[redacted]. did a good job of fixing our problem with one of our A/C units, as he diagnosed low refrigerant, added refrigerant, and it is working again. He was not able to find a leak so still not sure what the root cause is for the low refrigerant. He scheduled a follow up in 3 weeks to check it again to see if refrigerant level is low or still holding. If it is low again he will recommend replacing Evap coil in attic and recommend to his manager that it be covered Under Warranty since it was diagnosed prior to Warranty expiration. This was a fair resolution, which I really appreciated!!

Mick and Ferris did a great job on the site replacing an A/C unit. They showed up on time and finished close to the estimated time frame. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Prior to doing the work, they laid out tarps inside to ensure my carpet did not get dirty and they even cleaned up after themselves by vacuuming the installation area. They walked me through the new equipment. I was a bit surprised at the entire cost of the project as I do believe it was steep. Nevertheless, in AZ summers, there isn't a lot of time to waste collecting estimates when the temps reach triple digits.

Service call: To assess whole house plumbing. [redacted] arrived on time, inspected all plumbing, found potential problems, explained in detail all work needed and outlined a plan to address and repair all problems, including price quotes. [redacted] was courteous and knowledgeable. I will be contacting George Brazil Services to do all future plumbing work and request [redacted] to be my plumbing technician.

Both installers arrived on time, worked hard for almost 9 hours and answered every question I had. Professional and cleaned up after the job was comlete.

We recently had to replace our AC unit and we had a great crew from the Sales Rep to the installation team, they were a class act. I highly recommend them should you need anything HVAC related.

These fine gentlemen came out and installed a new A/C unit on our home on 6/3/14. Their level of professionalism, was perfectly complimented by their courtesy and delightful senses of humor (they had to deal with my wife, and believe me when I say that humor is a necessary component when "dealing" with her!) [redacted] came out for a condenser fan issue today. He was extremely courteous, professional, and took the time to explain what what happening with our system. I could not be more pleased with the service we received. I would highly recommend [redacted] as a service tech if possible.

The technicians who preformed service for me on January 4, 2016, were very pleasant, professional and seemed to know their business. The previous technician who installed the original line set did not do it correctly and there was a leak that caused me to loose cooling twice at the end of the summer.

The company has been very good about diagnosing correcting the problem and kept my AC system working in the interim. My only complaint is that they did not preform a leak test on the system before they installed the new line set that cost $2,500 and had to be installed on the outside of my buildings which is not very attractive.

I would like to compliment our service tech Roy H. He is a very personable and

professional representative of George Brazil Heating and a/c and explained in detail

the condition of my heat pump along with a video of the unit that he took while on the roof. I feel confident that Roy will take care of our future HVAC needs and will recommend him to our friends nod neighbors.

Brandon is very professional and timely in his approach. He clearly knows the technical side of HVAC. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Had 2 AC units installed on 12/30/2014, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], were my installers. They were professional from the moment they arrived until they finished. Explained everything thoroughly, all was clean when they left. These guys were great!!!
