I have been trying to contact this company for about a month with no replies.
I sold a pair of shoes through this app. They claimed they were fake. I asked how they were fake and I got a computer generated response, because I thought and knew they were real I paid the $11 postage to ship them back to me. I paid this on October 11th. It has been 20 days and my shoes have not been shipped out. I have tried to contact them many, many times to not avail. Here's what I think happened, they sent my shoes through and messed up and told me they were fake but it was actually a different pair that was fake. They will not reply to me, I have tried 10 times and I have gotten no real reply. Only computer generated responses. I don't know if the Revdex.com will be able to help but it's my last resort because they do not have a phone number.

Desired Outcome

I want my shoes to be sent to me. If they even still have them. If they did send them out, I'm basically out a total of ***(total amount I paid and the total I sold for added up)

After checking on your order, our records show that your sneakers were deemed replicas upon verification for this attempted sale. Because of this, your sneakers were ineligible for consignment and thus returned to you. Since the tracking appears to have not successfully been updated by the courier, a missing package investigation was initiated on your behalf. Rest assured, your Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Mocha' were processed through our authentication flow and confirmed as shipped upon payment verification of your shipping invoice, however.

My shoes were not shipped, actually. I contacted UPS after getting no replies from Goat for about a month. UPS said my shoes were never picked up from Goat (they launched an investigation). On November 6th, I received that an email that said "UPS has declared the shoes to be lost in transit. Per UPS's policies and procedures, we can only issue you a cash out of $100 as we received a $100 payout for the claim. Your funds will be available to you in 24 hours or less." This was false. It is now December 4th (at the time of this ticket) and no refund has been given to me. Goat has blatantly lied to me and now the Revdex.com. This is ridiculous. I am very confused where my shoes are considering they were never picked up from Goats facility (according to UPS) and Goat tells me they were lost in transit. Very suspicious to me considering we are talking *** shoes. I went to look at the shoes on Goat and there was a pair of size 12s with a damaged box, exactly what I had, for sale. Furthermore, I asked about refund and Goat marked my ticket as resolved even though I had not received a reply from anyone. I have a proof of delivery (from me to Goat) sheet that I can provide if needed. I do not know what is going on but I expect the money I spent on the shoes or the shoes themself. This is ridiculous from Goat.

I do see that a member of our support team has been in contact with you recently regarding this issue.

Due to our large inbound volume, packages are not individually scanned and signed for at our facilities. Instead, the courier will bulk scan each drop-off that consists of hundreds of packages under a single 'delivery' scan. Because of this, there are occurrences when packages are missing from their drop-off.

Due to this loss, we have gone ahead and issued a cash out to your GOAT account for the order due to the loss.

I ordered shoes 2 weeks ago and now I've stopped receiving updates about them. Customer Service has been absolutely no help what so ever.
I ordered shoes 2 weeks ago and at first it took 6 days at the goat storage before anything was happening. I emailed them asking what was going on and they didn't tell me what the delay was but they told me they'd get it shipped the following day. However there was no update about it and the next day I checked and it said there was a delivery problem. So I emailed them about that and I still haven't received an update. It said up to 48h for a response and it's been 4 days since. The part of the app that shows updates is now just blank. I have no idea where my shoes are and I haven't received a refund either. I spent 243 dollars on the shoes and it's not something I can just lose. I won't be using this app Again but I still need to know where my purchase is and when I'm going to receive it

Desired Outcome

I wish to receive a full refund of the money I used for the shoes. I do not want store credit because I will not be using this app again. I want an update to as what is happening as soon as possible.

Terrible. My son saved his money and purchased a pair of Nike Air Vapormax. The shoe sole has some fracture so air leaked out. GOAT will not exchange or allow a return. They are terrible to work with. Pay a lil more and buy a shoe from a company that will exchange or return. I had the new box, receipt and verification code. It means nothing.

I placed an order for a paid of sneakers from GOAT on October 7. I received tracking information for the shoes on October 10th and according to the tracking, they were supposed to arrive to me on the 17th. I tracked the order every day and the day of, I received nothing. The tracking said 'rescheduled delivery'. I waited 3 days and the status never changed. I called UPS and was told the package was most likely lost and to contact GOAT for a refund. This is where I've been stuck. GOAT has no phone number as a form of contact, just email which to me is a red flag. At this point I've sent about 10 emails to GOAT and I've heard nothing regarding my refund and cancelling the order. I am using the Afterpay service and had to get in contact with them to see if they could help. All they could do was push the next payment date to give GOAT time to refund me. I am extremely upset by their lack of accountability. I never received the item I paid for and now I am unable to contact someone about it.

