[redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] installed a new airconditioning system in my office. They called me the day before the appointment to confirm the appointment, and showed up on time. They were very professional and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned thoroughly when they were done. I would highly recommend George Brazil for your air conditioning needs.

We had Jorge and Amelio put in a new AC unit. We had a unit in the back and they put a new unit on the roof. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond. They told us what they were doing and showed us pictures of what they did on the roof. The new unit works so much better then the one we had installed 10 years ago. Very nice work Jorge and Amelio.

He was very polite, personable, helpful & very business-minded regarding the company as well as the customer. I view him as a company asset.
While pleased with him & a few other techs, I have to give a low value on recommending this company from past experiences in electrical & heating. I haven't given up on them though.

He is prompt, courteous, personable and best of all honest. He doesn't try to upsell unneeded products or services. I highly recommend Roy.

Yesterday, Sept. 22, 2015, Rusty from George Brazil Heating and Air Conditioning conducted a "routine" maintenance call to check the performance of the aging air conditioners at my home. He did an excellent job of explaining what problems needed to be addressed and what it would cost. I ok'ed the work and he got started on it. When he encountered a very unusual problem, he made several calls to technical experts and his supervisor. In the end, his supervisor approved expanding the scope of the repairs at no additional charge to me. My air conditioning was working ok before the maintenance work, but now it is working even better. Rusty did a great job in a difficult situation.

I am very pleased with the work that was done by George Brazil Heating and Air Conditioning, and I would highly recommend their service to other people.

Electrical technician, [redacted]. of George Brazil Services was tasked to troubleshoot a ceiling fan light problem. He arrived as scheduled and was properly equipped to service the appliance. His approach to troubleshooting the fan switch was professional and knowledgeable. Upon completion of the work fan and lighr switch were tested to his standard and my satisfaction.

[redacted]. was very professional he took the time to take pictures of the weak parts and what could happen if not replaced . after he replaced the parts he showed then to me . giving an explation as to what was worn out and why they needed to be replaced. beind an electrican for forty years I new what he was talking about and found him to be very knowlegable.he also neet and represented his company in a professional maner .
