I ordered a pair of sneakers on 10/29 and I received a confirmation and my credit card was charged that day. After 2 weeks I hadn't heard from them and I couldn't find a phone no. so I sent them an e-mail. There was a response telling me that someone would contact me within 2 days. Never happened. I called my credit card company and told them that I didn't want the item and I sent an email to Goat telling them of my cancellation. The sent me several emails asking how I would rate the company and I would be receiving the sneakers soon. They arrived yesterday and since there was son name on the return address I opened the box. I brought it to the UPS store today and was told that I couldn't refuse delivery since the box was opened. I spent $38 to send them back because I knew they would never respond and send me a return authorization. I will NEVER buy anything from them again

When I placed the order I neglected to see the policy for a 3 hour return. When I did try to contact the company I was unable to do so by telephone and my emails were ignored. I did eventually receive a credit to my account after I returned the item, but I would never purchase anything from this company again.
We purchased goods from this company who claims they do not have to deal with returns because they are are 3rd party merchant.
*** We ordered *** basketball sneakers. After one practice, my son had blisters on both his feet. Goat.com will not accept the return. This is unacceptable. For *** he should not be getting any blisters, therefore, are defective. They state because they are 3rd party, we have to contact the manufacturer for return. Customer service was less than helpful.
I would like a refund for the defective shoes. I'm willing to return them as they will not be worn again.

I don't believe this is acceptable. As a consumer, I have rights which they are clearly taking away. Unless they will accept the return, I will not accept any other response from them.

I bought a pair of new shoes and when they arrived I discovered that they were USED and WORN a lot! Now I can't get my money back!
I ordered a pair of "Nike Flyknit Racer Knit by Night" shoes on the GOAT app.
I paid *** USD for the pair but I got an email from GOAT saying that the seller offered me a 5% discount because he didn't have the original shoebox as the description of the product said... I accepted because I really needed the shoe as a present for my brothers birthday. Therefore I paid *** USD + *** USD in shipping-taxes to Denmark. That's *** USD in total!!
When I picked up the shoes a my local pickup point I became so disappointed!
The shoes were DIRTY, USED and WORN significantly!!!
I have attached pictures of the shoes, so you can see for yourself.
I wanted a complete refund of 363 USD from GOAT and I got in contact with them through emails. Now, suddenly they don't answer my emails anymore... They promised be a full refund to my original form of payment but now I can't even request a return anymore as their return policy says that you can only request a return from the day you receive the product and 3 days forward..
It's all because of the bad customer service... now I'm stuck with a pair of dirty shoes for 363 USD!!! I got ripped off... Please help me get me 363 USD refund!...
I would like for GOAT to call me or email me so that they can help me return they shoes.. I also want them to give me a complete refund of *** USD as one of the co-workers promised me in an email! ZERO STARS!
I am a seller on Goat, but their system generated email delivery of the shipping label never works so I have to open a ticket to get a label. My complaint stems from the Goat customer service agent not sending me the correct shipping label--the correct item was shipped and delivered to Goat. Upon following up to see if I received the credit, I discovered that my account was docked for not shipping the product. The shipping label wasn't connected to the sale, which I was completely unaware of. So, upon emailing them to provide the shipping label they gave me, I was told 5-7 business days to find the package in the warehouse. The label was provided 11/1, arrived at Goat on 11/7. I keep getting the runaround....5.7 days, escalate it, been told 1-2 days multiple times. It is currently 11/25 and I still do not have a resolution. I send a message every single day, I contact them via Twitter @Goatsupport and even tagged Eddy *** this evening about this.
The bottom line is they provided the wrong shipping label, have the product, but refuse to take action of sending me the sneakers back in the same condition or keep the sneakers and credit me the amount of the sale. But here I am--18 calendar days after delivery date of the package trying to get answers.
Sold a pair of Yeezy 500 on 11/2, shipped on 11/5 and have still not received credits for sale or any response explaining why.
I opened a ticket for order*** that has never been resolved. I never got credit for the sale or any response from Goat as to what the issue is. I need to know what is going on with this order or I'll have to consider taking legal action.
I wrote multiple emails to goat and all I keep getting is that it is being escalated and someone will contact me in 48 hours. 10 days passed since then and ticket was market as resolved in the portal without ever actually being resolved.
Ups shows order delivered on 11/8 but then on 11/13 looks like lost item claim was filed, Number ***