They say that they give customers GOAT credit and they don't refund to original form of payment but I do not want their credit. I accidentally sent the payment for shoes I sold to a closed account. My bank said the money was returned since the 1st. Just need my money refunded.
The trace number from my bank to show it was returned is ***. The trace number is *** and it was returned Oct 1st at 6:02am. I have sent all this information and they are just not responding. When it shouldn't be that hard to contact their bank with this information. Been in contact with *** from the company but now he's not responding. I just want to get my money for shoes that were sold through their website. Thanks so much for your help with this matter.

No I do not accept this response because I have provided information to show the funds were refunded to goats bank account. The reversal numbers I provided they should be able to see through their bank that it was refunded. Now I did make the mistake of sending it to the wrong account but it was refunded.

I have had issues with Goat app since I first start using customer service is horrible basically there is no customer service. I put shoes up for sale I had issues getting label for shipment first time got it with like a day left or they would charge me more to sale. Then another shoe came up for sale I went to it tried oking it but I guess app malfunctioned again and they said I canceled it which I didn't and they bump up my sales charge. I msg immediately to tell them it need to be fixed so I don't get charged extra for my shoes but it's been over three days and another shoe end up selling and I was over charged because they never got back to me it's almost like they did it on purpose so they could charge me more for a sale that was coming in. I still have not got a msg back since the auto email saying we are busy will get to you in within 48 hrs. This is so horrible I think I'm going to have to just delete my account after this. I just want to be reimbursed this should not be allowed I see from reviews that this is common for this site

I ordered a pair of new balance sneakers on October 7th and they were shipped out on the 10th. I tracked the shoes vigilantly and according to ups, they were supposed to be delivered on October 17th. Well, the shoes never arrived. I called UPS and was told that they most likely got lost and to contact GOAT. I've sent about 5 emails already SINCE THERES NO PHONE # TO CALL (this should've been the red flag to not purchase from) and haven't heard anything back regarding an order cancellation and refund. I'm extremely frustrated that this has happened and I told friends and people on Instagram to not order from them. I will NEVER be purchasing anything from GOAT ever again. What a total waste of money and time. Now I have to go through my bank to get my money back.

Goat sent me the wrong shoes. I contacted them but they are refusing to correct my order. I bought a size 11 Jordan 6 chameleon, they sent me a Jordan 11 size 8.5. My ticket number is *** They give you these bogus numbers without correcting your order. It’s been 6 days without hearing back from the goat. I have shopped with them in the past. This will mostly likely be my last time. I will probably deal with Flight club if my order is not corrected.

I ordered a pair of your university blue Air Force ones and I never received them. Please have some be sent ASAP. I have already payed.
I was charged for a pair of Air Force ones from your company and I never received them back and I have waited about over a month now and I would like to get them fairly soon.

Have used the app many times for purchasing and selling shoes. Upon receiving a pair I don't believe to be real have spent almost a week leaving replies in the same email thread "as to not create confusion" with no response. Customer service is a joke at most and I don't believe they're going to do anything about it regardless of the fact that I don't believe I got a authentic shoe being that nothing that was supposed to come with the shoe was included and items that were don't match. Now I'm out a few hundred dollars and can't even reach anyone to try and rectify the situation. Would not recommend this app and will be canceling my account with them as this company does not follow good business practices.

Delivery issues and lack of communication
I placed an order on october 16 and paid $380 for a pair of yeezy 500 Utility black size 12 at the next day the app said the shoes were delivered to their warehouse and are waiting for authentication but it´s been 8 days days there's no new information and the tracking number says ''currently unavailable'' the money has been charged to my credit card and they refuse to give me any information about it despite the emails I have send them.

I either want my shoes or my money back.

Please know that since most sneakers come to us for authentication first, it typically takes 7-10 business days (M-F) for orders to get to our domestic customers. That is 3-4 days for your seller to ship to GOAT, 1-2 days for authentication, and 3-4 days to ship to you. Unfortunately however, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.

Our records show that your order placed on 10/16/19, was shipped out to you on 10/24/2019, and was later confirmed as delivered on 10/29/2019. Please note that weekends are not included in our estimated time of arrival. With that being said, your order was handled and processed within the estimated time frame.

