My order was lost during the shipping process and GOAT never refunded me.
I ordered a pair of *** off of the GOAT app on Oct 18, 2019 for *** plus $10 shipping. The shoes were listed with no box, but that was fine. Once they arrived to the GOAT warehouse for authentication I got an email stating the shoes were defected, so I was offered a 15% discount, which I accepted. I was then refunded $14, so in total I had paid $86 for the ***. A few days went by and I realized GOAT hadn't shipped the shoes to me, so I created a ticket on 11/14/19. Notice how it had already been almost an entire month since the order.*** Anyways, I asked when I was going to receive the shoes and was told that my shoes were lost by the courier and that I had been refunded on 10/31/19, which I HAD NOT. The refund he was reffering to was the $14 from the 15% discount, but I NEVER got my $86 back. A few days later, somebody in the ticket system told me I would get a FULL REFUND by the next Wednesday. When the next Wednesday came along I was told to wait EVEN LONGER. Now it's been months and I'm still getting robotic responses from GOAT support and I still have no shoes and no refund. I was also told recently that the claim initiated was voided. WHY IS IT VOIDED?! I was literally robbed.

Desired Outcome

FULL REFUND OF MY ORDER AND APOLOGY FOR THIS NONSENSE. MAJOR IMPROVEMENT IN THEIR SUPPORT SYSTEM WOULD BE A HUGE PLUS.

Then I waited about a week for the order to arrive at goat for authentication which never happened. I emailed goat on 12/26/19. I received a email back saying my order would arrive on 1/03/20. Two days before the scheduled delivery date the shoe is no where to be found and now the app says "shipment delay". They also removed the "veiw progress" tab to check how the order is going along so I can't even check what's going on with my order. I sent another email once I saw that on 12/31/19. I was told my ticket would be handled and I would get some clarification in 48 business hours. It has been 48 hours and I have yet to get a response. I have sent numerous emails and yet no response. I purchased the shoe through affirm and I do not want to pay for something I have not received. I contacted affirm and they said that I would have to get goat to cancel the order before they can cancel my loan. How am I to do so if they won't respond to any emails and they have no phone number. I've ordered several pairs of shoes from them and this has never happened before so I'm completely shocked at how bad the customer service is. You cannot run a business like this!

I would like to either get my shoes that I'm paying for or get the order canceled.

Never again! I will never order from this site. My son tried on the sneakers, they were too small, and we returned then. GOAT claims the sneakers are worn just because he tried them on. We returned them immediately after receiving them, so there wasn't even any time for him to wear them! This is bad business, don't trust this site.

Buyer beware if you use this company. Customer service and their return policy are atrocious. If everything fits and you get what you wanted, fine, but if you have any problems, wrong size, style etc. your chances of getting the customer service your dollars deserve are about zero.

We ordered shoes for our daughter for christmas that didn't fit. They didn't offer an exchange or even a store credit because we didn't contact them within 3 days. Well guess what, they were wrapped and under the tree for more than three days. To bad we were told and hope you understand.

Understand what exactly? That your company policy is stupid and your customer service is garbage. Got it.

12/8/19 placed order size 10 women shoe, received wrong size shoes (11.5) on 12/13/19, no response after initial request for refund
12/8/19 placed an order #*** for womens size 10 Kay Yow Nike Air Force 1, on 12/13/19 I received the shoes but in an incorrect size of 11.5. On 12/13/19 I contacted support and advised of the wrong size received - I sent pictures of shoes, box, and of original order showing I did not receive what I ordered. They then advised me that they would send to their support team, and to allow 2-3 business days for them to review the case. I have yet to received any responses, even after numerous attempts to reach out to them.
I just reported to credit card company as fraudulent, and waiting on their finding. I have all documentation sent to GOAT and with no responses.
Looking for my money back and to return item, as I have already gotten the correct size from a different company (STOCKX) since I needed them by Christmas.

Desired Outcome

I just want a refund for the shoes and a paid return label to send these shoes back. As I have already ordered the correct size.

I order product and they never shipped I was only able to inquire through email and they just responded with automated responses and I have no idea
I ordered a pair of designer sneakers on December 13 and still have no idea when I will recieve them they completely stalled on my order. I spoke to multiple reps and they never gave me clear answers. I paid almost $400 for the sneakers and when ordering they said to be delivered on December 23 but that's not true since they never shipped I paid via debit and this is the hugest inconvenience.

Desired Outcome

A store credit for sure and rapid delivery of the ordered product this is the hugest inconveniences.

Since most sneakers come to us for authentication first, it typically takes 7-10 business days (M-F) for orders to get to our domestic customers. That is 3-4 days for your seller to ship to GOAT, 1-2 days for authentication, and 3-4 days to ship to you.

