The refund nor store credit were issued
On Dec 6.2019 I bought a pair o Yeezys the Order N XXXXXXXXX. for $410
On Dec 10.2019 I initiated a return.
On Dec 14.2019 I got an email from Goat:
"Hey ***
Your return has been approved and a refund of *** has been issued to your GOAT account as credits to use on future purchases.
Order Details
Order #: XXXXXXXXX..."
For some reason instead of *** were issued *** in negative ????
On Dec 14.2019 I wrote to GOAT asking for clarification and where my refund is.
On Dec 17.2019 I got a response saying my refund was issued in the amount of $410. But I never got an official email from GOAR, except that one saying about $-24.8 refund"
To this day I have not received an email about my refund. I paid with Affirm and I get an immediate response from Affrim if refund was issued, and later on I would get a refund on my card. But neither has happened. I also do not see any store credit of $24.8 on my Goat app.
The customer service I have written too did not respond my last 3 emails.
I need a *** refund to my Affirm account.

I order through*** and I was led to goat before I realized I hit ordered. The website said I could cancel within 3 hours and I canceled within 5 minutes. I have received no response in 48 hours and I want this order canceled.

I shipped two pairs of sneakers to GOAT. GOAT claims the boxes arrived empty. My shoes were compromised in transit. GOAT is not honoring insurance.
I have sold 17 pairs of Yeezy 350's sneakers through GOAT over the past month. I recently received emails from GOAT stating that two of the packages I sent to them arrived empty. The GOAT order numbers for these packages are XXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXX. Both of the boxes weighed in at 4 lbs. each when they were received at Secaucus, NJ. I found this info using the UPS tracking numbers.
When items are shipped through GOAT using their shipping label, they are insured for their full value. The pair of size 12 blue tint yeezy boost v2's were valued at $402.25. The pair of size 14 beluga yeezy boost v2's were valued at $479.17.
GOAT sent me a picture of the empty cardboard boxes and told me that it appears there was no tampering and that I mailed an empty box. I mailed boxes weighing 4 lbs. The shoes were in the boxes. UPS scans the boxes and the weight shows 4 lbs when received in Secaucus, NJ. I do not understand how they can make the assumption that I mailed an empty box. I am a legitimate seller with a successful shipping and selling record through GOAT. They have been slow to respond to my questions and offer any resolution to these losses.
First, they asked me for receipts from the UPS store when I shipped them. I provided the receipts. Then, then asked me to send pictures of the sneakers to them. GOAT requires you to take pictures of the sneakers in order to sell them on their APP. They already have the photos from my listing. These were not saved on my phone, and I no longer have access to the listings of the two pair of shoes. GOAT asked for a copy of my driver's license, which I immediately provided to them.
GOAT has insurance and I am unable to make a claim thru UPS because the shipping label was through GOAT. I have filed a police report. GOAT is supposed to be protecting this sale, and the tracking record through UPS shows that the weight was in the box, as it is scanned at each location. GOAT is making it very difficult to honor their insurance policy.
Can you provide me with assistance in getting to the bottom of this matter with cooperation from GOAT and helping to recoup my losses. The mishandling of my property being sold through GOAT and the lack of cooperating to compensate me for the losses, which they are insured for, is the issue.

Competition of sales was on 12/12/19 at 2:49pm pacific time with order# XXXXXXXXX. Within 3 business passing by which 12/17/19 no funds had been posted to my bank account. On 12/18/19 6:21am pacific time an email was sent to the *** staging the issues of funds not being posted. Rep by the name of *** responded 12/18/19 at 8:02am stating the issue has been escalated to a rep and someone will contact me within 48 hours of my inquiry. I have sent multiple emails trying to get this issue resolved, however the company has no zero attempts to contact me. I am looking to be refunded my *** US dollars be refunded to me. This is unethical business practice and I just fear the company is conning other individuals as myself in selling those shoes and the making profit out of it without paying the seller of their funds. No one has be vigilant of contacting me in getting this all sorted out.

