After a week of ordering some sneakers didnt hears from goat or seller.send an email 2 days after that I got an email saying that they receive the item with a damage box so I said as long shoes check In and no damage I'm ok with that..they kept saying that I need to conform through the app .I kept going going to the app as they told me and kept emailing them back telling them there's nothing at my profile and orders for me to hit confirm.. no reply then all my orders got erase and reply no email no shoes. And I still hadda pay the shoes

I order a pair of shoes size 10.5. Received instead a size 9.5. I asked for a refund. They claim they only give store credit. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but with the slow return service they are displaying, this is close to impossible considering the holiday is less than a week away! I will NEVER order from this site again! This company is Trash!

I was sent the wrong pair of shoes and I sent the wrong pair back. I never got a refund of my money.
I purchased a pair of shoes for *** dollars on 10/1/19. Order number #XXXXXXXX. I was then sent the wrong pair of shoes. I emailed GOAT on 10/5/19 and they told me to send the wrong pair of shoes back and a full refund would be given to me. I sent the shoes back to GOAT and never got a refund of my money. I email them 3 or 4 more times over the next 2 months and all they said was that it would take up to 7 business days for the money to show up in the account. I still have not got my money back and I would like for my money to be refunded.

They sent me the wrong size. I reached out to customer service to address the issue and they aren't addressing it.
I ordered a pair of yeezy's for my husband for Christmas. They sent me the wrong size. I reached out to them, the requested documentation which I provided. They are ignoring my emails and not handing the situation. Apparently this is something they do based upon reviews I have seen. They keep sending the same standardized email responses. It's really wrong & now I am stuck with an expensive christmas gift I can't give.

Ideally I'd like to get the correct size. At this point I'd like for my money back and for them to be addressed. Apparently they do this to people and get away with it. It's wrong. I work really hard, I don't appreciate my money being so casually handled.

I bought shoes from the GOAT on December 7 it is now going on December 18 and they still haven't even package my shoes I paid for 3 to 7 business day.
I bought some shoes from goat on December 7. I paid for 3 to 7 business day shipping. It is now going on the 18th am I order hasn't even been sent out yet. And every time I I emailed them about my order to eat the refund me or send my shoes I get the same computer generated email. They won't let me know anything about my order is been 11 days now I have heard anything about my order coming so right now I'm just out of $300 for nothing and they won't even contact me and let me know anything regarding my order. I've bought 12 pair of shoes from this company this year alone I purchase a pair on the eighth that came on Monday the 16th. This is terrible I just want my order

We took a look and we see the seller failed to ship in this sneaker for verification.

Just like the buyers, sellers have the ability to cancel an order since mistakes can happen. The seller can forget to remove their listing for instance or can go on a vacation. Although rare, it can happen.

None the less, When a seller cancels an order they are penalized a deduction to their seller score. With a lower seller score comes higher commission rates when selling on GOAT and ultimately revocation of selling privileges if cancelations persist.

I paid over $600 for sneakers to be delivered to me & my order was never sent out. I reached out to customer service and was not getting any response.
I made a purchase on Monday, December 9th. After I noticed my order was not updated or shipped out after a week, I reached out via email. I reached out December 12th, December 13th, December 16th and three times on December 17th. At first, I was receiving responses but after December 14th, I have not heard anything else. I have been unable to get in contact with anyone regarding my purchase. My order number is XXXXXXXXX. I paid $685.92 through Affirm. The sales rep emailing me back was ***. I have the proof of the conversations as well as the current order status.

tried to contact goat from the 13-18 and have not gotten a response. This is their fault why I got the wrong item. Highly upset.
I ordered a pair of shoes on 8 December receive the shoes on the 12th and it is now the 18th and I have tried to contact GOAT and have not received a response this item was a birthday gift and I was not able to give it to the person because they were the wrong pair of shoes. everything was marked off on the list but I guess they didn't care enough to check and make sure they were the right pair of shoes I am highly upset.

I need a replacement for the same price I paid for the shoes I got. I will not be paying a return fee because it is out of the return window and i have been trying to contact this company for over a week.

