In August, I placed an order for the OFF-WHITE x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Chicago's. These shoes are collectors' shoes, and also an investment for me. I had purchased them for roughly almost $***. Upon receiving them I took them to a couple of stores such as Stadium Goods, and also sent them to Stock X. Both companies had refused to accept them, due to the fact that they were not legit. I contacted Goat for this issue, and it took 4 weeks for them to reply. Their reply was, "We received your message and an agent will respond within 24-48 hours. It was then another full week before the agent assured me the shoes were 100% legit. Now as of October 19, 2019, I have paid almost $*** for a pair of FAKE shoes. For anyone else out there seeking to buy shoes from Goat, DO NOT DO IT! Save yourself the headache and buy from StockX! They refuse to contact me back via email, and this issue has not been resolved.

I purchased a pair of Gucci Loafers on 9/24/2019 for myself as a birthday gift. Once I received the confirmation email I noticed that it said a Mens size. The GOAT website did not say this when I placed the order. I immediately emailed their "support" team and they didn't help me at all. They basically told me 'whats done is done." Fine. I'll respect that your website is completely inaccurate. I then wait for my package to arrive so I can immediately return it. & I did. I had to get a loan with Affirm to purchase these shoes which I have been wanting for a very long time. They ended up taking that money from the loan and crediting it all towards GOAT. I made it very clear that it needed to be returned to affirm since I only got the loan to get the shoes I wanted which they did not have (when their website said it did before) and that this whole purchase was a mistake and a huge headache to begin with. I truly believe that they make their money by inaccurately displaying sizes and condition of shoes so that once you receive it, you'll have no choice but to return it and get credited towards GOAT or selling the shoes back through GOAT. These shoes are $995 - not cheap. I am just so upset and disappointed with this whole experience that I would never purchase anything from GOAT again. & the fact that they don't have a phone number to reach - does not help at all. Their email "support team" speak like robots and don't care for you.
All I need is for GOAT to please apply the credit to my loan with Affirm. It is the ONLY reason why I bought anything with GOAT. & Frankly, after this experience I am not interested in purchasing anything from them at all.

Unfortunately, however, we are unable to guarantee fit as sizing may vary greatly between brands and even shoe models. While we do offer recommendations for size to help determine the best fit when converting sizes across gender or country, 'true to size' would not be a term used on GOAT's site.
Please kindly note that our return policy does state that once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the item(s), less the shipping costs to and from you, by issuing you site credit (GOAT credit) to use on future purchases, except as otherwise determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion. I can see you have been refunded less the shipping cost as per our policy. We here at GOAT have provided you with your return refund amount back to your original method of payment, as a one time courtesy. Please allow the needed time for your funds to be made back available to you. Most financial institutions need 3-5 business days.

We are very sorry to hear about your missing package! Please know that in order to file a missing package claim, we do require a completed affidavit. Once we receive your completed forms, the claim process may take up to 14 business days to hear back from both the insurance company and local law enforcement offices.
Our records show that we provided emailed this affidavit form both on 9/19/2019 and again on 10/18/2019, however we have not yet received a response. If you still require any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact GOAT direction for help!
I sold a pair of sneakers on GOAT which they received from UPS on 10/14 which they received via UPS and they have not distributed the funds I'm owed.
I have reached out to their customer service several times and they confirmed they received the package and now the sale has disappeared and I have yet to receive any funds and they've stopped responding.
They have the shoes that someone else paid for and that I sold that they are authenticating so they need to send me the shoes back or reimburse me the sale amount that I'm expecting to receive since they confirmed they have the shoes.
Received word today that GOAT is saying the package got lost but they gave me the full amount of the sale. This complaint be can closed. I appreciate their resolution of the matter.
This company will not return my shoes or give me my money for the shoes I delivered to them..
On Oct 10 I hand delivered Air Jordan 5s Fire Red that was purchased by a customer from their website, I sold on here before so I trusted them. The money was not sent to my account the same day so that's where it started to take a turn, I have emailed them several times and all I get told is the ticket will be escalated to a specialist and still nothing, I went back to Flight Club LA and they tell me some lie about a credit card of the customer not going through, So now they penalizing my account as if I didn't deliver the shoes, I just want my shoes back, I no longer want to them with them ever again.. If I got resolve anything here I will pursue a lawyer..

