DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I PURCHASED A PAIR OF SHOES FROM THEM IN THE PAST AND IT WAS NOT A BAD EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT SAY THE SAME FOR SELLING TO THEM. I SENT A PAIR OF $500 SHOES TO THEM ON THE 30TH OF DECEMBER THEY ARRIVED ON THE 6TH OF JANUARY AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY OR MY ITEM THAT WAS SENT. I MADE A INQUIRY ABOUT MY ITEM AND ONLY RESPONSE WAS WE ARE TAKING CARE OF IT. THAT WAS THE 8TH. I TOLD THEM TO SEND MY ITEM BACK IF THE PERSON PURCHASING BACK OUT. NO RESPONSE I AM TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST AT THIS POINT.

I just wanna know why these company's that sell shoes have the worst contact info I mean you are making 100s of thousands of dollars you cant afford to pay customer service? Doesn't make since I will never take a chance with GOAT Stockx none of em I'll just have to go to the stores

wont return an item that was not as it was advertised. don't plan on buying if it's for a gift for someone.

I purchased shoes from goat. They said the shoes were delivered on 11/23/19. They were stolen off my porch. I filed a complaint.
They asked for a police report a month later. O gave it to them. They said they would not refund my money or replace the shoes

This company kept saying they were investigating, they did not ask for a police report until a month later. They said they had a couple of refund options. The first pair of shoes they didnt send, because they said they were used. I really dont think they ever sent the shoes now, I have the text saying I had a couple of refund options. They could at least give me a credit

Please note that in the event your seller ships your item(s) in a condition other than which originally described, our support team will reach out to you with notice. Unfortunately, since your order failed to pass *** you were offered the option to either accept the sneakers 'As Is' or find a replacement. Per our records, you opted to find a replacement on 11/18/2019, which was later verified and shipped to you as of 11/23/2019.

Upon reviewing your previous correspondence with our support team, we can confirm that after receiving notice that your package was missing on 11/24/19, an investigation was initiated with the shipping courier on your behalf. Unfortunately, the results of the claim were denied on 1/1/2020. A dispute was filed against the results of the claim and a police report was requested in order to strengthen the investigation. Ultimately however, as the claim was denied once more by the courier we are regrettably unable to issue a refund. As such, we suggest contacting the courier directly to seek further resolution.

We do apologize once more for any frustration and hope you contact GOAT directly in the future should you require any additional assistance.

Goat said they had a couple of refund options. They never gave them too me. They also asked for a police report almost a month later. I did what was asked of me. All I kept getting is they are working on my case. Then they tell me the courier is not paying or replacing my shoes and I had to take the issue up with them. I would warn anyone against purchasing from this company

This company is blatantly ignoring me and a simple privacy request to change my number so I can transfer funds.100+emails sent and calls no response.
I have been contacting GOAT since December 30th 2019 with a simple request to just change my number so I can transfer my funds to my bank account.I have sent over 100+ emails and I have made several calls with voice messages only to be ignored.I also attempted to contact the co founder my issue isn't a major issue but as a consumer it's means a lot.I never want to do business with a shady company especially if you have been a loyal seller for 3+ years.Who wants to be ignored.As a seller I sent my product to Goat with trust always believing this is a very reputable company and they will do right by the consumer.But this isn't the case I'm being ignored my request isn't being answered and my money is being held hostage.

I have been trying to reach the support team to change my phone number for about two weeks. I need to do this to cash out as I have 411 dollars sitting in my GOAT account, and due to factor authentication, I need to change my phone number. I am worried I will never access this money and I will be robbed, and scammed for my shoes that I sold.

Asked company to cancel order and/or issue the correct size shoes before shipment
Purchased shoes on 12/24/19. Realized that I might have ordered (order #XXXXXXXXX) a youth size for $220 via credit card opposed to an adult size on 12/27/19. Emailed customer service to confirm, and *** responded with generic return policy. Asked again and they confirmed I ordered a youth size. Return policy says to cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller. I never received a confirmation from the seller. I told them the shoe size won't work, so cancel the order or allow me to order the correct size. They wouldn't, advised I dispute with credit card company, which also wouldn't charge back the transaction. Received the shoes on 1/8/19 and requested a return. I am being told to print the shipping label and return to UPS within 3 days to receive credit minus the shipping expenses. I asked for the credit to be returned to my credit card, which the company has refused. The shoes haven't been taken out of the box. I've asked that they transfer the credit to another user's account because I have no desire to do business with their sketchy company. In addition their emails claim that the company wants you to be happy with your purchase. I informed them that if this were the case, they would have worked with me when I initially reached out to correct the error.

Desired Outcome

Ideally I would like the remaining balance refunded to the credit card I used to make the purchase. Otherwise I would like to transfer this credit to my spouse's account so that he can use the funds to purchase the correct pair of shoes.

