In the past, my air conditioning repairs had been done through a home warranty provider. My experience with Derek from George Brazil Air Conditioning was monumentally better. Derek was on time, professional, took precautions to take care of my home and was expereinced to fix a complex problem. Sure .... it wasn't as cheap as going through a home warranty but you get what you pay for. The price may have been higher but the value was still better.

Great customer Service. Tony took the extra time to explain the check up procedure and then talked to me about the results and suggestions for the future.

He was articulate, knowledgable and customer focussed.

The installation of the AC and furnace was done efficiently and I was kept well advised of the process. It was evident that the two installers knew well what they were doing.

Replacing 1 AC unit stinks - imagine placing 2. At the same time. Not only a major hit to the pocketbook, but the killer of your weekend. This certainly met those two elements, however, the 3 techs that responded to do the work ([redacted], [redacted] & [redacted]) made the situation less of an inconvenience & much more tolerable. How? They worked silently, efficiently, and quickly. Instead of spending my Saturday watching them, redirecting them, and answering questions, I was able to work around the house on completely unrelated tasks and spend some quality time with the kids. None of these men made me uncomfortable or uneasy - which is the first thing I gauge when letting a stranger in my home. These three men were entirely professional and made me feel comfortable while they worked this large project in my home. It lasted a good chunk of the day, but they were able to complete it in one day (that made me happy). They didn't leave without ensuring that I completely understood how to manage my new units, and went through every element of my new units with me. On a completely side and unrelated note (but consistent with the entirely professional work ethic demonstrated) I had someone come pick up a barbecue from my residence. This was huge, and all three of these techs were on their way out when this happened. They stopped to assist with getting the unit lifted and placed onto the truck - without hesitation. These guys were all totally classy, and made this entirely disgusting situation completely palatable ;-)

This morning [redacted] and [redacted] arrived after calling saying they would be at our home in 20 mins. They were on time. 5*
Taped plastic around all clothing in closet 5*
Installed new coil 5*
Cleaned up 5*
But most importantly explained everything, reprogrammed our temp controller AND had
smiley and knowledgeable dispositions which goes a long way in our minds 10*

[redacted]. and [redacted] from George Brazil provided a first class air conditioning system for me on 6/17/2015. They arrived early and didn't stop working until they were furnished. This was really appreciated because the outside temperature was 114 degrees.

[redacted]., an electrician from George Brazil, was an excellent person to handle my electrical issues that I had in my house. He was very efficient and professional on how he did the work. He explained everything that he did and there were no surprises at the end.

[redacted] from george brazil came over aug 28th 2013 to check my air. the guy and co. both are so 5 star I would,nt bother to even consider another co. [redacted] was the best in every way a service employ should be.

[redacted]and his associate were on time and careful to protect the house as they did the job. Installation of the new ductwork was accomplished and cleanup was perfectly done.

From the beginning of Mr. Oner M.'s service call, he was very friendly and explained in detail the procedure of his call. Mr. Oner M. then completed the service call and again explained what he did and what he found as to the readings taken and what they meant as far as my A/C unit was concerned. He then allowed me to ask questions and then I was able to set up the next service calls for next year. I feel that George Brazil has a great employee in Mr. Oner M. and through out the purchase and service of my new A/C unit, I am thoroughly pleased with George Brazil's Company.

My A/C unit was not blowing very cold air and was only able to maintain and internal temperature of 80 degrees. I called GBAC and they were able to send out a service pro the next day. The service pro Oner, was very respectful, forthright and knowledgeable. He made the repairs I authorized and made some suggestions for future maintenance that were very helpful. At this point, I will be using this company for my HVAC needs in the future.

[redacted] was awesome, came on service call for 3issues that we're not serious but important to my everyday life. He went through each one and described each issue and did what he could for me. He was so.....honest. I absolutely will call [redacted] again.

[redacted] & [redacted] arrived at my home on time to perform a duct cleaning and seal on our heating and air conditioning system. They were on time, neatly attired, and promptly introduced themselves, then clarified their task for the day to be sure everything was clear to us and to them. They were organized, congenial and accomplished the job efficiently and without leaving messes. We liked both of them and will recommend Brazil to other residents. Altogether our initial visit from both guys above and [redacted] who provided some repair work and set up the duct cleaning & sealing was positive and of little inconvenience. Very pleased with everything.

Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Brandon did a very good maintenance check job. He took the time to explain what he did & provide info which I should look for in the system. I would highly recommend both Brandon & the company.

Met with Monte L[redacted], Comfort advisor for George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating yesterday at 5:00 pm. My a/c had failed and I needed a new system asap. Talked to other companies, but after speaking with Monte I knew he was the right person to help me. He fit me into his busy schedule with short notice. He is very knowledgable and professional. All of my questions and concerns were answered.
Monte sat in my hot house and wrote out the order for a new contract. He was able to arrange for installation of my new system the next morning. I was relieved, and very happy as he left and felt I had definitely made the right decision when I picked George Brazil.
My new a/c and heat pump was installed this morning. Jason H, and calvin W came to the house around 9:00 am. They did a wonderful job on the installation. When they finished they took the time to show me how to use the unit and were there to answer any questions I might have. I was very pleased with their work.

The staff were polite, efficient and timely in cleaning out ducts and installing new equipment. We highly recommend them.

Derek was on time, very nice and did a great job.
