Manny D. was the HVAC service tech, who was a straight shooter and assisted me with purchasing the Heat Pump system I wanted with no sales pressure, answering my questions. Johnny C. and Andrew P. were the installers of my new York Affinity Series Heat Pump. They were very diligent and attentive in completing the installation. Answering all my questions and addressing my concerns willingly. Their work was clean from the beginning to end. Fantastic job overall, I just can't help feeling how pleased I am for choosing George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating.

We had a great experience with the installation of our new A/C and heating unit. Due to the age of our house and unit, the furnace also needed to be removed, the house completely re-ducted along with obtaining the new unit. We called for service at 7:00am and had all of the work completed and cool air blowing again by the end of the day! Anthony, Andrew, and Johnny were nice, polite, and did a great job with the installation. So far, we're very happy!

Everything that was promised was done and more. They don't nickel and dime you. I had a leaking duct which I was unaware of and was not part of the original estimate they told me about it and fixed it free of charge. Wasn't going to call them for an estimate because I thought with all the advertising they do they would be very expensive but the opposite is true. Our recent emergency involved a failure with our air conditioner. It occurred after business hours. Charley L. responded to help us. He had already worked a full day and volunteered to take our call. Charley is a member of the "me second" group of men and women who sacrifice their time at home with their families to help someone in need. They understand and are devoured to duty. They truly are like U.S. Marines.

Charley's willingness to accept a task that deprived him of dinner with his family and the chance to tuck his kids into bed cannot be repaid with sufficient thanks. I sent an online request to get an appointment for an estimate. They called me to schedule within a minute of submitting the request and came out 2 days later. Not only did I get the estimate I requested, they also installed the outdoor electrical outlet I wanted that day and for a reasonable price. [redacted]. was great to work with.

Rafael and Ignacio were great. Working in 107 degree outside temperature and unknown temperature in attic for hours on end to finish the job and doing so in great fashion. clean up was great and they even made small talk in passing to get tools or to work outside. great pair of workers.

Josh W. came to my residence in a timely fashion on 10/22/05. He promptly went to work and diagnosed a problem quickly. He explained the problem and further explained what had to be done. He made arrangements to have his office schedule schedule the follow-up work for the next day. He was courteous and conducted himself like a professional the entire time we worked at our residence. He should be commended.

His knowlege of air conditioning/heating and attention to detail is incredible.

Multiple trips into the attic to inspect the existing duct work (in the attic, up on the roof, in the attic back up on the roof). Right off the bat, he discovered an 18 inch square vent which was never closed by ACE HOME SERVICES. this was an abandoned evap feed which now fed the attic/outside world.

Charley's discovery will now save us thousands (no exageration) of dollars over the course of a few years. Expected savings will pay for the gaspac installation, duct test, seal and repair, and insulation.

Estimate for total recoup of investment dollars is only 4.5 years. Amazing! Thank

As if this was not enough, Charley proved a good and considerate listener making sure he explained the scope of work and ensured my wife and I had a clear understanding not only the scope of work but the details and why.