We are regrettably unable to change order details once a GOAT order is placed, including but not limited to the shipping address, payment method, size, and/or item purchased. If you wish to cancel, you may do so via the GOAT app within 3 hours of placing the order and/or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first.

In this case, both had occurred and the shoes had been packaged for shipment, therefore, we were unable to cancel the order.

I want to exchange the shoes I received that do not fit for the same shoe in a larger size.
I placed my order on 12-5-19 under the email address of ***. The shoe description is the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Black size 4 1/2 *** They were a Christmas gift. I contacted the company on 12-25-19 requested an exchange due to the fact that they were too small. I want the same shoe in a size 5 1/2 . I did receive two emails from Will. One saying that he had the incorrect email, *** and order number for my account. He was talking about a previous order I had placed on 9-29-19. I provided him the with correct Oder number email and all information needed. I have not heard back from them at all after several Attempts.

I want to return the shoes that I have (brand new and never worn) and exchange them for the same shoe in a larger size.

Goat sent me a horrible horrible fake shoe that I paid 500 dollars for. I mean stitching is falling apart there glue stains everywhere and I obtain a legit pair show them the difference now Im just getting these generic response and and now refund no answer nothing its extremely frustrating when the company your buying from is more worried about them and not customer hopefully some body sees this from goat and gives an answer I wish I could upload pics so you guys could see how disgusting the shoe is it baffles that a company that guarantees 100% authenticity would approve of this

No communication from GOAT
The shoes I received on 12/28/19 were scratched up. I opened a dispute 35 mins after receiving them in the mail. I followed all instructions and sent all requested photos.

I received an email on 12/29/19 stating the ticket was escalated and I would hear back no later than 48 business hours. I followed up on 1/2/20, 1/4/20 and again on 1/7/20...NO RESPONSE FROM THEM! I cannot find a customer service phone number.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund, including being refunded for shipping and, I do not feel I should have to pay to ship back defective shoes.

01/16/2020 I was offered a credit for my purchase. When I replied that I didn't not want one, they emailed me back and stated I would get a full refund. On top of the refund, I received a $20 credit that I will not use. I received my refund on 01/20/2020. My issue was resolved.

I have used GOAT app to order a new pair of Adidas yeezy boost 350 v2 yecheil size 10.5 men When I received the shoes I was so disappointed because I ordered them new and I received used pair of YEEZY. Decided to return shoes back to GOAT. I received an email from GOAT stated " Unfortunately, your return has been denied because it does not qualify under our return policy. Our specialists noted the following issue(s): used shoe.
The shoes were shipped to me but in used condition, not new as I ordered.
Returned shoes back but refused to issue refund. Decided to check Facebook page and noticed I was not the only victim or people complaining about GOAT doing fraudulent business.

While we do understand that sneakers can be tried on or worn in brick & mortar establishments, but due to the dirt and wear that has appeared on the sneakers for this order, we are unable to accept your return at this time.

Please note that all returns are subject to evaluation. The shoes, box and accessories must be in the same condition as when shipped in order for the return to be approved.

Still wouldn't accept the used shoes back. Had no choice but to accept the used shoes when I ordered them new or else I wouldn't get no refund. Company left me with no choice. Overall, thank you for such a great first buying experience with GOAT. Will not be back to support this business.

I was told I was receiving a excellent shoe used. Definitely wasn't. Don't waste your time.

GOAT has not answered my emails to change the phone number on my account so I can receive my money that I got from selling shoes on their app.
I contacted GOAT on Dec 27, 2019. They said that they will escalate my issue (changing phone number on account) but they never contacted me back after 48 hours as they said they would. I just need to get in contact with someone and get the number changed to I can deposit the money I earned on Goat to my bank account. I currently have $311.75 in the goat account and if they cannot answer me, I would like that money sent to my account.

They have finally reached out to me

I sold some shoes through GOAT, and they took my shoes, but never gave me my money. Customer service has been ignoring my emails for the past month.
I have been emailing GOAT for a month now. I still have not heard anything from anyone. All I am asking for is a simple phone number change. How long does that take? This is seriously ridiculous and I'm starting to feel scammed out of my money.
I sold some shoes for $252 and I never received the money because when I asked for my phone number to be changed (so I could receive my money), everyone stopped responding to my emails. *** said I would hear from someone in 24-48 hours and I've heard from NOBODY. She said someone from higher up would reach out to me, and NOBODY DID. I AM GOING ON A MONTH.

I sold the shoes December 9, 2019 *** I sold GOAT the shoes for $252.92 and was never given my money. My constant emails have been ignored when I ask what is going on, and there is no customer service number I can call.

Desired Outcome

I hope the business can either award me my *** or give me my product back. I did not give those shoes away. I sold them through GOAT, and GOAT was only supposed to keep a small percentage of that profit. I will either need my money or my shoes back.

