Sold a pair of shoes through their platform. Sent them tracking numbers and stayed updated until the day they arrived at GOAT facility. They "cancelled" my order, not providing a return tracking number for MY shoes, nor did they deposit the guaranteed funds into my seller account. Essentially, they've either stolen my $450 pair of shoes,Or they just decided to keep my money after they sold. Please help me!! Thank you.

Don't believe there are three hour window for returns. I ordered shoes for my son and I decided against getting used shoes. I called minutes after I placed the order and they said it was pending I kept trying to contact them and I get these emails saying it was pending before you know it three hours is up. I ordered shoes that UPS notified me delivered 8/27/19. I emailed GOAT at*** and UPS advising I have had to package at my door. Delivery noted 5:09pm I filed claim with UPS and they responded search complete and they would notify GOAT. 8/28/19 with GOAT I completed affidavit provided copy of my drivers license to start an claim and received email would hear from a GOAT representative in 48 business hours and as of 9/13/19 I have sent several emails and no response to my claim. Only way I can locate to contact GOAT is through email.

The shoes are also missing a pice or the R in the word "air" is missing a piece creases and scuffs on the sole of the shoe the box is badly damaged.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this company. They were to be brand new but when I receive them there was flaw or imperfection on them. I contacted the company about it they gave me a $15 credit that was all. There is no phone number listed for this company so all communication must be done through email which is not quick whatsoever. Sometimes they respond a few days after the fact or they just don't respond at all. I need someone to contact me to return the item and refund for full price.

Hello this issue has finally been resolved. The company accepted the return and offered store credit in return. Thank you all for your assistance in this matter.
I purchased a used shoe with laces clearly not attached to shoe from this app. What I received was a new shoe and nothing like the used shoe I purchased. I reported the issue right away when I opened box from ups. They goat responded with we will look into this and get back to you but it's been more then 48 hours and nothing I emailed agaim still nothing. I spent over *** on this shoe and did not get what I paid for. Also my purchase in the app was changed from buying a used shoe to purchasing a new shoe not sure why that happened after I filed complaint suspicious They either switched the shoe out keeping the real used pair and sending a fake new pair to me or they authenticated a new pair as a used pair which is not right. I ordered the Yeezy 350v2 Citrin, they were supposed to be brand new and the box was to be in perfect condition. I received the order on 12/5/19 and upon inspection of the box there were a few problems which I will outline.
1) The bar code next to the sizing label was torn off.(Big deal because this could prevent me from legit-checking the shoe, also it should not even be torn off in the first place because I ordered the shoes as brand new)
2) There was a blue mark on the box. ( Not that big of a problem, but still a problem because these shoes and box were supposed to be brand new)
3) The inside paper that wraps around the shoes was all crumbled up like it had been tampered with, when I ordered other yeezys the inside paper was always pressed and wrinkle-free.
I seek a full refund for the shoes that would cover the shipping expense I would incur by sending the shoes back.

Since the box does still hold its structural integrity and still does carry its original shape, the tear that has occurred is minor and does not really affect the functionality and performance of the box.
As far as the paper inside of the shoe, as this is not an accessory of the sneakers or box, there is no condition requirement for this paper.

We ordered a pair of shoes (wrong size) back in October 2019. Notified the seller the day they were delivered and in our possession. Were notified of returns being issued a store credit less the shipping. Our original invoice lists $10 shipping fee. After several weeks of going back and forth regarding the issue (sending pictures, etc), we were informed again of the refund guidelines. I confirmed that our refund/store credit would be the purchase price less the shipping fees. They encouraged me to send the product back, as we just wanted to order the correct size, so the store credit would work just fine for us. We purchased a $100 pair of shoes, paid the original $10 shipping fee, ALSO paid $22 to ship the shoes back to the address listed on the original packing slip. Were then notified that we'd get $33 store credit towards our future purchase. I have left several emails regarding this discrepancy and have NOT RECEIVED RESOLUTION on this matter. Essentially this company just took our hard earned money on a product that we don't have, and gave us a $33 credit which is approximately 1/3 of the original purchase price.