My husband was told that he won a black friday raffle and that he was receiving a prize. The company changed their mind and cancelled the order.
On November 29, 2019 my husband received an email stating that he won a black friday raffle prize. The prize was legally claimed and an order was placed. After waiting 10 days and inquiring by email about the order status, the order was mysteriously cancelled. They emailed back with no explaintion and no offer of a substitute prize. After several run around emails with phoney automated replys my husband has not recieved anything. This was incredibly disapp6 and misleading. Does anyone actually recieve prizes or are the raffles a scam for the people who pay money for entries?

The company has come forward since my complaint and resolved the issue. Thanks, because I believe the complaint helped more the issue along.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, ITS A SCAM!!
I ordered a pair of Gucci shoes for my son for Christmas and they came in a whole size too small. I emailed them and sent them pictures and they responded that they need me to send them 5 different pictures they wanted. I had already done that but did it again. They emailed back that there support team would look into it and get back to me in 2-3 days. It's been a week and nothing yet. I keep asking for a customer support number and they keep avoiding my question. You can't speak to anyone and they don't communicate either. They don't care. I'm disputing my claim with my credit card so they won't get paid. They don't even care about getting the wrong size back. Worst customer service ever and not worth the hassle or frustration to order from them. TOTAL SCAM!!

I purchased shoes for my fiancé for a Christmas gift a week ago and the seller still has not shipped them to be verified.

I have money on the GOAT app ready to cash out but I can't due to having my phone number changed. I've reached out to change my number multiple times.
I've reached out multiple times in one week and they've only replied once, and said someone would respond to me within 48 hours. that was 3 days ago.

I contacted support about the authenticity of a product I received. They replied once telling me to provide additional info. 4 days later and no reply
On 12/9 I received a pair black yeezy boost 350 NRF that I ordered on 12/01 for *** Immediately I noticed that they shoes were a bit off. So I contacted support on 12/09 about my concerns with pictures attached. On 12/10, I got a response from *** apologizing for the inconvenience and to send additional pictures of the shoes. *** also assured me that the return window would be extended while the issue is being resolved. I sent in the additional photos on that same day 12/10. On 12/12 I sent another message stating that I haven't heard back and that I would like an update. Fast forward to today 12/14 and I opened about another request, stating that I haven't gotten a reply or resolution to my previous request and that I would like to return the shoes. I also sent a message to got via PayPal about my concerns today, 12/14. This is my first purchase from GOAT and I'm on edge because customer service has been subpar. At this point, I just want to return the product for a refund.

I just want to return the product and get a refund. It's hard for me to trust the company at this moment. I have never done this much to get answers from a company.

Horrible and shady business practices.
Ordered a pair of Yeezy Boost for my sisters birthday. A little but after ordering them the power in my area went out which resulted in my phone dying and me having no internet. After that, I realized that I ordered my sister the wrong size and wrong color Yeezy's that she wanted. When the shoes arrived we immediately got the labels to send them back. My sister told me to get her something else for her birthday so we sent them back and waited for a refund. MIND YOU.. they take *** off for shipping. what a SCAM. shipping costs *** not *** When I asked for a refund and explained the situation, they refused to give me a refund stating they only provide store credit and I should have cancelled the order within 3 hours. But with my phone dying and having no power in my area, I was unable to cancel my order whatsoever! So I am out $384 which is the price I originally paid. I am only receiving *** because of the $30 they took out for shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I order some shoes from goat, and when I bought them, the app said the shoes was in goat warehouse waiting to be verified but it never pass that stage
I bought some Jordan 13 island green, on 12/6/19 from the website goat. My account name is *** and My order number is XXXXXXXXX, I paid 170+10 for shipping which came up to *** I check the app the next day, it said the shoes was already in the warehouse waiting to be authenticated. I waited for a whole week, and the tracking stayed the same. And the tracking number said Currently unavailable. I know it only takes 1-2 days at most to get authenticated. I Contacted someone at goat on 12/10/19 but they told me to wait 48 Hours. But it's now 12/14/19 and still no Response. I just want my shoes!!!!!!