I'm happy I got my money but I'm not happy that it took almost 4 weeks and with no explanation from them. Not a satisfactory level of customer service from Goat.
Take serious caution!!!!! Absolutely disgusting excuse for a business. My shoes ripped 5 days after receipt of them. I sent emails, pictures, responses, at THEIR request, and ALL my complaints were closed with no response (apart from the generic "we are looking into it.." and you will never hear from them again).
Pathetic customer service, pathetic company.

Goat will not return my store credit back that I used to purchase a pair of shoes with. I returned the shoes and still no store credit.
I recently bought a pair of shoes from the goat app with goat credit that I had from a recent return on a purchase in the past. The total was *** I used *** goat store credit and *** came out of my bank account which was how much I owed. The shoes I bought was a pair of Jordan Retro 14 size 13. I returned the shoes because I didn't want them. They finally refund me my *** dollars for the returned shoes but they didn't refund me my goat credit of *** This goat credit is money I used on a past purchase which is my money and now it has been lost and they won't give it back.I just want my store credit back because its my money.
I want my *** of goat store credit back into my account so I can use on a future purchase.
I have received my credit how can I cancel this case ?

I placed the order fro Goat website on November 12th. On the15th they sent me an email saying the can not continue wit the order and shoes will not be snet .Meanwhile they took the money from my account and did not refund me. They don't have a contact phone number and customer service ,just an email. How can I get my money back from this company?
I just want my money back . The company should not be able to take your money for something they never sent and wish wash it around for days before thay return it to you. It is a wrong business.

Just like the buyers, sellers have the ability to cancel an order since mistakes can happen. The seller can forget to remove their listing for instance or can go on a vacation. Although rare, it can happen.

Placed an order and immediately realized I ordered a mens size. Within seconds I sent an email cancelling my order. They refused to cancel my order.
Yesterday I placed an order and immediately realized I ordered a mens size instead of womens. Within seconds I sent an email cancelling my order. It took several hours before I received a response. I was informed that I had cancelled within the time frame but the seller had already accepted the order. The item has not shipped and inhave not received any tracking info. The latest email said they would exchange only and charge shipping back to them and to the seller and give me a credit minus the $25 or more in shipping costs. They have no concern for the consumer. They do not have a phone number to contact them and only communicate by email. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I have asked for a managing partner to get in contact with me. This is horrible customer service.

I placed a order with GOAT and the order number doesnt exist. They have not sent me my merchandise. I owe affirm the money , a company they work with.
I ordered a pair of michael jordan banned 1st generation black and red sneakers from GOAT but I got a loan thru affirm. Goat said the shoes were scuffed , let them know how to proceed with the order. I emailed them to send them anyway. They said I had to communicate thru their app. I downloaded the app and followed their instructions. I entered the order number #***. It said no order number exists. It appears that they canceled the order although I told them to send the shoes anyway.I texted them thru app and they keep sending same message. I keep telling them that order number is not valid as I get no info when I enter that number. Goat has already been paid by affirm. I now owe affirm money for item that they have not sent me. Goat sent a final email saying they will try to find me a replacement pair within 24 hrs which was friday the 15th or they would refund my money thru affirm. It's been well past the 24 hrs and I have not received a refund or any merchandise. Meanwhile affirm still has my payments scheduled. I'm not paying for something that I never received. I want either the merchandise or a refund for not receiving the item. Goat has no phone number to contact them, only thru email or app. Affirm has a phone number ***., which is the company that I owe the money to. I contacted affirm but they said they would have to receive a cancellation refund from the GOAT first before the could rescind my debt to them. I refuse and cant see paying for something that I never received. At this point I just want affirm to rescind my debt or GOAT to send me my merch.

