no word from GOAT and they have not respond to any of my follow up messages. Customer service seems almost non-existent.
I simply want to get paid for the sneakers I sold to them.

After a month of messages, they have still not refunded us. Each messages asked for something else after they told is we would receive it.
On August 2, I sent a complaint to the their inbox about receiving the shipment of shoes and it was the wrong orde . This was their mistake so after much hassle, I was able to send the incorrect order back to them within the week. We were supposed to get our refund of over $100 plus a $10 GOAT.COM credit within a certain time frame. We HAVE YET TO RECEIVE OIR MONEY. Every time I ask for it, there is a repeat question of order numbers. The order number is ,***. They sent my daughter a message saying the refund was coming after the return order was processed. I checked with the postal service and it was processed that Friday after I sent the shoes on Tuesday in New Jersey. I am not happy with the way this company has handled this. They have no phone number and no good point of contact. I don't trust them and they have kept our money. I want it back!

I sold a pair of sneakers using their application. The sign for and received my sneakers at their facility in Secaucus, NJ but failed to honoring my payment of $316.27 as specified. They then later removed my pending credit listing and didn't pay me at all but they still have my sneakers at their warehouse. It's extremely shady and I am tired of them giving me the run around about my money when I have physical proof.

Sold sneakers on GOAT on 8/19/19. GOAT confirmed they received my sneakers on 8/20/19. The 1-2 day verification process is now on day 8. I contacted GOAT support on 8/22. On 8/25 I was told by support that I would receive an update "within 48 hours, at the latest". Still no response from GOAT.

This company is 100% the worst place to buy shoes from. I purchased a 600 dollar pair of shoes from them. The first time the "specialist" sent me the completely wrong pair of shoes. Once receiving them, I sent them back and they refused to refund me my money. They only offered GOAT credit. That was fine because the next pair of shoes wasn't too much higher than what I paid for. So, I proceeded to order another pair. The next pair I received had an obvious scuff on the front toe box, and creases all along the midsoles on both shoes. If I could upload pictures I would. I was completely blown away at how this passed *** After showing them pictures, I asked for a full refund of my money because I no longer wanted to do business with them. They refused and told me if I decided to return the shoes then they would give me GOAT credit minus the cost of shipping. So pretty much, I had to pay for a mistake that their specialist made by having to cover shipping. Keep in mind, through out this whole process, I never received a response in under 24 hours, and on some responses they took over 72 hours to respond. As I am writing this review, it has been 84 hours since a specialist has last contacted me with this current situation. Absolutely ridiculous. I never write reviews, but I have to this time because I was so disappointed in the customer service response time and overall process of buying these shoes. I really looked forward to doing business with them, but now I will never even consider buying anything ever again from them. I really hope they get the customer response time fixed so that no one ever has to go through my situation.

Shoes can't be delivered because site won't let me put a W on my address. Exchanged more than 10 emails about the problem and they won't fix it.
I purchased shoes and when I was getting ready to ship them to myself I realized my address was wrong. It was missing a W for west to make sure it got to the right address. Without it my shoes will go somewhere else. I tried entering the correct address on their site and it kept deleting the W. I emailed GOAT and told them the problem. They said they would take care of it. They said it was resolved but it wasn't and I had to email them again explaining how important the W is in my address otherwise I'll go somewhere else. The only response I get now is that if I kept emailing them it delays their response. All the responses I've received have zero explanation for why they can't add the W to my address and now they've stop responding to me all together.
Put a W on my address and ship my shoes out.