We purchased a pair of shoes for $840 on Goat listed as new. Didn't fit so sent back and they refuse to refund.
We purchased a pair of shoes on GOAT for $840. They arrived in a worn box that did not look new and they did not fit. We put them straight back in the box and mailed them back to GOAT the next morning asking for a refund. I first they denied our refund saying we had worn the shoes which we had not. Then they Escalated the ticket because the shoes were not worn. They said we would receive a response within 48 hours. We have received no response and no refund. They have the shoes back because we mailed them but they have our money also. Now no one from GOAT is contacting us at all. I have asked repeatedly after the 48 hours for a response.

I would like a full refund as it states on the site we are entitled to if the shoes are returned within three days.

I sold a package on 10/15/19 to Goat and it arrived on 10/17/19 and when they inspected it, the package was empty and they did not reimburse me for it
I sold one of my shoes on Goat (Order number XXXXXXXXX) and shipped out the package on 10/15/19 at my local UPS. I also got my receipt with the tracking number and delivery weight on it. The tracking number of my package is ***XXXXXXXXXXXXX, and on the receipt it states that it weighs 3.5 pounds when I scanned it in. The package arrived at Goat's dock on Thursday (10/17/19) and I didn't hear anything about my package till the next Monday 10/21/19. On Monday, I received an email from Goat stating that my package was received empty. They then stated in the email that they said after inspecting the box, it does not appear that the box has been tampered with and continued on the say that they think I sent the package without sneakers included in the box. They also attached photos of my empty package from different angles. I then emailed them proof of shipping out my package with my UPS receipt (with stated weight of box 3.5 pounds), and a screenshot of the delivery process from my UPS to their facility. The delivery process has a proof of delivery at Goat's dock on 10/17/19, weighing in at 4.0 pounds. I've emailed them numerous times and have yet to hear anything back. I've also spoken to UPS representatives to start an investigation on my stolen/lost package, and they've informed me that they can't start an investigation till Goat responds. I followed up with UPS 10/22/19 with regards to the investigation, and they told me that Goat has not responded or returned any of their calls or voicemails and they can't move forward till they are in contact with them. Goat has also not responded to any of my emails regarding this situation, and have changed this order status to "issue resolved" without even reading the emails I've sent to them. I did my part with packing my items, scanning them into UPS with proof of receipt, and had no control after that with it being stolen or lost.

I want to be refunded the amount that was agreed upon for my sale.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from GOAT.I used apple pay, and as soon as my information auto-populated, I noticed that for some reason the Apple Pay reverted to an old college address in a city and state that I no longer live in.I spent five minutes figuring out how to cancel the order. According to GOAT, you have either 3h to cancel an order, or until the seller starts to process the order. For some reason, the seller was able to process my order within the few minutes I was figuring out how to cancel it - and it was too late.I started reaching out to GOAT help online to get their assistance in cancelling the order. I've received three responses from them, all of which were essentially - 'oops! that's unfortunate. sorry. we have no solution for this'.I've contacted UPS (the carrier) and had them hold the package, but am unable to get them to re-route it, since i'm not the sender.

Other (requires explanation) A full refund of my shoes, and some sort of reflection/reprimand on this highly dysfunctional company that flunks at customer service.

This website has the most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced. My "brand new" shoes came with the inner lining totally un-stitched. When I initiated a return request, they promised a response within 48 hours - after 7 days and following up 3 times, they finally responded. They said I had to pay for all shipping costs even though the shoe was defective. And they did not give any instructions for how to return the shoes. They mentioned store credit is "typically" provided within 24 hours of receiving the returned shoes - unclear what this means. Not to mention the horrendous spelling and grammar mistakes in my emails from them.

I don't expect for this to be resolved any time soon. It has now been 2.5 weeks since initiating a return, and I have been able to get 3 responses from them - no clear instructions.

Verify my *** shoes is !!! I ordered my shoes October first and they still haven't been verified. That's not the sellers fault that's GOAT's fault. Y'all should change y'alls name to WOAT cause y'all's *** sucks. Give me my *** shoes !!! I hope you go out of business. You little ***. I payed $220 for my shoes, so hurry up before I make sure you go out of business. I know people.

I bought a pair of shoes, which were the wrong size and returned. I waited the initial 7 days it would take to get a refund but never received one.
I bought a pair of Yeezy 500 Bone White Sneakers, which were the wrong size of 10.5 and returned. I waited the initial 7 days it would take to get a refund as specified on their site, but never received one. I reached out to customer service numerous times and finally got a response that my case would be elevated to a specialist and I would have an update within 48hrs. Fast forward to days later and no answer regarding my shoes - its as if they kept them. I will NEVER purchase with GOAT again and will definitely warns other I know against using them.