My Account was hacked multiple times and can not get response from customer service.
My account was hacked on 12/15/19. Multiple fraudulent purchases made and charged against my PayPal account. Thankfully PayPal alerted me to fraud. I was able to cancel and get money refunded. Changed ALL my passwords (PayPal & GOAT acct); have confirmation from GOAT of changed password. AGAIN on 12/16/19 (after my password was changed) account was HACKED AGAIN and additional purchase made. Don't have option online to remove payment information or freeze account. Sent multiple emails to GOAT with NO response. Have frozen my PayPal account AND bank account. Now as precaution I have to close my bank account because GOAT has NOT responded to my concerns. Completely inconvenienced by this matter financially and time wise. GOAT clearly has a data breach and doesn't care as long at they're hustling shoes making money.

I want someone from the business to contact me so I can resolve this matter and close the account.

Ordered a pair of shoes and was send the wrong shoe.
I ordered a pair of shoes from the goat and was sent an entirely different shoe from what I ordered and was the wrong size at that. I notified the company as soon as I received the shoe and told them about the situation. I provided them with all the necessary information to start the return process. I was told that I would get my full refund without the shipping take out plus 25 dollar extra for the issue happening in the first place. 1 I wasn't notified that they received the shoe I sent back. 2 I have written multiple messages in regards to my order but now that they have the shoes back the contact has stopped. I would like my full refund as promised since I was sent the wrong shoe and they authenticated something that wasn't what I ordered.

I would like what I was promised so I can proceed to get the shoe I was originally supposed to get. But since these guys are being really suspicious with me it makes just want my money back. I've used this company for a while and this is the first time this has happened but I will not long shop with them of this is becoming the norm of the practices

I accept their response because I was giving what I asked for

This is both customer service and delivery issues.
This is both customer service and delivery issues. UPS states my package was delivered however it was not. Customer service is not responding timely also not giving me any options but to wait. This was a gift for Christmas, I paid extra for faster shipping and I'm left with nothing.

Update*** after days of not hearing anything Goat customer service responded to follow up with UPS they could not issue a replacement. Little did the rep know because they didnt look into UPS found the package and delivered it. Thank you to UPS for working on this however GOAT customer service is the worst I've ever seen. They should be able to issue a replacement or credit as soon as a claim is issued. If UPS had not found the package I would be out almost $200 and no Christmas gift.

Sent wrong products will not return my emails or fix their mistake.
I ordered a pair of sneakers from GOAT. I ordered black sneakers. All sneakers purchased are said to come from a verified seller and are also shipped to GOAT to be verified by their team. On my online order it obviously shows that I ordered them in black. When I received my shoes they were the wrong ones. I have been trying to contact them through there 24/7 service and have not gotten help with this matter. It has been a few days since I contacted them.

I would like to have my shoe exchanged for the proper ones. I do not want to have to pay to ship them back to the company. I would like an apology as well as store credit.

I placed an order through GOAT with a 3rd party. The 3rd party cancelled. I requested a refund. They have not complied.
I ordered the shoes on GOAT on 12/5 - *** with a 3rd party. On 12/10/19, I reached out to Customer Support asking for an update. I had not received notification of shipping. I received an email back *** from *** stating that the original seller did not ship (essentially cancelling the order). They informed me they would seek another seller, but could not guarantee delivery for Christmas (which I had on my prior order). On December 10th at 1:36pm PST, I requested a refund. I decided to find another retailer to supply the same sneakers. At 9:36 PM PST, they informed me they found another party through their site that could sell me the sneakers. At no point did I authorize this.
I only authorized the 1st order. From the time I requested the refund to the time they contacted me about a replacement, I had already secured the sneakers through another retailer. I was told at this point that I could initiate a return. If the shoes were ineligible for a return, I could sell them on their website. I have no idea if they are eligible because I did not initiate the transaction with this new seller. Also, I do not wish to have to sell the sneakers. I want a refund. As a side note, this is the 2nd time I've placed an order through this company where they had the seller cancel. The previous time was on 11/23/18 - order *** That order was refunded.