GOAT website has no customer support possible until a purchase is made which is then impossible to get refunded despite the advertised possibility.
At 2:22pm CST on 21 Dec 2019, I received an email that I had an order from GOAT for some shoes. (Order #XXXXXXXXX) I immediately went to cancel this order as these were not something I wished to purchase and GOAT's website stated that "For sneakers, you may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first." Interestingly enough, the confirmation email that was instantly generated from GOAT stated that my "sneakers have been pre-authenticated (confirmed) by our specialists and are shipping directly to you from GOAT."
-There was no way to contact them with an order number before receiving this email.
-There is no customer service contact number for this business.
-There is no ability to manage your "orders" through the website itself even though this is pretty strongly implied per industry standards as you are REQUIRED to create a PROFILE on their website in order to even place an order and cannot check out as a guest.
-There is no customer service email provided to email them directly regarding such issues (because it is obvious that they don't want you to have a record of the content & timestamp of any correspondence from the customer's end)
This leaves zero possibility of ever cancelling sneakers and makes the above statement fraudulent.
-Even if I HAD the ability to call customer support, manage orders through a web-portal, or email them directly; the 60 seconds between purchase and confirmation email receipt essentially mean that cancellations are in-fact NEVER possible (and make the possibility of cancellation within "3 hours or before seller confirmation" a fraudulent ruse.)
-Once received, the confirmation lists the "ORDER #" near the top. After clicking on this, I was invited to "Manage your order on the GOAT app". I immediately installed the app and attempted to log in. I received the error "end of input at line 1 column 1 path $". I uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone, and reinstalled it. I received the same error. Interestingly enough, if I tried to register through the app for same email address it informed me that it had already been registered and was therefore unavailable, and if I tried to login with the wrong password it would inform me that the password was incorrect, but a correct login and password would get the same mysterious error. When the app finally let me in an hour after the confirmation email had arrived, the "orders" section finally let me view my order but offered no cancellation button. However it conveniently already had a tracking number for FedEx (#XXXXXXXXXXXX) and I immediately called FedEx to prevent it from shipping at all. They informed me that it wasn't even in their possession yet but that they would red flag it for me. I also called my bank to flag the transaction for monitoring.
-The only time email contact with GOAT even becomes possible is after the confirmation email arrives. I was only then directed to GOAT SUPPORT after finding a button near the bottom of the email entitled "How do I cancel this order?" (This is NOT a page that I can get to through the regular GOAT website before making a purchase and receiving the confirmation email.) The "SUBMIT REQUEST" button hiding in the top right corner of the page allows for the first and only customer support function. It does not allow for me to maintain a record of when I sent the email or what was said in it. Make no mistake that this is purposeful.
-Finally, GOAT will ultimately charge me for the return shipping for a product that I didn't want and tried to IMMEDIATELY CANCEL (per a falsely advertised, never-actually-possible return policy on sneakers), and will additionally only offer "site credit" instead of an actual refund. The shopping section of their site appears to be well designed, but make no mistake their customer service purposefully borders on the non-existent to make sure that they keep your money no matter what.
I want a full refund.
Do not ship this item. Refund my money in full.

The Customer Service Representative did not cancel my order although I am allowed to.Since the seller did not ship the shoe within 72 hours
On December 14 at 4:403 AM an offer from my account was accepted on goat.I did remember placing an offer only looking at it but it got accepted and I was asleep.I did not want the shoes as I have no money for it and could not cancel the sale.Anyways I reached out to goat support to see if I could cancel and they said I couldn't fair enough. On December 18th I had reached out to goat support,to cancel the sale since goat does have a police where the seller needs to ship within 72 hours or 3 business days.The seller did not ship the shoe which would give me the right to cancel the sale.There was no response from goat up until December 20th a whole 2 days later stating they yes the original did fail to ship in time they have found me a new seller.When I had Clearly mention to them for them to cancel the sale. This goes against what they have said and I clearly told them to cancel the sale but they did the exact opposite.The conversation between a representative of goat is shown in the pics below.

I ordered sneakers for my daughter for Christmas. Paid for them in full and then received an email almost 2 weeks later saying the shoes weren't coming. Several problems... 1) Why wasn't I notified sooner? I was supposed to already have the sneakers. 2) I got the notification days before Christmas and no refunded monies yet. 3) I get a non-response to my demand for replacement shoes to be found and sent.
I want replacement shoes found and sent at this point.

Just like the buyers, sellers have the ability to cancel an order since mistakes can happen. The seller can forget to remove their listing for instance or can go on a vacation. Although rare, it can happen.
None the less, When a seller cancels an order they are penalized a deduction to their seller score. With a lower seller score comes higher commission rates when selling on GOAT and ultimately revocation of selling privileges if cancelations persist.
If the seller fails to fulfill an order, we attempt to locate a replacement product. If we can not find a replacement seller in the next 24 hours, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

The issue is 2-fold. 1) I was notified that the shoes weren't coming AFTER I was to already have them. So, "the seller forgot" *** is lame and simply rhetorical legal jargon to respond to this complaint. 2) You/the seller kept the shoes on the site even AFTER you told me they weren't coming, which also proves your response is . You didn't have to find replacement shoes; the ones I bought were still listed on your site! In addition, there were 2 other pairs of the same style and size listed on your site. YOU DID NOTHING TO FIND REPLACEMENTS! You also ruined a young girl's Christmas. Learn how to run a consignment website in this day and age like other industry leaders. Sometimes YOU need to take the hit when your seller screws up.

This seller is ignoring my correspondence. They are repeating their standard terms and conditions and not acknowledging the fact that the shoes they claim were "no longer available" continued to be listed ON THEIR SITE after they notified me otherwise. In addition, they claim they make an effort to find replacements when there were several replacements in the same size and color listed on their site. It's propaganda and unethical selling, let alone outeight lying in their responses. All of this considering that they notified me of the non- fulfillment AFTER I was to already have the shoes. All very suspect and GOAT is the main player in it all. I want the shoes. You STILL have replacements listed on your site!!! Why not the honoring of your very claim of finding replacements?!?!?!?

