Order # ***. They found some minor flaws on my shoes and we both agreed to just send the shoes back to me, Until now, I haven't received it.
I sold my shoes to them on Feb. 3, 2019 (Order #*** which is Jordan 11 Concord 2018. They found some minor flaws and gave me the option to either give discount to the buyer or pay $9 to have it ship back to me. So I paid $9 as of Feb. 7, 2019 and they made a pre-shipment tracking label for UPS. Until now, it hasn't been pick up by UPS and it's still on pre-shipment status.

Desired Outcome

First and foremost, I just need my shoes back very badly!!! If not, they better pay me for the retail price of it for $220. The communication with them has really been that slow.

I accept their explanation and action. I thank them for giving me the much needed refund and shipping fee. I will continue to support GOAT and patronize their services. Like I said, for all the transaction I had with them in the past, this is the first time it happened to me. Thanks for the immediate action.

Placed an order with GOAT, however, then wrong shipping address was used and the item was shipped back to GOAT. A month later GOAT hasn't responded.
On January 8, 2019. I won a bid with GOAT and my item was shipped. Once I validated the shipping address, I noticed it was getting shipped to an older address. I contacted GOAT and UPS to rectify the issue. GOAT advised me since it was already shipped there was nothing they can do. At this time I contacted UPS to have them to hold it at the shipping/receiving facility since I wont be able to pick it up due to military obligations. They said if I don't pick it up on 5 days they'll simply ship it back to the sender, GOAT. On 10 Jan, I notified GOAT that the shoe will be coming back to them at that time they said I'd have the option of a refund or it can be resent. ON 24 Jan I contacted GOAT to let them know that according to their site and UPS they've received my shoes and what were my options. On 25th of January I was contacted by KJ to inform me that my ticket was elevated. Since then,I've contacted GOAT 4 times and I have not received a response, nor a refund, nor a new shipment of my purchased merchandise.

Either I'd like my items reshipped, credit, or refund.

I had no problem with them until this recent transaction. I sold my shoes through them and they found a minor flaw on it. They gave me the option of either giving a discount to the buyer, consign it with them or pay $9.00 for the shipping fee and have it returned to me. I chose on paying the $9.00 and have it shipped back to me. They made a pre-shipment label with UPS that is still dated Feb. 7 that is ready for pick up by UPS. It has been a week and the tracking # still wasn't updated and the shoes were still not shipped to me. I need my shoes back or they better pay me the retail price of it for $220.

All sneakers purchased on GOAT, unless otherwise notated, are first shipped to GOAT for verification of authenticity and condition, prior to being shipped to you. Your order, placed on 2/7/2019, was packaged by your seller and shipped on 2/8/2019. Unfortunately, at the time we received your email on 2/12/2019, the sneakers were still In-Transit to our warehouse. Within 12 hours of receiving your email however, our support team provided a timeline of the verification and delivery expectation for your order. After your sneakers were successfully received at GOAT on 2/14/2019, they were later verified, packaged for shipment, and handed to the shipping courier by 2/15/2019. Our records show that your order was since delivered on 2/19/2019. We do hope you love your new kicks!

I bought 4 pairs of shoes only 2 out of the 4 delivered my shoes where accidentally "refused" I was not even home to refuse them I talked to UPS about the situation and told me to contact the sender (GOAT) I made a ticket which was resolved even though I didn't get a reply from that ticket but one and that was from dj telling me that I need to wait 48 business hours it's been more than 48 hours and no reply order numbers are XXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX those shoes together cost about $1,810 in total I am really disappointed with th customer service and just want my shoes sent back to me.

My shoes where accidentally "refused" and sent back to goat. I contacted goat and have gotten no reply but the ticket was "resolved".
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes only 2 of the 4 came to me the shipping service UPS told me that they where "refused" which I didn't do I was not even home to refuse them UPS told me to contact the sender for arrangements I contacted goat and I got no reply I looked at the ticket to see that it was "resolved" yet no one contacted me I was also told to wait 48 business hours for a reply it's been pass 48 hours the order number for the shoes that didn't deliver are XXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX Tracking numbers for UPS are 1ZXXXXXEXXXXXXXXXX and 1ZXXXXXEXXXXXXXXXX I payed about USD $1,000 for order XXXXXXXX and USD $810 for XXXXXXX I am disappointed with this customer support and want my shoes to be delivered back to me as soon as possible I bought them on 02/04/19 payment method was google pay with Paypal.

We have reviewed your order history for the 3 aforementioned purchases. First, it is important to note that the sneakers purchased are all between 3-6 years of age at the time the orders were placed. That being said, it is not uncommon for the materials to age or the glue to discolor/yellow at the fault of the manufacturing process in mass quantities. This is not an indication that the shoe is worn but rather the sneakers have aged since the original manufacturing date. All purchases made on GOAT including New, Used, and even Vintage sneakers are hand-verified by our specialists however, and should any discrepancies have been found at the time of inspection, you are contacted prior to shipment.

