The employee was prompt,efficient and courteous on installation of new unit at our home.
Charley L. provided excellent service, went above and beyond to make sure all of my units were functioning properly before leaving.
[redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] were out to install my new York AC system recently. They did a great job. Very clean and courteous. Were very careful of my floors and walls. I would use them again without hesitation. The entire process with GB was awesome.
Ferris and Rudy arrived at the condo on time. They took time to explain the entire process from removal of the old system to the new full system installation. After the conclusion of the installation Ferris took time to go over all of the warranty and explain in detail what is covered and how to proceed with making a claim, he went over the maintenance policy, explained hoe George Brazil was a certified York dealer and rebated within the product, and provided and explained to me the Certificate of Product Rating. During the process I even interrupted the tech several times with questions that popped up in my mind and he was always willing to stop what he was doing to provide me with accurate and truthful answers. I highly recommend George Brazil and the team to do any other future work at the condo. That you.

[redacted] was very professional and very honest. Called George Brazil for a second opinion. Another company told me I needed a repair that was going to cost me $1700. [redacted] showed up, did his inspection and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the part that the other company told me needed replacing. The batteries in the thermostat just needed replacement. It's nice to know that there are companies that are honest and are completely about helping the customer. They just earned my business for future repairs.

[redacted] was so professional and friendly , as well as knowledgeable and through. He did a great job and even told me about some wasps trying to make a nest on the patio.
We couldn't be happier with our service from George Brazil A/C & Heating. After 8 years of problems with a unit they had installed with mismatched parts, I thought we were in for a fight to get the correct parts installed but they replaced the entire unit, inside and out with a new York 15.5-seer unit. Everyone was amazing and I was super impressed with their professionalism and willingness to exceed our expectations.
Very professional company . Always do what they say they are going to do, very refreshing in this day and age. Came out on Sunday and were at house within about 1 hour of my call. [redacted] , the technician ,answered any questions I had and told me what he was doing. Part did need to be ordered but was able to get a/c cooling for now and said if stopped before part came in to call back and would come back out.

Review: on May 13, 2015 I was scheduled for a service of my 2 a/c units. The tech came at the end of the scheduled service time. In the begining the service tech was very professional, he used shoe covers and came into the house, I showed hi the a/c unit and he immediatly started discussing me purchasing a new unit and that they could run anywhere from $9000 to 16,000. After informing me that I would need a new a/c unit(remember that he hasn't even looked at them) he looked at the second unit and said that he could not remove the panel because of the position of the electrical box so if I wanted to pay $293 he would move it and then service it. he then looked at my older unit and said it did not have any frion so he would sell me a new unit for around 8700, He then charged me for both services even though he hasn't done anything and asked when I wanted to install the new unit.I told him I would think about it and then let him know on Saturday. Ten minutes after he left I get a call from dispatch wanting to schedule my appointment for Saturday, which really upset me.Desired Settlement: open

Review: I purchased an ac system from George Brazil with a one year labor and ten year parts warranty. The labor warranty expired in 2012. I have been trying purchase a labor warranty for the system to preclude any future costs. Since August 2013, I have contacted several persons at George Brazil and have gotten everything expect a labor contract. I finally contacted a Sr. Mngr., [redacted] He told me there is an official/unofficial type of program, and how they worked with wiggle room in contracts. I again explained to him the purpose of my call. I also told him at the time I filed a complaint with Revdex.com. His reply - I answer all the complaints, go ahead. I asked if there were someone else higher within the company I could speak to. He told me it would do no good. After the run around I have gotten while trying to get this unit locked in with a labor contract, for a system they sold me, I will not recommend the use or purchase of George Brazil services in the future. I am a vet - 180% Disability rating. I will let the other vets know to steer clear.Desired Settlement: I want to purchase a labor contract for the unit George Brazil sold me. I don't want a contract for the remaining years of the parts warranty. I do not want to contact the company for service and get the additional labor charges.

In the last month, Mr. H[redacted] has spoke to [redacted] and I regarding an extended labor warranty on the unit he purchased thru George Brazil on 5/27/2011. At the time of sale, Mr. H[redacted] was given options that come with each unit. The unit he choose was the 13 seer split system that comes with a 5 year compressor, 1 year parts and 1 year labor. George Brazil upgraded the warranty on compressor and parts for 10 years at no additional cost but the labor would end on 5/27/12. I explained to Mr. H[redacted] that George Brazil is working on an Extended Warranty Program and I did not have all the logistics needed to answer his questions. Mr. H[redacted] is asking for a 2 year labor warranty which we do not offer and never have plus this is not available through any of the manufactures programs. On 9/16/13, The Consumer Protection Plan Proposals and SOP were released. (see attached file for revision date). We will begin training our Technicians on 9/20/13 on how to properly fill out the paperwork. (training should take a week or so). I apologize for the delay in my response as I was waiting patiently for our new product to arrive. We are now offering 2 options: First plan is 10 year parts and labor extended warranty (1679.00 plus tax). Second plan is an extended labor warranty only (1249.00 plus tax). Please review and consider my rebuttal for this complaint to not count against George Brazil because we can’t sell a service to a customer if we don’t offer it. Thank you for your time and patience.