My daughter bought a pair of sneakers on Goat. As soon as we recieved them she tried one on in the kitchen and determined they didn't fit. We followed the return policy, paid for them to ship back within the three days. We recieved an e-mail saying they were used and we would have to either consign them or pay for them to be shipped back to us. We have pictures to show they were in pristine condition when they were returned. We would have exchanged for a bigger size but they only allowed GOAT credit. This is a scam. We could not have handled this more by the book yet they refused our return. There is no customer service to speak to and they only communicate through emails. We've already lost money by paying for shipping. We just want the credit that is do so she can purchase a pair that fits. There is no option to write a review on the page so other people don't know what a scam this is. My daugher is 13 and saved up over $120 to buy these and now she has nothing. You can't consider 1 shoe that was tried on for 2 minutes as used or every shoe at the store would be used. If you aren't allowed to try them to see if they fit, it needs to be in the policy. If that were the case we never would have taken a chance.

The sneakers could have not shown signs of wear because they were not worn. This is a scam. My daighter tried on sneakers and they did not fit. We put them back in the box and followed the 3 day return policy. Now that GOAT has our money and sneakers they can say whatever they want. I've never ever had this situation with returning a pair of sneakers that were tried on. GOAT also has no option to speak with customer service. I can't believe that a company is ethically allowed to operate like this. How convenient that we had to pay to ship them back. They now have OUR merchandise, our money and have been told we can re sell them and they can take a portion. I hoope they feel good about stealing from a 13 year old who saveed all her money to buy sneakers. The idea of sneakers that don't fit being worn makes no sense. We had asked just to return for a bigger size. Of course that wasn't an option because it wouldn't have allowed the scam to continue.

It's a scam. They were tried on in our kitchen which is hardwood floors. My home is clean and floors are polished so to try and tell me they should be tried on somewhere else is ridiculous. We are never going to agree on this becase GOAT uses this as a scheme to keep peoples money and in this case a 13 year old girl. I would love to see the other cases of people with similar complaints since we can't be the only ones.
I ordered a pair of sneakers on 11/3 and have yet to receive them. Business stated it would take 7-10 days for my orer to arrive to me as it gets sent in three steps. The shoes go from seller to GOAT, GOAT for authentication, and then GOAt to me. The seller shipped the item to GOAT on 11/6 as I saw on my tracking information, and as of 11/11 they still hadnt arrived to GOAT. Reached out to CS and they said they were being verified, yet they couldnt have been because the tracking proved the shoes were still in route to them. Sent an email on 11/11 and got a response that I would hear back in 24-28 hours. It has been 6 days and I have not heard back anything. They keep closing out tickets as "resolved" without responding. I have tried emailing this company every day for the past week for an update as to what is going on with absolutely NO response, my order status changed to shipping delay on 11/11 and I am no longer to access the tracking information on my order page, and I have no current update as to what is going on with my order. These were a birthday gift and now I have no shoes, no idea where they are, if they are coming, if they are lost, and most importantly out ***

I ordered a pair of shoes from this shoe retailer. The seller I bought the shoes from sent me two of the same right footed shoes. Obviously I can't wear two right foot shoes. After contacting GOAT for over a week to resolve this issue they have yet to contact me. The only way to contact is via their online message center. I have received no response there either. There is not an option available for returns either.

On October 23, 2019, I ordered some Vans Sk8-Hi 'Black White' shoes that was shown as NEW with NO ORIGINAL BOX (Size 9.5). I received the shoes on October 30, 2019, as they have to be verified through GOAT before they could even be sent. The shoes were clearly worn before and had marks as if they were not new. I complained to the customer service complaint line on October 31st which is only online and told them about the situation. I provided pictures with descriptions of the shoes which the online rep chat told me that they "escalated the ticket to the appropriate department and a member of the team would follow up with me. You should receive an update within 48 business hours, at the latest." It's been 48 hours and I have not received any response after contacting the same line three times within four days.