I received new shoes in a good condition box and returned next morning in same condition. They are denying return saying they had been used.
The shoes were delivered 12/19 at 4:30pm on front door. When I arrived home at 7pm I tried to try them on and saw that the first shoe I could not get on. I didn't even try the second shoe on. I put back in box and that moment requested return label. The next morning the shoe was sent back. Sent back in same exact condition. Proof is in the photos I received from GOAT denying my return. Even in the photos you can see they are never worn. I was wanting to get next size up. I even have proof they were sent back next morning after they were delivered. There was not even any time they could have been worn and more importantly the sole and all was sent back in perfect condition. I'm
baffled by all this. And to be told I need to pay for shipping back to me! I would like this made right by receiving the next size up like I wanted in the first place. I tried emailing back and forth and its not getting anywhere. Doesn't make any sense at all.

I would like a refund. They have my return shoe that was returned in same exact condition as received, therefore I would like my money back.

They won't refund my money after I told them I don't want a replacement.
I have never used this site before. I received an email that my order was not authentic. I had the option to proceed or to find a replacement, there was no option for a refund so I tell them I want my money back because this was suppose to be a Christmas gift (which it's too late for)... i'm so annoyed and just want my money back

Ordered new shoes and received totally wrong used shoes. GOAT will not respond to my messages.
Ordered a pair of NEW Yeezy Boost 380 'Alien' tennis shoes for a total of $435 on 12/12/19. Received via UPS a random pair of Ultraboost 1.0 'Miami Hurricanes'. Contacted GOAT to report the issue and they did reply right away on 12/17/19 and I provided pictures as they requested and GOAT replied that they were sending my issues to the escalation department and I would hear a reply NO LATER THAN 48 hours. I have sent them messages daily since then with no response.

Sent GOAT a pair of shoes that I sold them. Lost in shipping. Cant get in touch with ANYONE!
I sent a pair of shoes to GOAT which I sold them, they usually send a shipping label so you can ship directly to them. To start the insurance they put on the shipping label is only $100. That itself makes no since it should be for what the shoes sold for Or a little more to cover that end incase something happens. Anyways, I sent them out, the shoes somehow got lost and instead of them figuring it out with the shipping company they sent me and email saying something went wrong with shipping. This is going to be difficult to get them to refund me if something happened bc they have NO PHONE NUMBER to call. What business has no phone number?!?!? I could go on and on. Its just sad, I know one thing if they ship my wave runners to me that I purchased and my *** that I bought all within a day from each other and they somehow get lost with only $100 insurance they are going to have a serious problem. I just dont get how a business can get by with this kind of service. Id rather buy from almost anywheres but from this company. Hopefully they will make it right but only time will tell.

I ordered a pair off shoes off the app and many days have past and nothing has happened
I ordered a pair of shoes off the app December 17. Seller still hasn't shipped and I submitted a request and someone named chelle responded saying that the seller did not ship in time and that they were going to be looking for another pair of the same shoes I bought and she said that'll take them 48 hours max couple days go by and still nothing happened now on day 7 since I've ordered the shoes I sent another request and nothing back

I ordered a pair of shoes from Goat. The shoes seem to be fakes. The shoes were made of two completely different material.
I ordered the shoes on December 9, 2019. Received the shoes on December 12, 2019. Order Number was *** and total amount paid was $185. When I received the shoes and unboxed them I was very disappointed. The shoes were sent with no protective paper, the shoes looked ashy black as if someone attempted to restore or clean them before sending which is not Brand New as I requested when ordered. Upon further inspection of the shoes, I also noticed that the material at the toe of the shoe was completely different. One shoe was Suede material and the other was cloth material. I immediately emailed Goat with my concerns about the shoe. I emailed them on December 12, 2019. The last email I received from them was December 14, 2019. I was told to give them 2-3 business days to resolve the issue and it is now December 26, 2019 and I still have not received a response. I am very disappointed, seeing that the amount of money I've used with this business. This is very unprofessional. The shoes sent are obviously two different shoes and I would like a refund of my money or a replacement of the shoes ASAP

missing money from a bank transfer. No replied in over a week from them when promised one in less than 48 hours. Where is my money?
I tried to cash out from GOAT app from a sale to my bank two times and it was denied and returned. On the third attempt, my bank denied the transfer again but the money completely disappeared from my GOAT account. I contacted customer service on 12-12-19 and was promised a reply within 48 hours of their last response on 12-16-19. I never received this reply and my transfer of *** has not been returned to my account. I have needed this money very bad and have gotten no response from GOAT. It has been a very nerve wracking situation. I was promised a response that never came and now it seems I've lost $216.72. I want them to refund my money, so I can cash it out and close my account. Their customer service is incredibly slow and does not explain what the problem has been. I need to know where my money went, and I need them to put it back into my account.

