[redacted] was a pleasure to have in my home. He was early, extremely polite and professional. I really appreciated the way he laid down drop cloths covering any area he would working over. He worked all day and did not take a break until he was done. I have never seen anyone work so diligently. When the job was done, he thoroughly explained everything he did, the proper operation of our new thermostat and pointed out all the details of our new extended warranty. We moved last December and had two new units installed along with a allergy filter. [redacted] from George Brazil serviced our last house and we enjoyed working with him. So [redacted] followed us to our new home. In fact, I have recommended him to friends and family! Last month, November 2014 [redacted] recommended that we have our units sealed. Since [redacted] had a rebate we scheduled the procedure. Our techs were [redacted]. and [redacted]. They did an outstanding job! It was an all day job and they were hard working, very considerate and left our home clean. I would highly recommend [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted]!

We cannot say enough positive statements about the A/C installation by [redacted] and [redacted] in one of our rental units yesterday. They were both busy from start to finish and did a thorough and satisfactory job of installing the unit. Both young men were completely professional, using footies over their shoes when it was necessary to access the actual unit. They also gave us thorough training on how to use the new unit. We are very grateful to the folks at George Brazil for winning low bid because we doubt we could be any more pleased.

Called George Brazil for a 2nd opinion and the tech they sent out ([redacted]) was fantastic. She provided an honest assessment of any potential issues with my unit. The bottom line, I was quoted almost $1000.00 by another supposedly reputably company and this ended up costing me $200. A huge thanks!

On August 8, 2015, Peter D. and Pedro D. from George Brazil AC&Heating arrived at my home to install a new AC/Heating unit. They did a magnificent job and left my home in great condition and the new unit up and running perfectly. They both worked very hard all day in the Arizona heat and we didn't hear any complaints at all out of them!!...both of the gentlemen were very professional and respectful. I would not hesitate at all to recommend George Brazil as a company and would highly recommend these technicians to do the work. Good Job!!...and Thank You!!

From the time that my air conditioning went out, I notified George Brazil Company and every step went very smoothly, professionally and stress free. I had a full unit replacement and all team members involved were courteous, professional, helpful and very efficient. In no way did I feel as though I was being taken advantage of, in fact I felt as though my close relatives were guiding me through the process. In the end, I felt as though I made all the right decisions and was very pleased with the outcome.

Peter D and Pedro D are both employees of George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating. The two attended my condominium to install a new air conditioning unit. I found both to be professional, personable and eager to inform me of any issues or to answer any questions that I may have. The work area was covered in tarps and was left as clean as when they arrived. I would highly recommend both for any issues with your HVAC system.

Brandon W. was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He took time to explain the procedure he was performing and why. He also explained the maintenance agreement to us.

Mick C and Angel L came to our home to install a new 4 Ton heat pump including an additional return. They were very professional and did a fantastic job in one day.

They made sure that the unit would cool and heat before leaving.

I told both of them when they left that I would give them an A+ for the job they did.

They clean up the area completely and neatly when finished.
