Our whole experience with George Brazil has bee outstanding. From Dan H. presenting our options for a new air conditioner to the installation by Calvin W. and Jose G. it has been friendly and professional. They met all their commitments and kept us informed during every step. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new system.
CJ B. was very cordial and took care of our needs quickly.

[redacted] of George Brazil AC & Heating was one of the most knowledgeable
Sales Representatives I have ever met. He spent quite a bit of time answering my questions about AC & Heating. He completely checked out my old system and gave me a great reference for a new one. I was amazed how he handled the financing and scheduling with no problems. He did an excellent job representing George Brazil AC & Heating. He gave me several choices and I felt no pressure.

[redacted] and [redacted] were very curitis and went about the process of removing the old system and installing the new heating and air-conditioning unit. there didn't seem to be a lot of wasted time and effort. [redacted] answered our questions as we thought of them, we were very pleased by their work and clean -up
[redacted]., and [redacted]. installed new air handler and air conditioning units today and they were remarkable. My existing units are in akward and tight spaces and these guys removed them and installed the new units without incident. They were very professional and pleasant and explained the thermostat and warranty information. I am very satisfied and impressed by these "Service Pros".
All work was done accurately and professionally. Company personnel were courteous and polite. All work warranted for one year.

A+ Service!! Roy was very professional and courteous and answered all my Q's and more regarding me 18 mo old 2 Stage [redacted] AC Split Unit.
Just had my home HVAC serviced by Roy H. of George Brazil. As always I am more than happy with the work and professionalism that Roy possesses. I have been requesting that Roy be our full time service pro and appreciate all the time he takes to explain things and the thorough job that he does each and every time.
I've used George Brazil since I bought my first house in 2012. I respected the timely responses and the quotes that I received from the work I've had done. The customer service side of things from both in office and technicians has always been a little troubling and my last experience with them has officially my liking for them over the edge.
I recently had to replace an old A/C unit and my first thought was go to George Brazil since I've built a good connection with and at least trust. The deal sounded decent and the promises were there initially. Once the work began however things went downhill. The installers left the palette and straps along with some other trash from the new A/C unit in my front yard, then my unit started to make a little rattling noise and our original technician, [redacted], told us to call him if anything seems concerning which we did but to this day haven't heard back from him after leaving a VM for him. Then came the financial issues came which ultimately is the reason for this review. We were promised a nice compensation offer since our A/C went out over the weekend to stay in a hotel for two night and we would be comped up to $100 a night. We took them up on the offer and submitted our bill as requested and received confirmation that they received our paperwork. The offer stated that we would be reimbursed within the week after our paperwork was signed and processed. One week passed so I called in to check on the status of our refund and it turns out that nothing had been done since our paperwork was pending a signature. [redacted] apparently didn't get the proper places signed and so nothing was going to be processed. The issue I had with this was [redacted] called me back after we first finished signing our papers and noticed he missed something but he informed me that an e-mail acknowledging the exact area with my consist would suffice and everything would be fine. The second issue I had with this was that clearly no one was communicating since it took my call a week after the fact to catch this issue and have it brought to anyone's attention. What followed was George Brazil's financial team asking me to make arrangements to accommodate [redacted] and his schedule in order to get an initial to process the documents. There was absolutely NO WAY that a fax could be sent to sign off or have [redacted] or another representative meet up at work to get these papers signed. That may seem ridiculous on our part but I don't think it is fair to us to have to take time off from work to sit and wait for a window of time to have just the papers signed considering this was a mistake made by them. We settled on scheduling the latest window they had which was 6-8. We had a dinner planned that night by the way and decided to keep the dinner plans and play it by ear since [redacted] was over 2 hours late to our initial appointment when the A/C actually went out (which is an entirely different rant). It's a good thing we left the dinner plans because it wasn't until 8:15 that we got a call from [redacted] stating that he was going to be super late again due to a last minute call and he wouldn't be at the house until 10 p.m. We are now on week 2 of this process and still no refund and no updates on whether or not our paperwork has been processed. Needless to say we are stuck with George Brazil since our new A/C has a warrant associated but this has less to do with the work they do and more to do with the extremely poor customer service that they have.
Brandon W performed my annual air conditioning service today. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He knew the business, and gave me good tips on keeping my units in good running order. I give Brandon W a 10 out of 10. George Brazil needs more Brandons.