Of the 3 order issues mentioned:

-After reviewing the provided photos of your concerns for Order XXXXXXXX, we granted a full return to GOAT credit towards the repurchase of a replacement sneaker of your choosing. Your return was processed on 2/14/2019 and the credit has since been used to purchase a new shoe.
-We received an automated return request on 2/9/2019 for Order XXXXXXXX via your GOAT app, but have no recorded communication regarding an issue with the quality or condition of the shoe via email. At this time the tracking does not indicate that this return has been shipped for processing.
-For Order #XXXXXXXX, we last requested additional photos for review on 2/15/2019 and have not yet received a response - nor has the automated return label requested via your GOAT app been scanned by your shipping courier to indicate shipment.

Their customer service is deplorable. I ordered and received a pair of Nike 720 Northern lights night. They were obviously off colored. I tried to return them and get a new pair. They informed me that since they were an early release shoe I could not get a refund or replacement pair. They never informed me, there was no disclaimer that this purchase was an early release shoe and as such would not be eligible for return. They offered me a $20 credit to their website in return for a pair of shoes that cost $250 and are not the same color.

I returned a pair of brand new brand new 10.5 size shoes and requested a size 11 in the same make and model; It took over 60 days toget my returnshoes
I ordered a pair of Adidas Ultraboost size 10.5 in late Nov of 2018. I got them on roughly Dec 2, 2018. I returned them in the same boxes as they were shipped to me UNUSED and requested the same make and model in a size 11. I just got the shoes on 2/5/19. The turnaround time was 60 days. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Every time I went on line to check my return it would say processing. allow 5-7 business days. There is not a phone number for customer support. I sent an email directly to the company today. When requesting a return, you are given 3 days from the delivery date to request a return label via your GOAT app for any eligible product. Based on the delivery date of 12/6/2018 for your order, you would have had until 12/9/2018 to request a return. In the event you had any difficulty receiving a shipping label, our support team is also available 24/7 via email to help!

Unfortunately however, at no time do our records show that a return was requested via your account or with our support team. Instead, we received your return with an unidentified shipping label and were fortunately about to match the product to your original order without a loss of the package. After successfully receiving your intended return, a credit within our standard return policy was issued as an exception on 1/30/2019. Typically however, as the sneakers were received well outside of the 3-day return window and were not shipped using a GOAT-issued shipping label, your order would have been ineligible for refund. Once your credit was applied to your account however, a new order was placed on 1/31/2019 using your credit and delivered as early as 2/6/2019.

I ordered and received a pair of shoes that were not the same color.They would not let me return them.
I ordered and received a pair of Nike 720 Northern Lights Night. GOAT has no contact number and I can't understand why since they claim to be a huge company. They do not respond to my emails in a timely manner and they don't even have the decency to call UPS and create an investigation about my package that hasn't been in UPS's possession but shoes an origin scan on the tracking. GOAT has me running in circles and I'm not getting anywhere because I am not the sender of the package and start an investigation for he package that has been missing for a week now. Prior to 2/4/2019, your shipment was pending an initial scan from your shipping courier and you were advised that there may be a 1-2 business day delay. This is normal when the handoff to your shipping courier occurs. That being said, we hope that you successfully received your package at this time and love your new shoes!

Purchased a pair of sneakers on 1/11/2019, its 2/4/2019 (3 weeks) & I have not received my shoes.Contacted support 1/28 and haven't recieved an update
On 1/11/2019, I purchased a pair of sneakers for $480 + $10 shipping ($490 in total). Purchase was made using payout from a different pair of shoes sold ($461.07) and then $28.93 paid from my debit card. After order#XXXXXXXX was authenticated by GOAT, they shipped the shoes via USPS on 1/17/2019. last update on tracking (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) is that shoes arrived at a post office on 1/22/2019. However when I went to my two local USPS point of contacts (USPS Post Office and a UPS store) They both could not find my package containing my sneakers. So after on 1/28/2019, I contacted customer support in GOAT where I was told someone would followup with me in 48 hours "at the latest". 2/4/2019 at 7:44am MST, I have not received an update or any communication for that matter about my package or what's going on.

Since its been over a week since ive received any communication from GOAT to get this resolved (not a single update on what they're doing to resolve this), I am too the point where I just want my money refunded ($490) since I have received the product I've paid for.

