I purchased an item on 12/6, I have yet to receive the item and site says instant ship is 24hrs AND I have not received response from customer service
The company does not provide order number until your product has been validated so I do not have one purchase date was 12/6 attached a screenshot of the charge made by the company. Since this item was purchased for Christmas and the information from the site was misleading because I did not receive confirmation for instant ship product availability I have asked for a full refund. It is unacceptable in this day and age to:
1) Not get a timely response for order
2) Not receive product as stated for expected shipping and delivery
3) Customer service to not respond.
4) Customer service phone number not available to call for issues.
After further research of the problems I incurred, I also found tons of reviews of this practice so I would suggest a full analysis of the company as it looks to be committing fraudulent practices in order to obtain money for services not rendered.
I want a full refund for the purchase because I did not receive goods NOR did I receive them in the time they promise in writing on their site.

Did not send what I paid for and now won't accept return or exchange.
I bought my son what was advertised as 'new' Yeezy's for Christmas. Christmas morning he opens up his *** 'new' shoes that reek of strong cigarette smoke and have several large stains all over the shoes and the bottoms show major obvious wear. I contacted GOAT for a return and said these are definitely not new shoes and not what I paid for and they said no we have a strict return policy of 3 days from the time we send them-I said it was a Christmas present and they said it doesn't matter. I said what if someone doesn't even get them shipped within 3 days and they said they don't care. This is unbelievable to pay such a high price for such horribly used shoes when they advertised new shoes and have no one help you. I just want what I paid for. I understand a return policy if you just don't like them, but these are not what I paid for. He will not be wearing shoes that reek of cigarette stains and look like shoes I pulled out of the garbage can.
I want an exchange for these used shoes for actual new shoes or a full refund.

They said I could return the shoes for a refund, so I returned the shoes but have not received the refund. So I am in a worse situation than before as I don't have the shoes or my money. Once they give the refund, I will accept the response from the business.

I ordered brand new Yeezy sneakers and was charged *** I was sent used Jordans valued at $140. I have emailed and heard no response in a week.
On December 17th, I received an email stating that my brand new Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Lundmark, Non- Reflective- Size US 14M (order # XXXXXXXXX) had been shipped and would arrive on December 20th. When I opened the package, they had sent me used Jordan Retro 1- royal blue, size US 14M.
I sent an email on December 22nd (when I opened the box) and got a response saying that they needed pictures and pictures of barcodes. I sent these out on the 22nd. I have not heard another thing, although I have sent many emails to them. I was charged $220 for USED shoes that were not the correct product and $80 cheaper than what I paid. I'm afraid this was a scam because there is no phone number to call and they have failed to respond to me. This was my son's Christmas present and I was very disappointed that he didn't get his gift and still has nothing.
I would like to be sent the Yeezys and also keep the Jordans for free or at least half the sale price- to compensate for the error in my son's only Christmas present! If this is not possible- I would like to be refunded my $220 and keep the Jordans for free.

Refused to exchange my shoes out for another size. Grace period for returns/exchanges during holidays should be accommodated.
My friends purchased me a pair of Yeezy 500 bone white in a US7. This was my first pair, so I wasn't aware of the sizing. Being that it was a gift they didn't give them to me right away. When I finally opened them and tried the shoe on, I learned that they were a bit too small. I contacted GOAT and they said I only had three days to request a return/exchange. Being that it is the holiday season, there should have been accommodations made for orders during this time period. 12/17/2019. They spent 400.00 not only am I out of a shoe, the money they spent is gone too. When I reached out to their support staff the reply was unfortunately we can't do exchanges after three days which isn't okay for those who purchase items from the as gifts.
I would like the opportunity to exchange my 7 out for a 7.5. If you can't exacte them then issue me refund.

Never received the sneakers after it telling me it was "delivered"
Ordered non reflective citrin yeezy 350s on 12.25.19 and it said it was delivered (12/28/XX XX:XX AM) on the UPS website, and I never received the package after checking the entire perimeter. Came to the door 20 mins after alleged delivery time and there was nothing at all. Order number XXXXXXXXX. I sent out a claim with you guys and also with UPS.
Either a refund or a replacement. I've ordered 3 pairs of sneakers before from GOAT without issue. UPS has lost my packages before multiple times as well.

