I placed an order for the Yeezy 700 hospital blue on sep 28. To this day I have yet to receive any confirmation that it was shipped out to FedEx. They claim to have sent the shipping information to FedEx but nothing else has shown up on the tracking. I have contacted them and received nothing from the GOAT. Please help me get either my shoes or my $315 back.

I now wish I would've consulted with the reviews from many others as my experience is similar. Their customer service is terrible and lacks timeliness! I received damaged goods that were supposed to be a brand new product and then was expected to be charged for the shipping of a misinterpreted item on their site. I will never use this site to purchase sneakers again!
I was selling my Fendi sneakers on goat. The sale went through and after goat received my shoes , sale was cancelled. They said it was the wrong size. My shoes are in UK SIZING and goat authenticators did not know the conversion of sizes to US SIZING . The box has a Fendi size and the US SIze. Can't they read '??'Just ordered my shoes back with a ship option in my goat storage As I could not wait any longer. . I have been getting a run around for a week and could not get an answer . Just replies with a standard 48 hour return promise. Very incompetent employees. Zero customer service. I will dispute the shipping charge , if not credited.No more business with goat. Took all my listings off.

So I go to purchase some boost for my mom and once I received the email confirmation, I realized that they were the wrong size!! So I go to the app and attempt to cancel the order and get the correct size. But there was no way for me to cancel, So I contacted GOAT support and ask them if I could cancel the order. I got a response a while later and she essentially just copy and pasted the cancel policy. Which I have already read but never seen a cancel button to do so. I responded with Claire a Goat representative this and she looked further into the matter and notice that my order was already confirmed by the seller!! Which I chose the already in stock option so the shoes would arrive sooner. But the site only gave me maybe 3-5 MINUTES to cancel this order. So now I have the shoes and got to do a return and I have to pay 27 and some change for shipping that's insane!!!! All of this could of been fixed if the systems you use are more customer friendly!!! This whole 24/7 customer service through email is ridiculous and is currently screwing me out of almost 30 dollars cause Claire couldn't change more order a day before it shipped!!!! Definitely will be using other Shoe sites after this ordeal!!!
I ordered a pair of brand new Jordan's and they came scuffed and worn out after GOAT guaranteeing that this is certified new. I put in a customer support ticket with pictures and not one response with a resolution.

I spoke to the sales rep *** , Friday September 27,2019 after I received my shoes and took a look. First they say size 9.5 but they fit like a 8.5/9 they are very tight. And then the tag that says the size of the shoe looked melted on but the corners were peeling off so now I'm wondering if this shoe is fake or not. I paid via afterpay. I'm not looking for a refund I would rather have a shoe exchange. I sent pics of the shoes to him and he told me I would get a response once they took a look. Never got a response so I wrote again on Monday for a follow up, no response again.
I would rather have an exchange from the company instead of going through the process of a refund especially since I really want the shoe and this is my go to site to use.

Absolutely horrible. I shipped my shoes to goat to be verified then sold to a customer but goat says the shoe is insistent with what I had on it. Now I want my shoe back to see what happened & I get no response. Please goat fix your issues.
I purchased a pair of shoes a few months ago from Goat online. I received an email that they were delivered to my front door, although I never got it.
I immediately contacted the company and filled a complaint. They kept telling me they were investigating the claim but never gave me a straight answer. I have contacted them several more times with NO RESPONSE!

Yes, I am aware of the response as they sent it to me via email. However, I don't have the shoes and I am out the cost of them. How is this acceptable? So they get to just decide that UPS is at fault, and UPS gets to tell me sorry but we can't help you?