I would like the money I earned from my sale to be back in my account, so I can transfer it to my bank. If they can issue me a check, that will be fine too. I feel that my money has been stolen.

Ordered product almost 2 weeks ago.The shoe has been "authenticated" which means they've received it from the seller but it still hasn't been shipped.
We ordered a shoe December 14th hoping it would arrive before Christmas. Placed the order through the app. Realized we should have did the company's "instant ship". We tried to cancel the order, to reorder with instant ship to ensure the shoe would be here in time for Christmas, but because we had already closed out of the app the option to cancel was no longer available. Their terms state that " For sneakers, you may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first." We contacted GOAT via email within the allotted time frame and were told we couldn't cancel cause their cancellation is "clearly" stated in their terms and FAQ. All we wanted to do was reorder directly from the company instead of a second party seller. You would think they would have made the accommodation. Especially since I mentioned previously that we WERE in fact still in that time frame. Either way it goes, we ordered that shoe on Saturday. Continued to check the progress and by Tuesday it said they had been "authenticated" and would be being shipped shortly. That was December 17th. Reached out again on the 21st asking what's going on. Got a reply back Monday the 23 saying that this issue was was escalated and I should hear back in the next 48 business hours at the latest. By December 25th the status said that there was an issue with the carrier (UPS). Contacted UPS via online chat today (Thursday December 26th) and they're saying because the label was created more than a few days ago to contact the seller because they (UPS) haven't received the product yet. Contacted GOAT via the number listed above on the Revdex.com site for them and it goes straight to voicemail. Still haven't even heard back from the last email from Monday. If I don't hear back from someone today, I will be filing a dispute with my bank. This is ridiculous and unprofessional!!!!

Desired Outcome

I want the shoes expedited by overnight delivery at no charge to us. If we don't receive the shoe by tomorrow December 27, 2019, we'll gladly take a refund or file a dispute with our bank. Thanks

I ask told by Ups claim department that they are willing to give my claim money but got is giving chances that they talk to the ups store manager they for sure they scan my package on the location they already admit that its ups fault they are willing to pay me. But goat is not even giving chances so what gonna happen to my shoes im I just gonna let it go if that goat wants. This is my business we talking about im lossing my money for thos goat got nothing to. Ups already send the money I bet.

On 12/12/19 I requested to have my phone number changed in my profile so that I could make updates. I have money in my account and I'm being ignored.
On 12/12/19 I made contact with customer support to have my phone number changed on my profile. The only way to change your number is to contact customer support to have them do it. Since I have emailed several times, I was told the week on 12/12 that I would be contacted within 48 hours. I waited four days then reached out to them again. They didn't respond so I made another customer support ticket. Today is 12/2719 and they still have not made any attempt to contact me in support of my original issue. I was asked for verification information on the 12/12/19, I sent the information and there hasn't been anything done to make me believe my issue is being taken care of. On 11/28/19 I was in a car accident where my car was totaled. I had a high deductible so I wanted to pull the money out of my shoe account on Goat to take care of that matter. The lack of response from Goat is delaying me from being able to pay my deductible with my own money. Goat is able to accrue daily and monthly interest off the money that is in my account while I have no access to it at all because they won't respond to my request to have my number changed on my profile. This is not the first issue I have had, other issues included me buying a pair of shoes from Goat for $500 and when the market price hit $800 I sold them. When I sent them back to Goat they claimed the product I purchased was fake and they would not honor my sale. After speaking with customer support they told me to send the shoe back for a refund of my original purchase price. I sent the shoes back as requested and they sent them right back to me. When I spoke with customer support they said it was a error and send them again. I had the shoes authenticated indecently and they were real. I was going to loose $300 profit along with the commission and shipping charges. Another time I purchased a pair for over $800, I requested that the shoes be stored with Goat after authentication. The shoes were authenticated and were available in my profile to sale. Once the value went over *** I put them up for sale, once the sale was made I was informed that my sale would be reversed because the shoes they had in storage were now considered fake. In this situation Goat has full quality control and I still lost all my potential profit because of errors on their behalf. Another example of Goat using the system to make profits was when I had a early release shoe, I followed all the prompts and instructions to post the shoes on my profile just like I did for all the other shoes I have sold on the platform in the past. The shoe were on the platform and I checked to make sure they posted, overnight several pairs were purchased at a very profitable price. I noticed that the pair I posted was not purchased yet my posting was rejected. My post was rejected during the high sale point for that shoe. I went back to correct the stated error several times and it didn't make since why the error occurred, it happened repeatedly until the shoes were not a hot sale item anymore. I later sold the shoes for less than what was made by others; note I was the second user to post this item because when I posted there were none for sale and only one had been sold. I believe the Goat platform took my advantage in all of the above situations to maximize their own profits systematically. All payments were made electronic. I have all records of communication between Goat and I.