On 12/16/19 I ordered a pair of sneakers from GOAT for 137.80 using an Affirm Loan, order #XXXXXXXXX. It's now 12/29/19 and I have received nothing.

On 12/17/19 I received an email that my order had been shipped to GOAT for verification and that I should quickly receive my shoes once they were authenticated by their specialists. It is now 12/29/19 and I have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails to the help center inquiring on the status of my order. The reply initially was they should ship either that day or the next day and a UPS tracking number was provided. However when I tracked the package through UPS the status was only label created and that has been the status since 12/18/18. On 12/27/19 through the GOAT app the status changed to shipment delay due to a problem with the courier. I sent another email and was told the ticket was being escalated and someone would contact me in 48 hours however I have gotten no reply since. Yesterday through the GOAT app the status of my order was changed from shipment delay to delivered however I still have no merchandise and no response from customer service. I would like either my merchandise or a full refund of what I paid. I would also like for customer service to reach out to me and let me know what is going on with my order. The whole experience has been very frustrating and disappointing as this was a Christmas gift for my son!

*** XXXXXXXXX, revenge x storm Vans for $216.80. Ordered 12/14/19, paid with Visa credit card. When I received my order I opened the box and was sent Nike air max basketball shoes instead. I understand mistakes are made but my complaint is they said I would be contacted in 2 to 3 business days to resolve the issue. Since then I have emailed them twice and they have not responded. When I look at my order on the GOAT app it now says the order is complete. They are not responding to a mistake they made which is bad business. Why are they not responding after more than 3 business days and why is the order now showing complete? You can't call them because they don't have a phone number available, so they should respond to emails rather than just ignoring correspondence. This is a bad company. This is not how you are supposed to conduct business. After you receive payment in good faith you are supposed to deliver goods that are paid for. Don't just act like an individual who paid over 200 dollars for shoes doesn't deserve what they paid for once the money is paid. That's not how business is conducted. Then I read other reviews and there are many other complaints like mine. How can companies not deliver a product after they receive payment, and not have to respond to the person they falsely advertised services to? I don't understand.

GOAT sent us the wrong size shoes. After we sent them back, they would not process a return and said they were missing a bag, which we never received.
I ordered a new pair of $460 for my wife for christmas. A week later upon receiving the shoes we saw that GOAT sent us the wrong size (size 9 instead of a size 7.5).
We immediately notified GOAT, and packed the shoes back in the box (within 5 minutes of opening the box, so literally we sent them back as is), and sent them back out to GOAT the next morning.
A week goes by with no response, after emailing GOAT for status updates, they finally respond saying that our shoe box was missing a dust bag and that the shoes had markings on them.
We never received a dust bag with the shoes and the shoes themsleves were never worn outside of 20 seconds when my wife tried one on in the living room to notice it was completely the wrong size.
Now GOAT doesnt want to accept the refund and wants to charge me $11.67 to ship the wrong shoes back to me...all I wont is an exchange for the right size
This is a scam, their email responses are emotionless and I will never do business with them again

Incorrect Item Delivered/Item Never Delivered.
I ordered some sneakers on December 4th (order number XXXXXXXXX) and December 11th (order number XXXXXXXXX) respectively. The pair ordered on December 4th never arrived. It was returned to the GOAT warehouse and they have yet to give me a refund. I have tried contacting customer support numerous times and they keep giving me the run around and refusing to give a refund that would undoubtedly be simple for them to do. For the pair ordered on December 11th, I received a package on December 24th, but when I opened the box, it was a completely different shoe that was delivered. I emailed customer support and again, they are giving me the run around and are ignoring my emails instead of giving me a refund for the product I paid for that was never delivered. I have a seller rating 364 and have been using GOAT exclusively for years, so the fact that they are holding my money hostage is quite frankly unacceptable.

Although the process took a long time, I was eventually refunded for the errors made on GOATs behalf. My suggestion is that GOAT increases its staff and opens up a phone line to better handle these issues.