They should be out of business. BIGGEST SCAM I've ever fallen for. DO NOT BUY FROM GOAT. I purchased a supposedly authentic pair of adidas shoes for $170. Received them 8/28/19, gave as a gift September 15 and now the soles of the shoes are coming apart from the shoe in the exact same place on both shoes. I sent pictures to the company of the defects and the bottom of the shoe so that they could see the shoes have been barely worn and not damaged other than the defect. I have never had a pair of authentic Adidas shoes last less than a month. When asked if I could receive a refund or exchange I was told that if THE SHOES ARE WORN AT ALL they don't issue a refund or exchange. When I asked for proof of authenticity, I was told by Jayden G. Based on my past experience with $170 adidas shoes, authentic ones last longer than a month unless there has been some heavy wear and tear. If you don't think they should, go ahead and order from GOAT. Although you have to just take the word of this fraudulent company regarding the proof of authenticity since they don't keep any record of it, not sure what their authenticity check entails since there is no documentation of the process. Seems sketchy! Also, the policy of not accepting refunds or exchanges when there is proof in photos that the shoes are defective is a horrible business practice. Almost as bad as not expecting customers to wear the shoes they ordered. Ridiculous! This company needs to be inspected for defrauding customers.
I paid $30 for shipping to Canada. Goat is an American company and Jordan's are an American brand so I should have only had to pay provincial taxes.
I have had to email Goat and the shipping company DHL many times and I still cannot get any answers. I was told the case would be escalated and no one has taken responsibility. DHL tells me that the shoes are being held at their Ottawa location. I called twice and they told me twice they would email me the invoice with the customs charges the next day and it does not come. Goat gets DHL to ship the shoes back to them for no reason. Then Goat tells me I have to pay for shipping again. Unbelievable, how can they expect me to go through all of this again. They are the ones who shipped the shoes back, not me. I should not have to pay for the shipping charges the first time because I did not receive the shoes, never mind have to pay a second time. And, when they claim the value of the item shipped at customs they include the fee I paid for shipping. It does not make sense because the merchandise purchased was the shoes and I am paying for the shipping, therefore the value of the merchandise is the value of the shoes, not the shipping. I read on someone's complaint that they knew that the shoes were shipped directly from China so it was no surprise the shoes were fake, and there was no authentication at Goat in the U.S.. I really don't want to have anything to do with this company any longer, their services are horrible, I don't know who they have answering emails but they don't answer any questions and it is very frustrating. They keep asking for more money and after all of this time I could have found a store that has these shoes in stock or I could have gotten a store to order them from a legit supplier and I would have received them by now. If Goat wants to have any customers at all, they will need to ensure that customers are going to have a good experience shopping with them and they are happy with the shoes they purchased, and, if not, customers will be entitled to a full refund for their troubles including a refund for the shipping charges (because I had a terrible experience with their shipping company DHL and did not even receive the shoes). If you would like a copy of all of the email correspondence I have had with Goat and DHL I will be happy to forward that to you. I also have a copy of the tracking information.
Please provide a full refund of $195.00 US.

Instead, at the checkout screen all customers are informed that 'Import duties are not included in total price. You will be responsible for them upon arrival'. I did respond to both the shipping courier DHL and to you (Goat) repeatedly about the shipping charges. I have a record of this correspondence. DHL informed me twice that they would provide/email me a copy of the invoice with the import duties/customs charges which I did not receive. I ordered the merchandise from the U.S. and according to the Bank of Canada, I would be charged provincial taxes which I was prepared to pay but apparently, according to a previous complaint on here about your (Goat) company, you (Goat) are expecting North Americans to pay for fake merchandise from China which comes with an additional overseas shipping charge of over $60.00. The information on your (Goat) website is very misleading as you (Goat) write that there is careful inspection of merchandise, which I would expect to be done in the U.S. after being manufactured in the U.S.. I am buying a popular American brand that is supposed to be made in the U.S.. If the merchandise is made in China then it is considered fake. I would like a full refund for this merchandise including the shipping charges I paid you (Goat), which you (Goat) told me are part of the cost of the merchandise. I do not want fake merchandise from China.
What you have written here is not true: "your shipping courier attempted to contact you in order to arrange payment for these fees without response, the package was returned to GOAT." I was corresponding with your courier DHL, they told me that the merchandise was being held at their Ottawa location for approximately five more days, they told me their department to call, which I did twice, and I was told twice that they would send the invoice the following day. When I called DHL back the next day to tell them I did not receive the invoice, they told me that you (Goat) had returned the merchandise back to you (Goat) in the U.S.. and DHL did not know why you (Goat) had returned the merchandise.
Please provide a full refund of all monies I paid to your company including shipping. I will certainly not be ordering anything from your company again as you are not transparent in your business dealings.
I heard back from the merchant via email and they wrote: "Unfortunately, it looks like we were unable to reach you! Given the extended wait time, we have gone ahead and initiated your refund for your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund of $ 135.00 USD to post to your original form of payment.
Per our return policy, we're only able to issue a refund for the amount paid, less the shipping to and from you.