At this point I would rather just have the refund which would be affirm to rescind the amount that I owe them. In order for that to happen Goat would have to send a refund confirmation to affirm before affirm would forgive the loan. Thanks
The GoAt finally did send me my order. I'm satisfied with the product but I will never use it again. They have no contact phone number and they barely respond to your messages. I would not recommend GOAT to anyone, but as far as I m concerned his case is Closed.
GOAT missing package and after emailing them first day complete radio silence.
My order number is *** the problem date was November 6, 2019. The payment amount was about $470 via credit card for the black static yeezys. The sales rep was *** who I'm still waiting on a reply from. The person who has been to assigned to my ticket is *** and I have not had any contact with him so far. So I look at my phone and see that I got an email saying my shoes have been delivered. I found this weird because I have a dog who barks like crazy if anyone comes. Nonetheless I look for my package and can't find it. I contacted goat right away and they messaged back pretty fast. They also proceeded to tell me that my item was delivered in my mailbox but there's no way a shoebox can fit in my mailbox maybe someone else's. After I sent my ID and the filled affidavit she told me somebody would be contacting me within 24-48 hours. It's been 9 days and from what I've been seeing GOAT has just been scamming people or have the worst customer service I've seen in my life. I hope you can see this before you purchased from the site to be aware of the risks your taking by buying shoes from them.

They are holding over ***usd of money and are holding pairs of my sneakers
I sold 28 pairs of shoes with goat. There was a delay at dhl in the uk and the shoes were not shipped until 2 days after I dropped them off. Goat subsequently cancelled the sales.
The sneakers arrived with goat last week and they gave me the option to consign them for sale.
They sold and goat shipped them to there customers.
They have closed my sale account owing me over $*** usd. Also they have 3 pairs of my shoes worth over *** usd that I am unable to access on there site.
They have also lost a pair of shoes.
I complained on monday last week and was advised I would get a reply in 48hrs. Its now been 7 full days. No one has replied. I have messaged them every day.
I have emailed. Messages on the app. And messaged via instagram, facebook and linkedin.
No one is resolving my issue. Tellkng me whats going on or doing anything to help me. L

I wish I had read the reviews before using this sham business. I bought sneakers according to their size chart and they were too big.
They said they couldn't exchange them for my size, but I could return them. They kept over $20 of my purchase in shipping charges and would only give me a GOAT credit. They would not refund my card.
Really disappointed to see so many negative reviews and they're still in business.
I ordered a pair of shoes that have never shipped at all. They never even verified it. It has been over 10 days since my order and I have never been so pissed in my life to never receive the order. My mother BOUGHT these shoes for me. I am so utterly pissed that they never mailed this to me, when they should have shipped it!
When this app works it is amazing. I ordered over 30 pairs of shoes from them...and everything went well up until now. Now I am missing 3 orders in a row...their shipping partner (UPS) has been worthless in trying to help me find those 3 orders and GOAT is basically MIA. Selection is great, app is easy to use, but if anything goes wrong. You're pretty much out of luck...or left in the dark on what to do next...
I ordered shoes that they never shipped and have proof from UPS, weeks later lied and said "return to sender" n charge me more/refund much less money
I ordered a pair of shoes and a label was created same day 10/24/19. 3 days later showed in transit to facility and then never moved. I contacted UPS after 2 days of no updates who completed an investigation after 2 days and informed me that the label was previously used and the package NEVER arrived for shipment and the date that appeared 3 days after creating label was actually dated 8/27/19. Shipping info was for months earlier than my purchase. During all this I was emailing and submitting tickets with sometimes not getting a response for days. When they did respond they would say they escalated and basically a run around of nothing for over almost 3 weeks. Finally today weeks later they informed me the shoes came back "return to sender" and said they could ship for $10 charge or refund minus the shipping charge back
And forth. So they would refund $121 when I paid $145 that they NEVER shipped and I can prove via UPS. This is the worst company and interaction I have ever had. I will report and waste more time to tell whoever and hope they don't waste their time and money like I did. I am still shocked they tried to lie and thought I would believe lies when I have proof. Purchase price was $145 and purchased with my debit card.
1) I would take the shoes shipped to me with expedited shipping at zero cost to me Or 2) Refund my entire amount of $145

