George Brazil replaced our 25 year old Trane with a new, split-system Trane Heat Pump and Air Handler,which is EnergyStar rated. The price was similar to what other reputable companies quoted and I selected George Brazil because I have done other business with them over the years. The installers, [redacted] and [redacted], were knowledgeable professionals. They arrived on time and showed me exactly what was being installed. [redacted] & [redacted] went the extra mile to insure proper air flow, by sealing and/or replacing the ducting. Plus, they hung the air handler from the attic rafters (old one was laying on a wooded platform). All warranty/rebate paperwork was completed by George Brazil and a recycle company picked up the old/rusty stuff the same day. Cool & energy saving deal!
Monte L[redacted] was very helpful in finding a workable solution to what we needed and what we could afford. He explained everything and was very professional and respectful. Monte was great with getting us on the list for next day air!
Jorge V and Camilo were FANTASTIC with the installation. Again. VERY professional, respectful, informative and neat. A great experience for us with George Brazil Air conditioning and Heating.

I purchased a new Trane Air Conditioning & Heating unit and it was installed by service professionals [redacted] and [redacted]. They did an excellent job of removing the old system, salvaging what was still usable, and installing the new system. After the job was completed, they cleaned up the site so that it was better than it was before they started. I highly recommend George Brazil and particularly the service men who performed my installation.
[redacted]. was highly professional. She explained everything that she did. She asked a number of pertinent questions to make sure that my unit would be operating most efficiently. I was very please with her expertise and professionalism.

We had George Brazil install our new heating and cooling units. Rhino F., Delroy S. and Elijah M. did the work and we were extremely pleased with all that they did. They worked non stop for over 13 hours and didn't quite finish. We think that is a very long time to expect them to work in case the quality of work might possible go down after those long hours and then start again the next day. We thought all three men worked very hard and they were very respectful and pleasant to be around. We have only positive things to say about them.
[redacted] proved excellent service and a lot of great advice. He did a very thorough inspection of the home electrical system and gave me some good ideas that can fix some problems.
All of the personnel I came into contact with at George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating were professional,friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns.All work was professionally completed on time as scheduled.

I was extremely impressed with the Service, Workmanship and professionalism of [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted]. Not only did they install new a/c units, they took the time to explain to me what they did, and the why's. All of this on top of an extremely good pricing.

Phil S. did a great job when he came to do a maintenance check on our new heat pump. He is very knowledgeable and explained a lot of things about how our heat pump functions, what to expect and what is normal for the system. He also pointed out adding a surge protector to the unit to better protect it. We were extremely pleased with his work, his attitude and his attention to customer service. We will be asking for Phil to come back whenever we need service or a maintenance check done to our heat pump system.
Brandon W. with George Brazil Air Conditioning did a great job getting our AC running again. He was very professional and competent and kept us informed throughout the service. I would definitely recommend Brandon for any AC needs.

Over the last few years I have called this company for a summer air conditioning service check-up. Due to the friendly and efficient air conditioning and heating service provided by Jacob W[redacted] a technician with George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating company, last year I decided to entered into in their annual service program offered by the company. I would recommend the George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone seeking service and/or repair of their AC or Heating units.
Quick to respond to our request for help, and able to find the issue and fix quickly as well!
Review: Purchased a new York a/c unit including the furnace from George Brazil on 8-8-2014. Cost of $10850.00. This unit has not functioned correctly since install. It makes a very loud clunking noise when it goes on and off. Called George Brazil to check it twice, they installed foam around the top but it has not solved the problems. Both times the George Brazil technician told us the noise is normal and nothing is wrong with the unit. The unit is so noisy my neighbor has complained. This unit is not energy efficient as stated by the George Brazil rep who sold it to us. We believe that George Brazil lied to us regarding this unit, took our money for a defective unit and simply are unable or unwilling to make this right.Desired Settlement: We believe george brazil lied to us and sold us a defective unit. Both service calls we requested from george brazil resulted in the service tech installing foam around the top of the unit and telling us the noise is normal for this unit. So basically we the customer have been cheated and lied to. We have absolutely no faith in George Brazil taking care of this problem.

[redacted] said she is happy with the new unit and wants to give it some time to make sure the unit will stay quiet and perform efficiently.
