I never received my package.
I am a frequent customer of the Goat. I shop a lot online. I never had any problems with deliveries until this particular day. The *** driver marked my package as delivered, I never received it. I contact *** to start a claim , and the result was GOAT was refunded the money for the lost package. Since Goat was refunded by ***, why doesn't Goat want to either refund me or simply replace my shoes? I dont understand why they would treat a good customer this way. I have been more than patient. I have made purchases from Goat after this incident, thinking they would do the right thing. I need help with reimbursement or just replace my shoes.

I spoke with a *** claims representative about my claim. The representative specifically said, the claim is still open because has not sent an original sales receipt to their office. The Goat rep told Me, *** denied My claim. I could not believe Goat would tell me such a false statement, after I got off the phone with ***. They need to send the receipt and pay me. All I really want is my shoes that I paid for. If the *** rep hadn't told directly the issue , I would have let it go. I'm more than convinced Goat , for whatever reason, doesn't want to reimburse or give me My shoes. There is no customer service phone number, everything is done online. The Goat rep , *** , should not have lied to me in writing.

I receive lots of packages monthly. A few weeks before this package came up missing, UPS did the exact same thing with My roommates package. They stated package was DELIVERED, but it was no where to be found. She filed a complaint with UPS. Two days later , the package mysteriously appeared. Its pointless to keep going back and forth about something that happened almost a year ago. If I have a choice, I will not use UPS in future

I sold a pair of shoes through the GOAT app and was e-mailed that I sent them an empty box. I replied with proof that I didn't and no response.
I was e-mailed 12/10/2019 that I sent them an empty package. I submitted proof to them the same day with no response the following day. Unless GOAT starts an investigation with UPS I cannot do anything on my end. I've lost *** due to this occurrence and need this resolved ASAP.

Refund was issued

Shoes were stolen in transit and GOAT refuses to pay me although the shipment was insured by them and they got paid out!
Sold a pair of off white retro 1s UNC and was supposed to receive a payout around *** or so, I shipped the shoes *** and they were stolen in transit. I called UPS to get the insurance money because GOAT claims all packages are insured which they are because when I called UPS they said they would pay out the shipper and I was like okay so pay me, UPS claimed GOAT is technically the shipper and the insurance policy is in their name so I have to get the money from GOAT. GOAT is refusing to pay me out. At first they ignored me, then said they can't provide me a refund unless I have a drop off receipt and to go get the drop off receipt from the store. I literally had to look everywhere and contact my friend and have her look everywhere before the receipt was finally found. I didn't understand why a drop off receipt was needed in the first place when they can clearly see it was dropped off through the tracking number nonetheless I provided them the drop off receipt. Now they are saying they need a receipt for the shoes and pictures. What the *** GOAT is an aftermarket sneaker market this company more than anyone or anything should know that you can get sneakers without getting receipts because you could of bought it from an aftermarket reseller which is what I did. I bought the shoes at a sneaker con event from an individual of course I wouldn't get a receipt. I have over 100 GOAT seller rating so I didn't have to take any pictures in order to sell the shoes why would I waste my time taking pictures. GOAT is trying to keep the insurance policy money and not pay me out and this Is the worst experience ever I shipped these shoes over a month ago. *** Is the shipping number. The transaction ID is ***. I just emailed them a copy of my license as well so now I want no excuses.

I have called UPS already. GOAT is technically the shipper. I have taken care of everything possible with UPS however the claim can't be finalized unless GOAT calls themselves to claim the money. They haven't called not once. This shows how much they care if an item gets lost or damaged in transit. They will just say you violated their policy and screw you over.

UPS granted me a refund But I have to receive it through goat and goat still has not issued me a refund yet and it's been 2 months
On Oct 24th 2019 my package from UPS went missing, the driver claimed he left it at another apt and when I went To the apt, the neighbors said UPS never came. I filed a complaint with Goat and UPS. After the investigation UPS granted me a refund, I keep Contacting goat through email because they don't have a phone and they are not responding to me. The order number for this package is ***. Tracking number from UPS is ***. The value is $180 for a pair of timberland boots 8 inch premium.

