Peter D. called to inform me he was on his way, and then rrrived promptly. Professional service. Easy to understand. Took time to make sure I clearly understood new thermostat. Cleaned up after himself. Very nice to work with. Went over all paperwork, rebates, warranties without it being time-consuming.

Want Peter D. back next week to install other unit.

[redacted] was our comfort advisor. He was originally called to look at a ductless cooler for our bedroom. I had installed a Train AC 5 years ago by another company. [redacted] went into the attic several times to evaluate the situation on a very hot Arizona day. He advised us to what we really needed and wrote up the contract. When [redacted] Q. and Ivan came to our house they were neat and clean and headed directly into the attic. [redacted] came down from the attic and sweating bullets he stood in the bedroom and said this is good but I can do better! He ran a completely new line to the back of the house to the bedroom and it has been fantastic ever since. All of these guys worked hard and really put out great work. I have a new company now to handle my plumbing and cooling issues....George Brazil. These guys all deserve a major pat on the back as they all went above and beyond to solve our cooling needs in the master bedroom. Thanks Guys you did your company proud!

We were really impressed with the service technicians ([redacted] & [redacted]) who installed our new heating & air conditioning system. They were very effiecient, friendly and explained all the new controls.

[redacted]. Is very friendly and knowledgeable. He always offers us tips to save energy, is polite and very considerate of our home. Since we have met [redacted]., we always ask for him when it is time for our semi annual A/C checkup.

Had technician come out a about six months ago to a rental property, condenser was bad $220 dollar bill to replace, about six weeks later air stopped working, technician came out $150 to top up freon, may have a leak in system,for just $200 they would put something in the system to find leak. System broke down again Justin the tech said your expansion valve is bad for $1200 we can fix it. I was really upset this York unit has been a lemon.I will never buy another York. Phoned office on Saturday to ask for a quote on replacement unit ,no reply. Must not need any more business at George Brazil I have been a customer since 2008.Very disapointed need to rethink their customer service or lack of.

I am very satisfied with the service provided today by Mike F[redacted]. He called me prior to arriving, got here as promised, and completed the work in a very professional manner. He provided important information to me concerning the operation of my heat pump. I have always had very good service provided by George Brazil employees, and Mike was no exception. I assume that repairmen are randomly assigned, but I would not mind if Mike was sent out regularly to my home in the future.

Very pleased with the company, George Brazil. They called the day before as a reminder, and showed up on time ! Joe Rittorno made the repair, explained everything to me and reviewed the invoice as well. He was courteous ! I wanted him to take $5.00 as a tip and go have a cup of coffee on me, I said. George Brazil has been amazing! They were able to install a new AC unit for us with in 3 days of getting a quote for us, and when we noticed an issue with the new unit they sent someone out right away to correct it at no cost to us. Even when they had to order parts to do so they had them in the next day.

After having bad experiences with a few other Air Conditioning businesses I found George Brazil AC 7 Heating. I have been using their services several years now and I have been well pleased with their service. They are fast and professional and their work is of high quality.

Installation was done as scheduled. Guys where very good explaining the system how they will be installing the units. Very happy with every aspect of the replacement of my HVAC units. I'd highly recommend George Brazil for heating cooling needs.

Nate was incredibly well informed and was able to present a technical explanation of my system to me in a way I could understand. He was on time, wore booties, and didn't leave a trace. I'd work with Nate specifically again.

Marco G[redacted] and Mike F[redacted] replaced our compressor and dryer in a 5t Trane AC unit this morning. They were very thorough, pleasant and professional. They checked the unit after the replacement most carefully, and did temp checks on the unit, on the lines and inside the house. We are very pleased with them.

Both Austin O and Jose G were very professional and good at what they did with heating- cooling ducts. They cleaned up after the work was finished. I am happy we chose George Brazil company to do our work.