I monitored closely the shipping status and had no idea these shoes were coming from Hong Kong , goat has no phone contact , I called DHL as they were the assigned shipper to monitor order. To make a long story short I never received the shoes . I contacted goat immediately, they sent me an affidavit to fill out and I sent it all back immediately now they want me to wait an additional day , this is ridiculous, they took my money with out hesitation I just want my money back and unfortunately would just purchase locally this shipping and delivery did not work for me. Item was over 200+ dollars , no signature was needed ? I just want my money back .
I am looking to be refunded. These items are not cheap nor should this item have been sent with out any signature. My package has never been received. Goat needs to have a customer service line where you can actually speak to someone it is so difficult to get anything done or expedite an issue when you have to wait days for an answer on the next step , this is completely makes everything difficult.

Unfortunately, this is a lie , the courier never attempted to contact me or was a signature received . Goat does not have a phone number for customer service , you have to email them and wait for them to respond , it's terrible . I contacted them immediately and as well as the courier . Item was never delivered . Goat resubmitted my claim and stated it would take about 3-5 business day we are now on day 10 with no resolution. I never received my order they have no right to deny my claim. My next step would take legal action .

On 2/3 I contacted DHL and spoke to *** . She advised me that the only information she can provide to me is when they tracked the GPS address for my missing package it was traced and delivered at *** that information is incorrect that is not my shipping address, secondly DHL will not release any information to me in reference to the package that is the only information the representative told me. The merchant, which is GOAT has to call to have issues reviewed, they also stated They are the ones who can refund item. I have been disputing the this for about two months , it's exhausting and unexceptionable.
I placed an order on December 20th, paid extra for pre-verified shoes that would be delivered before the 25th. It is the 30th and still no package.
I placed an order (Wmns Air Max Plus 'Black Gold', order #XXXXXXXXX, SKU XXXXXX XXX, new condition, good condition box, size US W 8.0) through GOAT on December 20th. I know that that's a little close to Christmas, but they advertised that if you paid an extra 10$ you would receive a pre-verified pair of shoes that would not have to go to GOAT for verification and would be shipped directly to you, making sure that they arrived before the 25th of December for holiday purposes. It is now the 30th (10 days after my order date) and every time I check the shipment information (tracking number 1ZXXXXXEXXXXXXXXXX) for my order, all it says on the UPS website is "Shipment Ready for UPS." After seeing this for a couple days, I thought maybe it was an issue with UPS. I entered my tracking number to their online virtual assistant, to which it responded that a label has been created for the package but that they have not received the actual package. I also called UPS directly, and the response over the phone was the same. A label was created for the package on 12/20/XXXX XX:XX A.M. but they have not received the actual package to ship out. This confirmed that this is not an issue with UPS, but with GOAT and the seller. Since I paid extra for them to arrive before the 25th, I was frustrated that I had no package nor an update as to the shipping situation. I wanted to know if there was an issue with the shoes themselves, delay in shipping, out of stock, etc. I contacted GOAT on December 25th, 10:12 AM about this issue (i.e. where is my order, what is the status update) and a service specialist by the name of *** responded the same day at 10:50 PM. The response was that they've escalated my ticket number and that creating new tickets will only delay the response time. They stated that I would get a response within 48 business hours at the latest. That meaning, I should have received a response by Friday, December 27th 10:50 PM. I have not received a response since then. I e-mailed again today, December 30th, at 2:52 PM - still no response. It's extremely frustrating to contact them through e-mail as they take days to respond and when they do it is the same response. There is never anything specific in regards to your order or any information you are seeking.
I would like for them to give me specific details about my order. I want to know when it will arrive, why it hasn't shipped yet, will it ever ship, etc. If that cannot be done, then I would like to cancel my order and the payment plan that I signed up for. I would also like, if possible, to be refunded the 10$ that I paid extra for the shoes to be pre-verified and shipped in time for Christmas. I've read a lot of reviews online about this problem and many people seem to be having similar issues. Many reviews state that they are also having problems with customer service (either waiting days for a response or no response at all) and that some packages arrive with shoes that are extremely worn, fake, wrong size or just not what they ordered at all. I'm one of the few that have come to the Revdex.com with my issue but if everyone with a complaint against this company came here and stated the issues that they are also having, something would happen to this company. The amount of awful reviews and negative comments against this company is astounding and with the amount of issues that many people are facing it is a surprise that they are still in operation.

