York's 4 Ton ,Two stage energy efficiency was explained in a excellent manner, along with the equipment warranties, maintenance policies and contract terms and conditions.

I think Charley did his job in a outstanding manner for a young man. He was courteous, knowledgeable and made you feel good .

Phil S. came and repaired our Air Conditioning after a leak sprung late at night. He was knowledgeable and understandable, while also providing us with options. This was a fantastic job well done!

I had a gentleman from George Brazil out on 1/21/2016, to look at my furnace, which was having issues, then died. This person did some electrical testing, and after a few minutes said that the mother board was bad and cutting off the signal to the gas valve. To repair this problem, the mother board needed to be replaced, and this would run me close to $1300. I wanted a second opinion/estimate, so had someone else come out and look at it. This person is an older gentleman who has done heating and cooling for years. We work together at Fry's Food, where he is there only 2 or 3 days a week for the medical insurance. The rest of the time he runs his heating and cooling business. He came over and looked at it and was full of information on the parts and what they each did. He said in his experience, he thought it was the flame switch, which needed some sand papering to get a good spark. He toook this flame switch out, sand papered it, and re-installed it. it has been 3 days now, and I have not had any issues with my furnace. If it WAS the mother board, as the George Brazil tech diagnosed, it would not be working now. I do not appreciate the impression I was given, that I was going to be ripped off to the tune of $1300. Joe, the second tech, said if it keeps working, give him $20 next time I see him.

We recently had to purchase a new a/c heater unit and purchased it last Saturday. After being reluctant to spend the amount of money they were telling me we needed to pay... I did. I don't know the first thing about a/c units and had to believe they were giving me the best deal. After speaking to a few co-workers they made it perfectly clear that we were getting a crapy deal. I had to call the office back and ask them for the model number and tell them I needed to do some price checking... it just seemed so high. After calling the office... we got the same exact unit we originally ordered with all the add ons for $3,000 less then we had originally agreed on. I am VERY disappointed with the sales rep and the office for having to go through these hoops. It is unacceptable! The ONLY thing that saved my opinion of this company were the two gentlemen who installed my unit. [redacted]. and [redacted]. were AMAZING with the install. They were super friendly and they walked me through everything they did. It was a PLEASURE to have them in my home. **If you are purchasing a unit... make sure you price match competitors OR just call the office and tell them that is what you are doing. It will safe you a BUNCH of $$!!!

The inspection took about 15 minutes, and the report indicated there were no need for repairs. Further, I most appreciated that he did not try to sell me a contract for future work. I will return as needed for future inspections or problem indicators in my system.

Would recommend him as a tech I'd have come to my home as I will do with my family and friends. They gave precautions of slippery areas during installation, and did not leave a trace of dirt when they were done.
