We had techs do a new install 12-3-2015--Jorge V and Rafael -- needless to say--they did an EXCELLENT JOB. We have used George Brazil for the past number of years and have been very satisfied. This last situation--Harlan Finzer was very informative and we decided to do the new install--our old unit was way overdue--12--13 years old.

Anyhow--Jorge V and Rafael were more than efficient and very courteus----GOOD JOB GUYS.

On the sales side they were fantastic on price and did just what they said they were going to do. Never once was I pressured or up sold, which I really appreciate.

The Service Pro's Jorge V and Angel were fast, knowledgeable, and efficient in there work. They were done in about 7 hours for a complete install of a new, AC, furnace & air handler. Lastly they offered me the best service plan of all the quotes I got, so I know this equipment will be taken care of!

Received service, Duct Cleaning, from David R. and Calvin W. this afternoon. These persons were very professional in their offering of the service. I am not used to be referred to as "sir" as I was today. Their demeanor was professional, and they went to their assignment in a professional and competent manner.

Gerri Brazil should be proud to employ these persons.

From beginning to end, my experience with George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating, was flawless. Employee, "Jason H." was absolutely fantastic. First, they gave me an approximate time they would arrive, then called me about an hour beforehand to confirm the actual time they would arrive - and they were on time! (we live way outside of the city & no one ever gets here on time), but Jason & his team did. Jason was very professional and polite, and explained to me exactly what was going to occur, and then he wasted zero time and got right to work. Jason and his team completed a new-unit-installation, new duct work, larger air return, and new thermostat, all in under 5hrs. The best part about this company is that they are AVAILABLE. We live in the miserable desert heat of Arizona, and our air conditioner went out. I was panicked, but they were able to come out the same day, temporarily fix our unit, then actually scheduled our new unit install for the very next morning. You have no idea how wonderful that was. Most places we called said it would be 3-5 days before they could come out or install. Fast, polite, professional, quality product & work, and they even wear uniforms! I will never even consider using another company after this. Excellent!

Jesus was AWESOME! We had a new AC unit installed and he was very professional. On time, made sure that everything was working properly before leaving and answered all our questions!! Can't say enough about him and his team!! Highly recommend them.

From the initial call for service to the comfort tech [redacted] to the install technicians the result was comfort and pleasure. A little slow on getting the rebate forms for APS back to file, but none the less an overall great experience.

Charley L. from George Brazil showed up on the appointed day after first calling before arriving. He was friendly but professional and checked our heat pump ( this was a 6 month checkup my wife and I signed up for). He gave us tips for taking care of our heat pump and information to better trap fine dust in our intake filter element. Very happy with the service and told us options without the hard sell. Very pleased.