I was sent UNAUTHENTIC Jordan 6 psg's from Goat.
Goat sent me fake sneakers and I am appalled. I was also sent an authentication card which was obvious a lie. I'm not sure if these authentication staff either didn't look at my sneakers or didn't care but either way it was unfair and a neglect for customer satisfaction. The pictures of the PSG 6's differ vastly from what I was sent, and even a blind person can tell that I received fake sneakers. I contacted GOAT on Sunday and they have yet to respond in depth about my issue. No one has reached out to me about a refund or return. I have a payment plan with Afterpay and a payment is due next week. It's unfair that I continue making payments on fake sneakers.

There is absolutely no customer service available for this company. There is no way to contact them except 2 available emails that they never reply.
I am an avid seller from stockx and I have never had any problems. I started selling on goat when I came across used shoes. I sold a few pair of shoes on goat. During this time, I switched phone numbers. When you sell products on this site, they put your money into a "Goat Account." To transfer your money, you must have access to your phone number. To change your phone number, you must email ***. I emailed them and received a reply that I would be contacted within 48 hours to fix it. No response. I emailed again and received the same automated response and no reply within 48 hours. I emailed again and received the same automated response and no reply within 48 hours. I emailed ***. They transferred it to ***. Its now been well over 2 weeks and I am worried I will never be able to access my money. They have no other means of contacting. I used the customer service line, that they won't even post on their website, many times and left messages with no response. I have contacted them on facebook, twitter and instagram with no response. do not use this site.

I have contacted goat's customer service department over and over but for some reason for weeks no one seems to be able to switch my phone number
I need my phone number changed ASAP. I have been waiting for weeks and weeks and I either get the same automated response or my emails completely get dodged. This is unacceptable. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. How hard is it to change a phone number on your system? I have even included an attached photo so you can see how long I've been waiting and so you can see how horrible your customer service is. You guys are holding my money hostage. I can not cash out until you change my phone number. I need it changed now or I will be forced to proceed with legal actions against goat and every singe customer service rep that I have spoken to.

Worst company ever. They have a ridiculous 3 day return policy (buried in the fine print) and terrible customer service. I received shoes that were not as described/pictured right before a federal holiday and a weekend. When I contacted them to request a return, they simply reiterated their ridiculous policy and said I was outside of the return window. It was like talking to a robot. I am basically out $100 but honestly I can't even stand talking to them anymore and am about to just let it go. Which is of course what they want--they got their money, so what do they care? Stay far away from this company.

Shoes sold through GOAT were incorrectly denied and GOAT is now refusing to process the sale or return my shoes without additional money.
I recently fulfilled an order through GOAT to sell a pair of limited edition shoes. These shoes were a special limited release and did not come in a box instead they were sold in a special edition plastic bag. I sent the shoes to GOAT on time in the original packaging and in perfect (deadstock) condition. When GOAT received my shoes, they were denied because they did not have a box and the order was subsequently cancelled. GOAT is now refusing to issue my payout because of this. They will also not return my shoes unless I pay for additional shipping charges.

I have sent many, many emails and help tickets describing the issue in detail. These have either been completely ignored, or I'm told the issue will be "escalated" and then do not receive any further messages.

Once again, the shoes were shipped on time in perfect original condition in all original packaging, satisfying all of GOAT's conditions. The "authenticators" on GOATs end must have simply been confused because of the abnormal packaging from the manufacturer.

It's troubling to say the least that a billion dollar company paid to verify and authenticate shoes does not know enough about the products they are "authenticating" to know what kind of packaging they come in. I would like my payout processed as soon as possible and/or the shoes returned to me at GOAT's expense.

GOAT reached out to me directly and offered to honor the original sale on 12/23/19. I am not requesting any further action and consider the issue resolved.