Company does not offer an option to cancel orders as they claim they do. No email response from customer services and no phone number to call
I purchased a pair of shoes on 2/2/2019 and attempted to cancel my order within 3 hours to not be charged and this is not possible. There is no way to get in touch with customer services or call the company. They do respond to emails

Our cancellation policy is stated on our app/website as follows, 'You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled.' Your order was placed on 2/2/2019 at 8:28am PST. Your seller later confirmed the sale on 2/2/2019 at 8:33am PST. While we did receive a request to cancel your order via email, your initial message was received at 8:50am PST on 2/2/2019, after the seller had already confirmed. Upon replying to your message within 24 hours of receipt, also on 2/2/2019, you were advised of our cancellation policy and our inability to cancel as the seller had already confirmed. Further communication was received on 2/5 requesting tracking information for your order, which was provided to you again within 24 hours time, on 2/6/2019. Our records show this order was later shipped on 2/6/2019 and delivered, per the tracking, on 2/8/2019. Goat is horrible. I paid to have my Jordan off white uncs shipped back to me. On Tuesday January 29th 2019 I receive an email to pay to have them shipped back. I paid and a label was created. The shoes are worth about 1000 so I had ups request to drop them at a delivery point. After four days tracking never updated and GOAT does not reply to messages or emails. I contacted ups and they said that they never received the package from GOAT as there would have been an internal scan done showing shipment progress even if you request a hold at a ups access point. Now I'm out $1000.00. I'm going to collect all the evidence I have and file a legal theft complaint against goat. Absolutely ridiculous

My shoes were never shipped back after I paid for a return label
I paid for my shoes to be returned back on January 21, a label was created the next day but the shoes were never actually shipped back. I have created 8+ tickets and over 30+ messages sent. They have ignored my emails for over a week and the shoes were never shipped. One support member told me to reach out to UPS to see what is needed to proceed with my return when in fact, GOAT STILL has my shoes held hostage and has not shipped them. I am currently out on $800 because they have not sent me back my shoes so I can resolve it with the shop I bought them from. Every time I submitted a new support ticket, they would mark it as resolved without replying to me.

I request that you guys ship back my shoes or I will drive down to your Culver City office and speak with an actual employee who can resolve this. I live in Los Angeles so this problem should be resolve as quickly as possible.

As explained on another, duplicate, complaint for this issue - your returned package was regrettably delayed due to a hold placed on your shipment with the courier at the recipients request. Since GOAT is not the recipient of the package, the hold may only be requested and then removed, by you. In this instance however, after the hold was successfully released, the courier incorrectly returned the package to the GOAT instead of continuing shipment to the final destination. After the package was received at our warehouse once more, the sneakers were again handed to the shipping courier for a final shipment attempt. At this point, the package was regrettably deemed lost after an extensive investigation and a full cash out was issued for your listing price as well as a full refund of your original shipping costs paid. Recieved one shoe one is doing anything
I recieved my ordered shoes from Goat on 12-31-2018. when I opened the box I had noticed that there was onlY ONE shoe in the box. No big deal. I contact them and told them along with send pictures as well. on 1-3 I get a generic email saying that they were behind becuase of the holiday. on 1-3 I emailed them again just asking could someone help me in this matter. on 1-8 I contacted them again becuase there was no response I expressed how frustrating it was to contact them on the 31st and still havent heard ANYTING other than we are behind. on 1-16 I get a email response from someone named *** he sent me a affidavit with someone else information. I told him at that point I jjust want my money or my shoe. the next day he send me a message sayikng that he would explain how the affidavit works He said I needed to fill it out and that a refund couldnt be issued until. I went to UPS and they said I didnt need a affidavits they only needed the shipper to open a investigation.on 1-18 *** emailed me giving me the same spillI sent it in no response and on 1-23 I resent it when I didnt hear anythign back from them *** emailed me back quickly this time saying they wouldne follow up with me they would only send the information to the insurance company and the process can take 7 days. that day I went to my police station and back to ups and they just looked at me like I was crazy. The officer said hes never heard of such thing. I told *** that and she basically said they had to investiagate which waqs fine. today 1-31 *** send me a emails and says we havent heard back from you so that it was close lol. Like th nerve of these people. I immediately emailed her back and asked what was she talking about I just spoke to her the 23rd. Al I want is my money back NOW this is crazy as ***.