I sold some shoes on 11/7/19 on the goat app for $130.75 and I never received payment for my sale?
On 11/7 I sold my cosigned sneakers I had in storage at goat for the *** "Ivory" for $130.75. I sent a request for ticket (XXXXXXX) on 11/9 because I was advised to allow up to 24 hours for review, and would be notified once approved or relist sneakers if denied. I was then advised to wait another 24-48 hours due to higher than normal ticket volume. I was then sent a email on 11/10 advising me some orders may take longer than others depending on the level of risk issues associated with the order. I don't undestand what's taking so long if my sneakers were already cosigned and sale was auto-confirmed and shoes were pre-authenticated. It should only take 1-2 days for authentication and once sold you should take on the responsibility of shipping to the buyer and dealing with any issues that may occur. Well it's been 7 days and I still haven't received an answer or response as to what happend to my shoes or my sale? I sent a reply email to goat support on 11/12 and they never responded back to my questions. I've been patient and understand the high volume but at this point I just want to get paid for my pending sale or get my shoes shipped back to me. This issue is taking way too long to get resolved!
I just want to get paid for the sale made in the amount of $130.75 or have my shoes shipped back to me. At this point I have no idea where my shoes are located or if they even still have them in their possession.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my son and when we received he tried on and found them to be a bit too tight. He literally wore them for 1 minute, walked around his carpeted bedroom, and returned them to the box. We sent the back within the time they required and were waiting for the credit so we could get the next size up. I was shocked when I received an email that stated there was dirt and wear on the shoes and they could not issue a credit. My only choices were to co-sign the shoes with GOAT and they would re-list with commission for selling. My other option was to have the shoes returned at an exorbitant rate. It is ridiculous to insinuate these shoes had dirt and wear, it is not possible. I am highly suspicious of their practices since others have complained of the exact same thing. I think this website is a complete scam. I am now stuck with too small shoes or getting ripped off having them getting more money by "re-listing" and paying them a commission. BEWARE, stay away from this company. Their customer service and policies are horrible.
Ordered shoes, there was an issue with shoes not explained in detail & ticket was escalated, since then 14days no reply. despite 7 tries. Paid in full
What occurred is the following:
- 10/24 I purchased this shoe, *** XXXXXXXXX Asics Gel Lyte III Urabn Camo (***)
- 10/26 GOAT notified me my shoe arrived to there warehouse and was pending authentication. I have both selling and buying experience with GOAT and this is done in 1 days usually sometimes 2.
- 10/27 and 10/28 I see the shoe was still not authenticated and I emailed their support for help. A representative *** advised she would look into it.
- 10/29 There *** did advise there was something wrong with the shoe and would escalate this ticket , Ticket # XXXXXXXXX, to a higher team and I would be contacted with 48 hours the latest. (***)
- I have since not hear back from support and it has been 14 days since I was advised 48hours. *** said to reply to this email if any questions and so far I have replied on 10/30 via GOAT app, 10/31 via app, 11/1 via app, 11/3 via app, 11/4 via app, 11/6 via app, 11/7 via app, 11/11 via app and 11/2 via app. (see all screen shots as well fro GOAT ticket in app which is also how you communicate on your ticket.
This in the end I ordered a shoe on 10/24, GOAT Received it on 10/26 and process my payment, and now 17 days later I have only been ignored my their customer service of which you cannot call. They usually dont process payment until they authenticated the shoe and ship it. To date n the app the shoe is still NOT authenticated and they will not give me any update.
I am also filing a complaint with Revdex.com against GOAT for this is not a good business practice (Not affirm, I love you guys) . Thank you for your help affirm, I appreciate it greatly. If you need anything else please let me know.