They have terrible customer service and they rip you off if you want to return or exchange something. It's very obvious they're not customer oriented and take zero responsibility to make sure you have a good experience with their services. I would not use this site again and would not recommend it to anyone.
I ordered a pair of shoes on the 4th of October and it is now the 16th with my shoes nowhere to be seen. I've reached out to GOAT via their app multiple times, consistently. The GOAT team was helpful initially but as the process dragged on they started being less and less helpful telling me to refrain from opening up new tickets with concerns saying they escalated my ticket and that opening up new tickets would cause confusion. I dont see how doing that would help because when I initially had concerns I'd always open up a new ticket and that was when I was actually able to get the help I needed. The fact that they dont have a customer service number that I can call made the troubleshooting process all the more complicated. GOAT specifically said that we would be able to receive our order 3-4 after the shoes got authenticated but more than 4 days passed *** UPS still hasnt received my shoes. I paid a lot of money for this pair so im not understanding how GOAT can just pushed this issue aside constantly. I would appreciate it if the worker would provide me with actual relevant information that I needed instead of constantly saying they currently have a high volume of tickets and that they have escalated my ticket and get back to me shortly and then never get back to me.
I've sent at least 5-6 emails. But it has been 48 with no response.

So my purchase arrived Saturday. I email the company Saturday requesting a refund. This should be the easy part.
Someone replies initially.. but they say I need to provide photos of the shoes? What? Why? I'm just returning it... why waste my time and your time but taking photos of the shoes.
I end up sending a photo of the shoes anyways, despite the fact it makes ZERO sense. I have not heard a response yet and it's been 48 hours. So far your customer support is the most atrocious I've seen. Nordstrom this would not be an issue.. nor would any other company. I would like to thank this company for being difficult and for taking their time in processing this return.
I would like to simply process my return. I would like a free return shipping label. THAT IS ALL... NOTHING too complicated here. Your customer service has failed to respond thus far.

All eligible returns are refunded in GOAT credit, less the cost of shipping, to be used towards a future purchase.
Upon review of your ticket, you mentioned that the item you received was not as described. Since your inquiry appeared to be a claim of misrepresentation of your item vs. a standard return, you were asked to provide additional photos for investigation. Please know that in the event you wished to continue with a standard return however, you may request a return label within 3 days of delivery via the GOAT app.

The tongue of the shoes are longer and from last years model. YOU HAVE photographs of this years model on your website.
For the record I sent a photo on OCT. 14th. So what is your excuse for the extremely long delay.

Horrible customer service paid $500 for golden moment 6/7 pack they only sent the 6, now they want me to file a claim saying I didn't receive any package from FedEx when they clearly sent 1 pair tryin to get a insurance claim instead of looking at your own company. You lost a loyal customer

I bought a pair of shoes from GOAT.com... but would like to return the item. Their costumer service has been unnecessarily difficult.All I wanted to do was return the item. I had an initial response the first day, but NOBODY has followed up for 72 hours. I sent a photo of the item as they requested, although it makes no sense.I'm truly dumbfounded by this company and their poor customer service.

Purchased A pair of Air Jordan 1 Satin Black Toe shoes on October 4th. Shoes were promised for October 10th. Yet, shoes have not arrived.
I had placed an order for a pair of Air Jordan 1 Satin Black Toe shoes on October 4th, 2019. Once the shoes were verified by GOAT they shipped via UPS and were promised by October 14th, 2019. However, I have yet to receive the shoes and UPS has not provided an updated date. I had discussed with GOAT on October 11th through their app under the "help" button to request a return for store credit (since I decided I no longer wanted this shoe and wanted to exchange for another). A lady named *** helped me under ticket #XXXXXXX told me that I had up to 3 days after placing a return request to return an item to return it for store credit (Requested a return through the app on October 11th). However, since I have yet to receive the shoes and have no updates from UPS I have no idea when I will receive the shoes. I'm looking to receive the store credit for these shoes upfront, I will still return these current Air Jordan 1 shoes once I receive them.
I'm looking to receive my full refund for store credit on these Air Jordan 1 Satin Black toes upfront. (value of $822.00). I will still return the shoes once I receive these shoes from UPS. I am seeking my full store credit up front because I want to use it towards another pair of shoes right now and with no updates from UPS, I don't know when I'll receive the AIr Jordan 1s.

I ordered a pair of Shoes from Goat which were listed as new but arrived incomplete and with the wrong laces
I ordered a pair of shoes (Nike Air Jordan 1 retro mid in desert sand colorway) which were listed as new and they arrived incomplete and with the wrong laces. The shoes come new with a special lace only on that shoe and with an additional set of plain black in the box. mine however arrived laced with the black and completely without the original set. This would not meet the requirement of "new".
I would like to exchange the pair i received with a new pair that includes the original laces. if this is not possible then a refund would be fine as well.