USPS says they delivered package, I never recieved the package, goat says they cannot refund or partial in app-credit or ANYTHING for that matter
I ordered a pair of shoes, USPS say they delivered the package to my front porch, I never received it. I contacted GOAT, filled out the forms for their insurance company, waited the full 7 days, GOAT says to contact my bank to dispute because they are unable to refund me. Note I am a frequent customer and even recommend the ap to people to but shoes. With this being said, I got frustrated and cursed in one of my messages to customer service. Was given a catty response about maintaining professionalism and possibly being suspended from using the app for it when I clearly stated that this experience was so terrible that I will no longer be using it anyway! I am now out of $125.00 with no answers. And GOAT should know if they dont want to issue me a refund that it will Obviously be almost impossible that I get the money back through my bank but we will see. I was not even offered half of the money back or a credit towards the app plus no regard for my feeling of being left with no shoes after paying! The worst.

I understand that ups says it was delivered but I did not get the package and I do not have it. I have bought other shoes from you guys with no issues so why would I make this up. I just want my money back.

I ordered some shoes online at goat.com that was sent to me not as described and I request a full refund not a partial refund.
I ordered some shoes online at goat.com, my order# is ***. I had 2 problems with Goat but the 1st is just reference. The 2nd problem is I ordered shoes and the shoes Goat sent me was not as described when I ordered them. The order was for new shoes but goat sent me used shoes. Goat offered me $5 credit if I keep the shoes or partial refund if I return the shoes. I accepted the refund. Goat.com is like Ebay.com or Amazon.com. Goat sells thru 3rd party vendors. The 3rd party vendor sends the shoes to Goat to verifiy the order before Goat ships the shoes to me. 2 Goat reps told me if the 3rd party seller sends shoes that are not as described to Goat for verification, during verification or after I get the shoes and I send proof that the shoes are not as described to Goat that goat will contact me and offer me a full refund or give me a full refund after I send pics of proof that the shoes are not as described. I did not get contacted by Goat both times they sent me shoes that are not as described. The 1st time was settled but the 2nd time I did not get a full refund after I sent pics of proof and returned the shoes. They gave me a refund minus the shipping from and to Goat but only in store credit. I wish to have a Full Refund from Goat not a Partial Refund since I made no errors and the seller and Goat sent me shoes not as described.

Please read the full complaint and you will cut out a lot of back and forth. I am asking for a Full Refund, Not a partial refund. I paid $60 I should get $60 back. You gave me $49 back I want the full refund which is $60. I was told by 2 Different Goat reps, that if a product is not as described that I get a Full Refund. The Goat rep said I get the full refund during verification by Goat of the shoes, or after I receive the shoes and send proof of, to Goat. I did not receive full refund on both ocassions. You verified the shoe that was used and you Sent the used shoes to me. I ordered a New pair of shoes, so this isn't a return, this is me declining the false advertised order and returning it to you. There's a difference.... and clearly an American run business should know the difference. No error on my part at all. Thank You.....

Upon review of our correspondence history, our records show that the photos which were provided of the 'wear' were evaluated by our specialists and determined to be the result of the manufacturer process, and not a defect. Greetings Revdex.com and Goat.com. This is not a business resolution because Goat.com has not given any action or offer to resolve this case since its been reported to Revdex.com? So no, I do not accept this as an offer of resolution. Goat.com has only given New information to me and Revdex.com that only explains the reason they issued the partial refund. Goat.com has never mentioned to me since they received the used shoes I returned back to them around 10/11\19, that the shoes were a manufacturing defect. This is the first time I was told The shoes were a manufacturers defect. Furthermore at Goat.com there is an option to buy shoes New or to buy New with defects. But these shoes were not offered as New with defects, they were offered as New. I ordered New shoes not New shoes with defects and I have proof of that sale. Furthermore still, the shoes were not a manufacture defect. The shoes were clearly worn, washed, advertised and Sold as New, but clearly were used. Look at the pictures Revdex.com and I have more pictures of proof. Goat.com, you issued me a partial refund for shoes that were not as described and falsely advertised. You gave me $39 partial refund but the total cost I spent was $60. I have had other resolved issues with you at Goat.com two of which you gave me $15 credit each time. Will you please resolve this case by giving me $20 credit or $20 refund which will complete the total owed to me. That is the correct resolution to this case. Thank You and Godbless.