"What are you talking about "unable to reach" me, the last email on here was Sept. 19 in which you wrote that DHL was providing further clarification. DHL contacted me and we were corresponding, you ordered the merchandise back without informing them why. I have responded to you via Revdex.com. This $135.00 is unacceptable, I paid an additional $30 for the shoes plus $30 for shipping which I should not have to pay because I did respond to both you (Goat) and DHL and they informed me that the shoes were being held in Ottawa and they would email me a copy of the invoice so I could understand what the charges were for. DHL said they would email me the invoice the following day and I did not receive it. I am assuming that this merchandise was sent from China which would explain the additional $60 for overseas shipping. I do not want fake shoes from China. I am asking for a full refund including shipping because you are not being transparent in your business dealings. Also, as you can see from my previous correspondence with you, your agent was not addressing my questions. Your sneakers were confirmed verified at GOAT's facility in Los Angeles, CA prior to being shipped to you directly. Per our policy however, in the event the package is returned, you are deducted the cost of both shipping to and from you from your total return, resulting in this charge for an International shipment. It is also important to note that DHL is unable to speak on behalf of GOAT's policies and any information provided by DHL directly regarding their service, must be directed to DHL at this time.

If the package was mailed to me from the U.S. then the customs charge would be the provincial tax which is 13% of the value of the merchandise (approx. $30) but the customs charge was over $100, therefore there were international customs charges in addition to provincial taxes and this merchandise was from China. I emailed Goat about this when I received this information and they did not respond or address my inquiry about these additional charges that I should not be paying when I am ordering merchandise from the U.S.. Instead of answering me or notifying the courier, who did respond to my inquiry and said they would email me the invoice. Neither Goat or DHL responded to me. Now you say you are taking $60 off of the amount I paid you, and I did not receive anything, for shipping to a distribution centre and from a distribution centre you sent the package. I am entitled to a full refund because I did not order fake merchandise from China that you tried to sell me.
We reiterate that GOAT does not charge or determine the costs of customs fees, nor are these taxes collected by GOAT. Similarly, all items sold on GOAT are hand-verified for authenticity prior to being shipped to you. Your items were confirmed as authentic prior to being shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, which is an authorized GOAT facility. I purchased a pair of boats on for $285.60 on September 13, 2019 through goat.com via order #***. Upon receiving them on September 17, I made them aware of some areas of damage on the shoes and included pictures.On September 23, they responded and gave me the option of either keeping the shoes and receiving a $20.00 credit or returning the shoes for a full site credit, minus shipping charges. I chose to return the product on September 25 using the shipping label and instructions they sent me.On September 26, they notified me I had been issued a refund of $177.66. I notified them that this was far less than the original purchase amount. After multiple inquiries, they finally responded that they issued an additional $55.00 credit, bringing my total credit to $232.66. I responded that this was still $52.94 short of my original payment. I was told that since shipping charges were so high that was all they could credit back.The shipping charge for the original order was only $10.00. They are now holding an additional $52.94 that they claim, without offering proof, is for shipping.All in all, I have lost almost $53.00 for returning an item that they even acknowledged was defective. They also gave no indication how much they would take out of their return credit for shipping.