Total scam. I received the wrong shoes and the wrong size. Have emailed them for weeks with no response. I have no idea if or when I will receive a refund. Think twice before using GOAT

Sold me a pair of shoes that were supposed to be new and were used. They were a Christmas present, so I didn't check them until they were opened so, they, of course, refused to take them back for exchange or return.
I really wouldn't recommend buying from them. They seem like scam artist.
Ordered Storm X shoes for my son. they came in Friday December 27th. He tried them on the and canvas on the shoe torn. Emailed Goat with images of the shoe. Emailed them again in December 30th and still no reply. Supposedly they have customer service 24/7. Very disappointing. I will never order from them again and will not recommend Goat to anyone
Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered shoes for my son and when they came they were tore on the tongue of the shoe. I contacted Goat and sent them everything they wanted. They said let us review the case and get back to you. I waited the 3 business days and no response. I followed up with them again and no response. I have tried calling and no one will answer half the time and the other time absolutely no help. I will never buy from them again and am telling everyone the exact same thing.
Nothing but a scam. There's no customer service no communication. I'm not sure Why they're still in business. Federal agencies shouldn't investigate this fraud company. Lawsuit to follow.

Once you send them money for your shoes kiss your money good bye! They did not fit and I returned them within 3 days which is there policy. They keep your shoes and give you a credit for another pair. The will not credit your credit card back! THEY DON'T EVEN GIVE YOU YOUR SALES TAX BACK OR SHIPPING COST BACK. Beyond bad. Buyer beware. Marked up sneakers by 60% which is OK and I knew that. But once they have your money, you're finished. Tried on one shoe, didn't fit. Called for a size exchange, no way. WTH is that all about? Never dealt with any customer unfriendly company as bad as Goat. Never again for me or anyone that I can influence.
Goat is a total SCAM. I was sent FAKE Air Force 1. They were mailed DHL from Hong Kong. DHL tracking shows it took 2 days from mailing to my door. There was a Goat "authentication card" in the box. Since Goat is US based, it's not possible that they were authenticated. I could tell they were fake as soon as I opened the box and a trip to the Nike store confirmed it. I emailed them right away and got an automated message asking me to be patient and they would get back to me in 2 days. Never heard from them. Taking it up with American Express. Moral of the story is...DONT BUY FROM GOAT; GOAT IS A SCAM!!!!
Ordered and they shipped. Where reported damaged. Received nothing, credit card charged and can't get in touch with the company.
Purchased shoes (Yeezy 500 Stone) online from GOAT on 12/11(*** XXXXXXXXX). Received an email that the shoes had shipped on 12/13. When I went to track them it stated that they were reported damaged by UPS. Talked with UPS and they are trying to contact the seller. I've emailed and emailed but only got a canned robo response and now no response at all. They do not have a phone number and not only do I not have the product but I am out of the money. They were *** Luckily I paid with *** and maybe able to get my money back. They stated they would response within 48 hours. That was 4 days ago. I'm afraid I have been scammed.

Shipping UPS tracking number *** UPS said delivered at front door-driver release on Dec 6/19 18:41. BUT NO PACKAGE received. Contacted GOAT Mon Dec 16/19 at 6:19 pm about this and their rep Annelyn replied Dec 17/19 at 8:45 pm that they received my request and I have not heard anything since. I am quite frustrated by their lack of communication. I started a UPS claim to find my item Dec 20/19. I sent a request On Dec 20/19 for a refund or some sort of idea if I am going to get my package. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very upset by unprofessional service.

Packages are usually insured in the event of non-delivery or loss. An affidavit from the vendor GOAT that the package was not received was signed and sent to them as they requested. UPS now requires a police report. The package was to be a Christmas gift to my family member. She does not want to file a police report but she did sign the affidavit verifying the package was not received. This affidavit is apparently a legal document as per GOAT, the vendor. WHY is this not satisfactory to receive a refund for a package NOT received? How do we know where the delivery was made? No signature apparently was required. I am now out several hundred dollars with no merchandise. This is unacceptable. I have NEVER had an experience like this. I should have read the reviews before making the purchase. This company seems to be notorious for problems. This is the first time I have experienced this and I shop on line frequently. If I don't get any refund despite all of this, I don't want any other people ripped off like I have been. This is ridiculous.
I'd stay away from this site. They take your money and misrepresent items they have available, don't have a phone number to contact customer service, you have to load an app to find out where your product is, takes days for them to return a support ticket, don't send updates on orders, auto check box that isn't visible on profile to find replacement items so they don't have to refund money. All in All horrible experience with these people and think it's a shady business. Buyer beware.