I sold a pair of Air Jordan Patta shoes on Goat 12/20/19 & was to get paid *** for them. I have yet to get paid or the shoes returned back to me.
I sold a pair of Air Jordan Patta shoes on Goat on 12/20/19. I was to get paid *** once goat would get the shoes from me and verify them. The shoes were mailed off via ups with Goats provided label. Per ups tacking, goat received the shoes 12/27/19. They were supposed to verify them and let me know if they are "acceptable" and then pay me out *** if they are acceptable or if they determined they were not acceptable, they were to give me the option to have them shipped back or posted on goat while they "store" them. I am sitting in 1/7/20 and the shoes are still in Goats possession. I emailed them many many times and they did respond once in 12/30/19 saying they were being processed, and another time on 12/31 saying they was an issue with them and someone would get back with me within 48 hours. I have been emailing them since three and NO responses. These are *** shoes I am talking about and I want them back or my pay out I was told I'd get. Either way Goat should have gotten back to me and processed this issue long ago. They are ignoring all my emails and they have no customer cr or any other way to contact them. It's scary to know I may lose a pair of *** shoes I could sell elsewhere for over *** I have done business with them before and had a few other issues, but have sold over 100 pair of shoes with them. Then this is what they do to thank me! I want my shoes or my money ASAP! No excuses!

I want my Jordan Patta shoes back. If goat lost them then send me the exact pair in the exact size. The retail I paid was *** So if no shoes then at minimal the *** I was to get paid out for them. I really just want them back if they still have them.

I think it is sad that GOAT ignored 100+ messages that I sent them via their GOAT app (they have NO other means of communication for customers which is also ridiculous-no phone number nothing). I asked GOAT over and over to please process this request as my shoes were noted to be "in process" for 4 weeks. They continually ignored my messages or sent me a generic response that said they are working on it. It was so frustrating and distressing to have to deal with that. I finally went through the Revdex.com and miraculously GOAT responded and processed my request. I told GOAT over and over in my messages that I was going to Revdex.com and the authorities if they did not respond soon (once it got to be over 3 weeks). They kept ignoring the messages. I would NOT recommend GOAT for ANYTHING-I dont trust them anymore. Funny things is, I sold over 100 pair of shoes with them and I have never had trouble with getting paid for them. I dont buy the excuse that the holidays set them behind. it has never taken them more then 1-2 business days to process a shoe sale (when I sell a pair of shoes on their app) once they get the shoes. If they got 4 weeks behind (or more) then they need to be hiring more help or figure something out because that is ridiculous. The fact that they sat there and ignored my messages-probably not even a person reading them. if there was someone reading them, shame on them for ignoring me and not trying to at least address it and give me a good time frame. I think GOAT needs a customer care # also-but I think they like NOT having one because they can ignore all their customers even more. From what I have been reading on social media comments and the Revdex.com site-they are doing a really bad job! I had a couple of issues with them in the past-with them declining shoes I sold on their app for no reason-then chagrinning me $15 to get my shoes back-in which they never tell you that until they decline them. They would decline them for a piece of lint being in them. I learned to have my shoes looking spic and spam when I sent them to them. Then they would sell me shoes that were "new" but had marks on them, or not the correct shoes-then want $30 to return or exchange them-thats only if they were "new" because all their "used" shoes are a NO return policy! I didn't know that either until I bought a pair of used shoes on their app and they ended up with scuffs, marks, ect that were not in the pictures from which I went off to buy them. I contacted them many times and they said "NO RETURNS" not even on defective ones. so I tried to sell them on their app and they declined them for being "defective" !!! happened like 3-4 times actually! so after the 4th pair of used sheoes bought on GOAT-I stopped buying used shoes from them due to that policy and their continued decline to address any issues with the shoes-issues not stated when I bought them. I also quit buying new shoes from them because they would end up being scuffed (as I said), or just terrible quality and you can ONLY return them within 3 days for $30-$40 total in between their fees and shipping costs. I learned I was better off buying ANY shoes (new, or used) NOT ON GOAT! I really hope they can either change their business practices or they will lose many customers-from what I read they have already lost many the way it is. I was a loyal customer, I have a rating of 244-and I am now DONE using GOAT for good. This issue was distressing because the shoes I sold were $300 Jordan Patta shoes, brand new with the box. They sat on this for 4 weeks-now I got $221.25 paid out from them-which is what I was supposed to get 4 weeks ago. I should have gotten MORE for the HASSEL. At this point I am just GRATEFUL for Revdex.com, because if it hadn't been for them, I would still be sitting without my shoes. I will follow up if the payout does not process-I just transferred it to my bank-so if it falls through then I will re-open this clam. THANK YOU Revdex.com!!!