Terrible experience. Absolutely terrible.
The first thing to know - as others have mentioned already - is the fact GOAT will refuse to give you your money back, if you ever need to return anything. Doesn't matter if the sneaker is too big or small. Doesn't matter if they send you the wrong sneakers. Doesn't matter if the sneakers that arrive are in the condition that you expected them to be. Whatever the reason, once you pay them cash for sneakers on this website/app, if something goes wrong you are going to get credits instead of cash, forcing you to shop with them. I've had this happen to me, and now have $600+ sitting in an account with them.
The second thing to know - if they can make extra cash, it's funny how sneakers have a strange habit of disappearing. This business doesn't operate in an honest way. I ordered a pair of nike air 90s that dropped recently. Trying to use some of the credit I'm stuck with... I ordered it at $145. A week later, the sneaker sold out on the Nike website. The price with GOAT has gone up from $145 to $200. And guess what? My package has miraculously disappeared. They tell me that the shipment never arrived to them, from the seller (Nike). So instead of the sneakers, I get a refund (aka more credits) and they want me to order exactly the same sneaker again for $200 this time. I'm laughing as I'm typing this out, seriously. So because of an extra $55, these folk are willing to play games now? Like, I'm supposed to believe that your shipment from Nike.com - the official Nike.com website, has somehow gone missing? And Nike.com aren't doing anything to help? This is a slap in the face, and a brazen lie.
So, to end this tale, DO NOT ORDER FROM GOAT.
I'm $600 down. I have $600 of credit that GOAT seemingly won't let me use. So I've been robbed. There is no way of glossing over that fact, and I'm now looking into legal and regulatory protections. If I have to kill hours of my time to bring this fraud of a company down, then so be it. For everyone else that experiences something like this with GOAT, don't go silently. I'm filing a complaint with the FBI (Google search for 'FBI IC3 complaint').

My purchase was done on 9/13/19 by My sister ***. She purchased the shoes through her cash app Card as that was how I gave her the money originally. She was told that the shoes I requested were not able to be produced by the seller. And then she was told that GOAT would refund the money to my account which never happened. it has been 3 months so far without a refund and without the shoes. After continuously following up for months we received no communication on how to resolve this matter and I still do not have my money back.

Was refunded on GOAT app with store credit. Half of credit was later used then other half disappeared! I want to use the other half of my money!!!
I purchased a pair of shoes off the GOAT app and returned them because they did not fit. GOAT credited back my account as store credit to use which I later did but only half the amount. The other half should still be in there for me to purchase with right? So I go on the app today to make a purchase and it's no where to be found! The other half of my money is gone!!!

I followed protocol and sent copies of my order number, confirmation of delivery and photos to support the damaged merchandise to the email they provide. No Follow up. The shoes with tax were over $200.00. Total SCAM. Please read the many unflattering reviews all over the internet. (I wish I had.)

I ordered, but wanted to cancel immediately. There was no "CANCEL" button to be found on the ORDER page. I received only generic responses.
I ordered from the GOAT website at 5:32A. By 5:39 I realized I ordered teh wrong size. I initially requested to change the size, but was told that . could npot be done. I then asked to cancel the order. I emailed multiple times within the first 3 hours and each time I received the same generic (seemingly computerized message) telling me to go to the order page to select cancel. There was no such button! The order sat in the "ordered" status for several hours without making any progress, BUT the transaction had already hit my bank account. I asked fo assistance multiple times and only received generic messages directing me to click a non existent cancel button. The company never responded to my request to cancel the order. This company is a fraud - they have many complaints online, Revdex.com, etc. I just wish I had read them first. I willc erntainly tell anyone who asks me about GOAT.

I received 1 reply from Goat on 11.20 that they would escalate the matter and I'd hear back in 48 hours. That time has come and gone. I've written back using ticket number *** and called twice, no reply. I do not want to be doing this but they are not replying and they have my money.

I bought my son a pair of yeezy boost glow in the dark sneakers in August. They were purchased through an Adidas website for *** He didn't like the color and decided to try to sell them on the GOAT website. He was notified that they were sold and given an address to mail them to. The sneakers were mailed in September. Approx. 1 week after the sneakers were sent, my son received an email stating that the sneakers were not authentic and therefore, could not be resold. He was told to send *** to the site to have the sneakers sent back to us. By this time, I had read all of the complaints about this site and realized that my son had been scammed. We sent the *** through PayPal on October 24th and still have not received my son's *** sneakers back. Unfortunately, it appears that this site steals expensive shoes from people and also steals the money to resend the shoes. I am sure that we will never get the shoes back but the public needs to be aware that this site is a SCAM.
We would like my son's *** pair of Yeezy Boost shoes returned.