On 9/16/19 I ordered a pair of NEW sneakers from the company for $135 plus tax and $10 shippin . It took about 10 days to receive the shoes because GOAT claims to authenticate and inspect their shoe . Upon receipt, I noticed that there was a sticky substance on the fabric. The allows initiating a return/exchange. However, in less than the 3 required day timeframe. There was no option so I emailed GOATs customer service to attempt to resolve this. I was told that despite the company mailing me damaged goods that I was not entitled to money I requested that due to the company's error. After informing them that I would be filing a complaint they chose to double down on their off
Initially I only wanted to exchange my shoes for a clean NEW pair. However, based on the customer service that I have received, I simply want to return the sneakers, get my money back, and dissolve the relationship with the company.

Want to exchange my shoes for a different size, but GOAT will only refund me $25
I ordered shoes that came in perfect condition, but when I tried them on, they were a half size too big. I went to the app to request a return so that I could order a new pair of the same shoes in a half size smaller. GOAT offered to accept my return and refund me $25 in GOAT credit for the shoes. I originally paid $111 for the shoes$101 for the shoes plus $10 shipping. GOAT is requiring that I pay $75 dollars for shipping in order to return the shoes (I live in the US). I understand that I will need to pay some money for shipping, but $75 is ridiculous. Also, GOAT calculated that the $75 for shipping plus $25 for the shoes would add up to the original price that I paid, but that adds to $10 less than what I paid. I received the shoes today and contacted customer service today, but I wanted to write a review here too because they only give 3 days to return shoes and I am worried they will not contact me in time and then say it is my fault for not filing the return earlier.
I want to send my shoes back in exchange for the same shoes but in a half size smaller. I am willing to pay $10-20 for shipping. If GOAT would refund me $100 in store credit (subtracting $10 for shipping), I could buy the shoes again but in a different size.

Package never arrived 265$ dollars. No more responses from company
I ordered shoes back in September the shoes mark as delivered but I never received them. I have contacted goat several times but they just keep closing my tickets and sending me generic responses but dont answer any of my concerns. I just want my store credit or a full refund I loved the service but they need to be accountable for their deliveries

I bought my son a pair of the self tie Nike shoes from GOAT. The shoes stopped work after a couple months and goat would not repair them or refund the money. The shoes cost 550.00!! I then contacted Nike and they stated the goat is not an authorized Nike dealer and therefore they could not do anything about the shoes. I am furious about this situation!!! I will never purchase another pair of shoes from goat and I would suggest that no one else purchase their products either.
Non compliance from GOAT
I have been in contact with GOAT via email for about a month now in regards to two of my sales that I have made through their app. Both of my pairs of sneakers are currently sitting in their facility due to the orders getting canceled. one order cancelled for fraudulent activity on behalf of buyers side and the other order canceled because "i didn't ship in time" when I had presented them the official UPS drop off receipt showing that I did indeed drop off the pair of sneakers within the shipping window. They have answered my emails, a lot of back and forth but no direct solution or any results. Funds are no where to be found, I questioned it and they said to refer to the app but as I am not very familiar with the app. they just keep giving me the run around. Anyways... it blows my mind how a company like this that participates in such a market does not have a call in customer service. I had no other choice but to come here and complain like the rest of the 250+ people before me. this should have been resolved within 7 business days, tops.
i need my money for the sales that were cancelled or a CLEAR explanation from someone on the phone on how to go about this. As far as im concerned, my sneakers are no where to be found on the app as mentioned.

The customer service is the worst! I ordered black yeezys 350 for about $500 in August 2019. Since AUGUST the sneaker never arrived on the postal site it says out for delivery but never arrived, I went to the post office to be notified that my package got lost! I contacted goat about it, they sent me a reply saying that my ticket have been escalated and to check back in 14 days after the investigation that was in SEPTEMBER. The 14 days for the investigation have passed *** I emailed them for a update, no response, I have emailed them 3 times!!! In 2 weeks and can't get no reply!!! I will be contacting my lawyer this is ridiculous!!
The shoe color was completely different and they made it a complete hassle to make an exchange. I wanted to make an exchange for a more expensive shoe. But the non existent customer support lead me here unfortunately. Stay away. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Totally not worth it.