Please note that while a third-party courier may not require the same documentation in order to file a claim, at GOAT you are required to complete and return the signed affidavit in order to receive a refund. This legal document simply verifies that you did not successfully receive the goods in which you paid for. In this instance, since your package was not entirely missing but most likely tampered with, we requested in addition to the signed affidavit, that you return the shoe received using the pre-paid shipping label provided via email. Once we receive your shoe at GOAT, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment - as well as a credit offered towards a future purchase, due to the inconvenience. This prepaid label was proved on 2/1/2019 however, and as of 2/12/2019 we have not received any indication per the tracking that your item has been shipped for return. Ordered my son some sneakers from here which is not the first time, I ordered same size and shoe as another pair he got from here just a different color. This time they did not fit. He tried the shoe on in his room where there is carpet shoe was too tight contacted them that same day I received the sneakers and they sent me a return label in which I had to pay another shipping fee to send back and I sent the sneakers back in the original box that it came in. they are now saying that I can't get a refund because the shoe was worn. they sent pictures of why they thought the shoe was worn mind you the sneakers still had the original tag on both sneakers. they are trying to say that on the bottom of the shoe is a piece of rubber which look to me that it came like that. How can I put a piece of rubber in the ridges of the sneakers. No dirt on sneakers at all. All I wanted was another size or my money back. They said that I can either pay another shipping fee to have the same sneakers sent back to me or let them sale them at the price that I bought them then they can send me my money after they sell them. They were a birthday gift for my son. Who has that kind of money just to let some sneakers sit in the house.

Desired Outcome

I either want a size 10 1/2 or my money refunded to me.

We are transparent with our Return's Policy on both our app and website and again prior to checkout on GOAT. As stated in our Return's Policy, item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris, and all original packaging included. Since GOAT is a marketplace, not a retail store, our verification standards for what makes a shoe 'New' or 'Dead Stock' are strict. In the event the shoes show any signs of having been worn, even in the event of try-on, the condition of the shoes would be considered changed and your return would regrettably be denied. Typically, should your return not pass verification for approval, your options would be to either a) list the sneakers for sale on GOAT to recoup your funds as cash or b) pay the return shipping costs to have the sneakers shipped back to you. While we are regrettably unable to accept your return for credit, we offered to ship your sneakers back to you at no cost as a courtesy for your first return.

I recieved my ordered shoes from Goat on 12-31-2018. when I opened the box I had noticed that there was onlY ONE shoe in the box. No big deal. I contact them and told them along with send pictures as well. on 1-3 I get a generic email saying that they were behind becuase of the holiday. on 1-3 I emailed them again just asking could someone help me in this matter. on 1-8 I contacted them again becuase there was no response I expressed how frustrating it was to contact them on the 31st and still havent heard ANYTING other than we are behind. on 1-16 I get a email response from someone named Drew he sent me a affidavit with someone else information. I told him at that point I jjust want my money or my shoe. the next day he send me a message sayikng that he would explain how the affidavit works He said I needed to fill it out and that a refund couldnt be issued until. I went to UPS and they said I didnt need a affidavits they only needed the shipper to open a investigation.on 1-18 *** emailed me giving me the same *** sent it in no response and on 1-23 I resent it when I didnt hear anythign back from them *** emailed me back quickly this time saying they wouldne follow up with me they would only send the information to the insurance company and the process can take 7 days. that day I went to my police station and back to ups and they just looked at me like I was crazy. The officer said hes never heard of such thing. I told *** that and she basically said they had to investiagate which waqs fine. today 1-31 *** send me a emails and says we havent heard back from you so that it was close lol. Like th nerve of these people. I immediately emailed her back and asked what was she talking about I just spoke to her the 23rd. Al I want is my money back NOW this is crazy

I don't understand what your saying. The shoes were sent back using your labels. It doesn't show online due to it being over 120 days but I'f you call ups they can verify that

I paid for a return label for my shoes to be shipped back on 1/22 but they were never shipped back and GOAT still has my shoes. That was also the last day I heard from them via ticket support and email. I opened 8+ tickets and every time they would mark my tickets as resolved without replying to them. Til this day they still have not shipped my shoes back and I am out -$800. Support finally replied to me today and told ME to resolve it with UPS when it is GOAT themselves that still have my shoes. Unbelievable service, I am probably going to drive down to their office in Culver City this week because they are so incompetent. And if you are reading this, my ticket # is XXXXXXX

That being said, our records show that the tracking for the return of your shoes indicate that the recipient (you) requested a hold with the shipping courier at a UPS access point. Unfortunately, since this request was not submitted by GOAT, we are unable to release the hold and continue with the shipment. My shoes still haven't shipped and its been 48 hours. What is going on? How many times do I have to tell you guys the shoes were NEVER SHIPPED BACK and the in-transit doesn't mean anything. Your customer support team tells me the same message every single time but you guys do not grasp the concept of how tracking works. Every time I get a message saying " the item will be shipped or it is in transit." LOOK at the tracking history. If you guys don't ship it back, I am just going to come to your office in Culver City.

Unfortunately, after an extensive investigation with the shipping courier, it appears as though instead of releasing the shipment to you - per the hold - the hold was instead released and the package was returned to sender in error. After GOAT received your returned package, the sneakers were prepared for shipment once more and handed to the courier in another shipping attempt. Regrettably, it appears as though the final shipment was deemed lost by the courier and as such a full cash out for your sale has been issued, as well as a full refund of your original shipping costs paid.