I need Goat to change my profile number as requested. I also want to return the Travis Scott Jordan 4's size 12 for the current market price of *** I bought these shoes from the platform for *** once they were selling for *** I tried to sale them on Goat, Goat sent them back to me twice stating they were fake after Goat employees already authenticated the shoes as real.

I have not been issued a refund by GOAT after starting a claim with them. It has been more than a month, and customer service is ignoring my emails.
I ordered shoes from GOAT that UPS claimed that they had delivered 11/13/19 at 1:08pm. I emailed GOAT and UPS advising them that I did not recieve my package. I then filed a claim with UPS and they responded search complete and they would notify GOAT. I then completed affidavit provided by GOAT with a copy of my drivers license to start a claim. I was then told by GOAT's customer service that I would receive an email within 48 business hours and as of 12/27/19 I have sent several emails and no response to my claim.

I am looking for a complete refund of $135 for a pair of shoes I did not recieve.

I have reached out to UPS and they have closed my case and issued a refund on 1-06-2020 at 7:34 a.m.
The refund has been sent to GOAT and now I am waiting on refund from you. However GOAT has been denying that UPS has sent the claim even though I can see that one has been issued to them.

I ordered a pair of Retro Jordans UPS says shoes was delivered on 12/27. I did not receive shoes. Company has no phone number to call to fix situation
I ordered a pair of retro Jordan on 12/22, I paid *** UPS said they delivered the shoe on 12/27. I was home all day and saw no shoes. I checked with neighbors no one has them. I have ordered shoes from them before and they have been delivered with no issues. I spent a lot of money on these shoes and need a refund or replacement. Was horrified when learned they didn't have a customer service number to sort this out.

ordered shoes for christmas and never recieved them. 14 days later and I still have not received the shoes and I paid extra for instant ship.
I ordered a pair of the air jordan retro 9 'kobe' sneakers on december 12 I paid $250 and paid like an extra $10 for them to ship instantly so all together I paid $260 the order *** When I track the progress on the app it shows that the shoes have been authenticated but they have been stuck in the status for 14 days. there is also a ups tracking number which is *** but when I go to track it only says a shipping label has been created but the shoes have not shipped. I have reached out to GOAT to have the issue resolved and i've only received 1 email so far saying my issue will be resolved in 48 hours by someone named "DJ" it's already been 5 business days and I haven't been contacted back so now i'm worried that I have paid almost $300 for a pair of shoes that I have not received. Waiting this long for a response or for my issue to be resolved is unacceptable especially since they had no problem quickly debiting the money out of my account

Desired Outcome

i want the company to either send me the shoes or issue a full refund. i worked to work for that money and i need it back if i can't get what i paid for.

Goat sent me damaged goods and have not responded to multiple inquiries regard a refund or return. No resolution has been provided.
Purchased $500 Nike Jordan 6s x Travis Scott. Shoes arrived damaged and did not match their stated guarantee. I have opened several support cases but no response has been provided. Return window has been closed.

Desired Outcome

I believe I am entitled to a deep discount on the shoes since I had no choice but to gift them for Christmas

Our verification team reviewed the issue and based on the severity of it you were offered a certain amount of GOAT credit for the inconvenience if you decided that you wanted to keep the shoe if not the return window was extended for you.

You declined the credit and requested to return. Our team then offered you a full refund in GOAT credit to return your order. At this time you updated that you wanted to cancel your return request and accepted the original credit offered to you as we advised we could not offer any additional credit.

This issue was not resolved in a reasonable amount of time or to my satisfaction. Due to the timing of the order, I had little choice but to offer the damaged shoes (which they confirmed in an email to me) to the intended recipient. I then had to sent multiple follow up messages to get a response. In the end, Goat did offer a $15 credit or the option to return the damaged shoes. However, since it was over 3 weeks from case escalation, I denied the return option. I requested additional credit on my account since the shoes did not match their guarantee and policies regarding 'deadstock' shoes. These shoes had major flaws that should have never passed *** inspection process. In my opinion, the credit should have been at least $50 to match the market price of used or damaged shoes that they are offering on their site. The denied my request for additional credit. Poor service from start to finish.

GOAT is a reselling marketplace, meaning sneakers in our inventory are independently owned by individual sellers. They do not come from the brand directly so we are unable to ensure shoes will be deadstock.

New shoes will be brand new and unworn, in mint or excellent condition.