I returned a pair of unused shoes, exactly how I received them, and am being told they are used and they wont give me store credit.
I ordered a pair of Yeezy Boost 350 V2 'static non-reflective- size 7 m, shoe condition NEW for $498.44. It states that my order is returnable for site credit.I received these shoes and they were too small so I spoke with *** from GOAT customer service. Told her I was going to send them back and re-purchase a half size bigger with the store credit (I originally asked about exchanging but she said they don't do that and I needed to return these ones first then buy the next pair with the store credit).

I sent the shoes back right away (within their 3 day rule). I received an email on 12/3/19 saying that my return has been denied because the shoes are used.

I am livid. I absolutely did not use these shoes. I sent them back the exact way I received them. I have been talking to *** now at customer service and we are just going in circles. He keeps saying that they are used and I can pay to have them sent back to me or sell them through their company.

I think this is very unprofessional and definitely sneaky on their part. I do not accept their two options, if they think those shoes are used then that means they sent them to me used when I specifically bought them new.

This is unacceptable and I wish I saw all these complaints before ever purchasing anything with GOAT. I have never had such a terrible experience with any other business.

At this point I would really expect a refund back. I understand that they don't give refunds, so if a store credit is all GOAT is capable of I would settle with that. However, I much rather a refund because I do not trust this company and I don't feel comfortable having to order another item from them.

Per our return policy, "Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by GOAT, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris, and all original packaging included."

You were then given the option to either consign the sneakers with GOAT or have them returned back to you at your cost of shipping.

We state in this email, "If you do not respond within 14 days, we will proceed with Option A and consign the item on your behalf and activate the listing at the original selling price. You may change the listing price at any time within the app."

Since no option was made within 14 days, we have gone ahead and consigned this sneaker to your GOAT account.

Again, I did not wear the shoes. I think this very unprofessional and a sketchy business. Also, I have responded (more than once) before the 14 days saying NOT to consign the shoes and send them back to me if you are not going to refund me. I received no response and tried multiple times. This is called robbing someone. Give me a refund or send me the shoes so we can be done. This is beyond ridiculous.

I sent a pair of sneakers to GOAT with the incorrect shipping label. I was notified that they received my shoes, but now they are missing.

For explanation purposes, I will reference the 'Rage Green Kyrie' Sneakers as, "Pair #1" and I will reference the 'Green Glow' Kyrie sneakers as, "Pair #2".

I sent Pair #1 sneakers to GOAT with the incorrect shipping labelI accidentally put the shipping label for Pair #2 on this box. I contacted GOAT immediately after I realized the mistake through their claims department (prior to those shoes arriving to their facility). I received a general response that said the information would be passed along to the team that receives and authenticates the shoes. I waited until the shoes arrived to the facility and noticed that they cancelled the order. They gave the option to consign the shoes or cancel the orderI did not choose either option as I had 14 days to do so. I was notified that my order was automatically cancelled and I was disappointed at this, and expected the shoes to be returned to me. I shipped the shoes on 11/26/19 and notified them the same day. I received notification that my order had been cancelled on 11/29/19. In opening a case with the Revdex.com I only want the shoes to be located and shipped back to me. I have been contacting GOAT just about every day since the cancellation and I have not received a helpful answer regarding what happened to my shoes that seem to now be lost at their facility.

These are not only small manufacturer defects, last time I could just upload one picture. There are obvious stains and as I buy it at a very high price, even a little defect should be informed the buyer, instead of hiding the truth. If I get informed of the defects and stains, I will definitely refuse to accept it. If they do not compensate as I expected, I accept make a return and have all my money back, but they have to pay the shipping fee.

Again, the issue that you are pointing out can be attributed to natural inconsistencies in the manufacturing process. These sneakers were produced in large quantities, so manufacturing defects (i.e. excess glue, stitching, construction, paint, etc.) do commonly appear on most pairs.

Rest assured we do make it a point to reach out prior to shipping when there are inconsistencies that are out of the ordinary, so I hope this helps put your mind at ease.