I want to be clear, while I understand the holidays may be a busy time for shipping, the customer service email replies were far too delayed. My son is what we call a "sneaker head" and I purchase sneakers quite often. This was my 1st time purchasing from GOAT and it will be my last. I will also not reccomend GOAT to anyone I know. When purchasing the sneakers, the page with the sneaker I was purchasing clearly stated instant ship although apparently they were not instant ship qualified according to a delayed customer service response. Again my issue with this is that it appeared as though the sneaker was an instant ship sneaker. I would not have purchase the shoe had I known for a fact that they were not already certified. Your page was not clear on what the instant ship process actually is. Your email response time is unacceptable to customer service standards. And the fact that one cannot cancel an order even though it has not been shipped yet is absurd. Even more absurd is your return policy. Furthermore, the sneakers arrived today and appeared used although the description clearly stated new. They had creases, the box had scratches and the soles of the shoes looked like they were worn then cleaned. The shoes were not even stuffed with paper to preserve the shape. Never again will I buy from GOAT. I am very disappointed in my shopping experience with GOAT.

Unfortunately a horrible experience. Did not arrive before as promised on website. Support ticket took 3 days to get response.
Shoes had stains, scuff marks, glue marks and dirt stains.
These were suppose to be "new in box". These shoes were clearly not inspected.
I placed an order for shoes my credit card got charged the same day I never received confirmation email don't know where order is no one will tell me
This complaint is in regards to order number XXXXXXXXX, I placed an order on December 12th of 2019 my credit card was charged the very same day I never received confirmation email so I emailed them several times last I heard on December 15th the seller was shipping the shoes to them and since then no one will get back with me and let me know where we are in the process of this order I have sent emails for days with no response. Per Goats statements we should receive email when product ships and per their time limit they should have already shipped.. I just want to know that I'm not being ripped off I want to know where the shoes are, and not responding to numerous emails and after a customer spends $255 for a pair of shoes is very unprofessional
Send the new shoes, overnight them.

I sent shoes in to be sold under GOAT Clean. I was told they were fake, paid for return shipping and still have yet to see them returned weeks later.
I sent 2 pairs of used Nike SBs *** to be sold through GOATs service GOAT Clean. They are potentially worth thousands, however customer service (after weeks of no response) told me they were fake. They refused to tell me exactly why when I asked. So as per their policy to get my shoes back I was required to pay for return shipping. At first I never received an invoice when I told them my PayPal account. After another email asking them why I haven't received an invoice I was finally sent an invoice for each pair of shoes. I paid both and still have yet to receive my shoes. I am concerned now that I am being scammed and my shoes are being stolen. This is troubling considering even used each shoe (if real) could sell between
I want my shoes back, and I want a reason why they are fake, with proof that they are fake. This is ridiculous that it has taken this long. And if my shoes are now lost I want to be paid the dollar amount they could have sold for since they were likely stolen in that case, and would likely only be stolen if they were real.

They worked with me to send my shoes back and refunded the money I paid for shipping.
I never received my order from Goat that I made on December 9th that I was to receive on December 11th.
I made a purchase from Goat on December 9th for $169.60 for a pair of shoes to be delivered on December 11th be FedEx. On December 11th the FedEx app showed the shipment was in route to my address so I assumed everything was okay. They never arrived. On December 12th I called FedEx to track my package and they informed me that it had never left the original shipping place, that I needed to contact the company that I purchased them from because my package was still there. I tried to find a phone number for Goat but couldn't, all I could find was an email. I emailed them and finally got an answer two days later and was told that it would be looked into and it could take up to 48 hours before I heard anything back. Then a couple days later I get ANOTHER email saying the same thing. Now I have emailed them multiple times asking for a refund of my money or the shoes that I purchased but I receive no answer at all. It has been two weeks when I paid to receive them in two days.
I would like the shoes that I ordered. If there is now way that I can't get the shoes then I would like a refund.