Resolved - the merchant gave me full credit back
I ordered my son shoes for his birthday and paid $230 for them. Their shipping info on their page is completely inaccurate. Their page says your order will be received in 7-15 days and I ordered the shoes 13 days ago and no one on their customer support can tell me where the shoes even are. The tracking number they gave me says that they created a shipping label for them to big shipped out but Fedex has not received the package and the label was created 5 days ago. My sons birthday party is this weekend and no one can tell me any whereabouts about the shoes I've ordered.

On Wednesday August 28th, I sold a pair of ***. My shoes were received for authentication, and I was told they were replicas. Needless to say, they are not replicas because I purchased these shoes with a receipt, but I am not the first customer that Goat has scammed. Anyways, this is not the major problem. I kept receiving emails to pay this so called invoice to ship the shoes back, but I never saw such invoice in my PayPal account for ***. So I asked to have it sent to ***. I paid this invoice September 5th through that email account, and to this day I have NOT received my shoes. I sent an email about this Monday September 23rd asking for a status update on my shoes since it has been almost a month! I get a reply this past Thursday that my shoes were never scanned by UPS, and I am offered a $100 credit. This company has had a trend of replacing authentic shoes with fake shoes, "losing" shoes, and scamming customers. This is not the first time Goat has switched a pair of shoes to be unauthentic, as they have caught there own employees doing this in the warehouses. I will NOT TAKE $100 because my shoes were sold for ***! I will not be held responsible for the mishandling of my shoes. It is so ironic how a *** pair of shoes goes missing from a company known to switch out authentic shoes with fakes to send back to their customers. I am not naïve, and I will not be robbed of my hard earned money. I expect my shoes in my possession or full payment for what the shoes sold for. I WILL take legal action against Goat. I have all the emails, and evidence to prove the negligence of my shoes. As well as pictures of my shoes before I sent them to the facility.

It's been 2 weeks since my shoes were delivered to Goat and still not authenticated yet or credit to my account. I've been patient but this is beyond ridiculous at this point. Normally this process takes 24-48 hours. My shoes were delivered on September 12, 2019 at 11:57am but Goat is showing Shipment delay which is a false statement. Order #*** $261.97 that this is what I'm owed.

Please do note however that as part of our informed Return Policy, 'item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris, and all original packaging included' to be eligible for a credit refund. I never received an email from GOAT offering any type of settlement. The sneakers that was sent was a size 18. I wear a size 9. And it was sent in a damaged sneaker box as I've been stating. GOAT is being dishonest and is robbing people of there money. I want my refund.

Once the sneakers sell once more, you will be notified and a cash credit based on your listing price will be issued. At that time you will have the option to either repurchase your desired sneakers in the correct size or withdraw your earnings to either an ACH or PayPal account. I don't accept these terms. The sneakers were a size 18. Making it unlikely or difficult to sale, especially the conditions of the sneakers when it was originally delivered.

I would like to receive my order from the "goat" app but have found no resolution from their customer service in terms of this.
About 3 weeks ago I ordered a pair of shoes off the app "Goat" but I see it says that the standard order shipping time is about 2 weeks so I have it 2 weeks then I decided to contact them on the situation and they told me multiple time they will escalate my ticket or whatever because that's how they deal with customer issues but I still have to hear from anybody concerning my package directly and I called ups and they said the haven't received the package from goat so they can't do anything about the situation so I'm stuck and I don't know what to do because "goat" doesn't have a call service so I'm just stuck trying to wait on message back from their "help center" who seems to never respond and I don't want to just loose my money on the shoes I bought due to the fact that they don't seem to be helping me with my issue or responding to my messages on shipping my shoes. I don't know what to do at this point. My shoes are a size 9 air Jordan 11 used order number XXXXXXXX, shipping number XXXXXXXXXXXX, ordered on 9.10.19.
I would like to receive my package from them.