You declined our offer for a standard return, at this time due to so many months passing *** are unable to offer even a standard return.

Ridiculous! When I declined your offer for a standard return? How dare you lie openly! I refused your 10 dollors compensation because that's totally unacceptable for such an expensive order! If there are flaws in the manufacturing process, can you deceive consumers that this pair is brand new and without defects? I can buy it without any defects for the same price. Failure to notify me during the authentication process is a violation of my legal rights. If you refuse appropriate compensation or return, I will sue you in court.

The customer service sucks in my opinion. Actually, I think they have automated customer service. I asked the email if I was talking to a person. Of course the response was the same auto response with the same cold & slippery wording I always get - Regardless of the issue or question I ask. They suck
Every email response from customer service is the same redundant, meaningless, auto response. They are obviously not vetting anything. They obviously don't care. You get nowhere
They say they check every order to ensure quality and accuracy. I wear a size 10. I only order size 10. The confirmation said size 10. They sent me size a size 8 and make it seem like they are doing me a huge favor by refunding my money. Like I did something wrong by asking for a refund. What a joke. You can't get a direct answer to anything.
Again, they suck!

ABSOLUTE WORST customer service, I ordered a pair of shoes in the wrong size and sent an email FIVE MINUTES after to change the size. There is NO phone number and according to GOAT my package was already being prepped to ship therefore I have to receive the shoes, and RETURN THEM and then order the right size IF they are eligible for return. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, you will be so SORRY

I was just looking at purchases jordan retro 3s for my boyfriend for christmas at $220. I don't always read reviews but for some reason decided to this time because ive never heard of this site. Now I realize why I never heard of it because its clearly a scam. NOT one good review out of the 20 plus reviews I read. A couple friends told me they tried the site and never even got their purchases. Glad I read these reviwes I am sorry to everyone who got screwed by them. Karma will come their way dont worry!

I order a pair of shoes plus express shipping on June 19 and never received them, I contact Goat and ask to file a claim and the last I heard from them was on the 21st of June. I ask for them to refund me or send another pair, I don't want to pay for something I didn't receive I have been patient but this is ridiculous. I even contacted *** to file a claim with them but they can't give me information because I need to contact my shipper. My shipper is not answering me and I'm tired of being ignore . Please I need an update on my claim.

Other (requires explanation) Goat needs to give me an answer not just ignoring the problem I do understand Goat doesn't ship but they could contact *** and affirm the situation better, they deliver the shoes to the wrong address I know this because I was at my window since 5 o'clock please contact me, refund me send new ones anything .!

Horrible company!!!! They sold me fake Yeezy 350 v2 Tripple Black. Didnt know until I got my hands on real pair from Adidas. Tried to confirm the info on the box that I got from Goat and Adidas say the info does not match their records. I paid 530 dollars for pair that is retialed at 230... Dont ever buy from them. The supposed to specialize in selling authentics. They failed

We have logged over 45,000 sneakers in our database and have accounted for data on each to help us define their authenticity. Our specialists inspect everything from the label to stitching, texture to color, and so much more. We see your order was placed on 07/31/19 and we did not receive any communication regarding the authenticity of your sneaker until 12/3/19.

The inconsistencies you described can be attributed to natural inconsistencies in the manufacturing process. These sneakers were produced in large quantities, so manufacturing defects (i.e. excess glue, stitching, construction, paint, etc.) do commonly appear in most pairs.

How do you guys run a business that identifies replicas and you don't know that you are selling fakes??? This is scary. I sent pictures to your company verifying fakes with boxes and numbers Adidas arent aware of. You have crooked employees that switch out shoes. YEEZY doesn't make inconsistent products. Your company is a fraud.

This business is extremely unprofessional and lacks any sense of urgency. I've been waiting for a pair of shoes for over three weeks and the shoes have yet to be shipped. The customer service is extremely unhelpful and impolite. My feelings resonate with a lot of the other reviewers it appears.

Please note that we were in the process of shipping the pair of shoes to another facility due to lack of space in our warehouse.
