Brandon W was here today to check my Air Conditioning. He was very polite and very knowledgeable about my unit. He gave me good advice and I believe he was honest in his evaluation. I will call on him the next time I need service.

My review is for Repairman Brandon W[redacted] . If I still owned my own business he would have received a job offer from me. His presentation was allmost flawless.He made you feel like his recomandations were without question ,true and accurate.and that George Brazil was the only company to deal with.

They worked fast, friendly, and were efficient.

[redacted] was the model service tech. Answered all of my questions, was polite and worked quickly. Would recommend him to anyone.

I purchased my home in 2009. I though it would be a good idea to have the AC serviced to make sure everything was working fine. The rep came out on 6-4-13. On July 4th my tenant called to say the AC was not working. I called too report the issues and was told the problem was either a leak or restriction. I asked either way how come the rep did not detect when he was there 30 days ago. No plausible explanation given -- I have no confidence/trust in the experience; and thus told them I would seek service elsewhere. I would not refer --

Ruben and his partner came right on time and was very helpful in explaining what was going to happen. They did their job quickly and professionally. As always this company is awesome!

Oscar W and his partner Chuck W just completed installing a new ac unit. They were here on time and worked quite efficiently all day. The unit is working great and they were very patient answering all of my questions about it's operation. They cleaned up the job site when they were done. It was a pleasure working with real professionals, haven't run across many of them lately. Your lucky to have them as employees.

[redacted]. performed our 6 month Heat pump system check. Great job, always a pleasure working with George Brazil and [redacted]. in particular.

[redacted] and [redacted] did an excellent job installing my new Air Conditioner. They called and told me when they would be there and was promptly on time. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. They cleaned up afterwards and disposed of all packaging. They were very professional. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Josh w fixed our so it was cooling down. Very nice guy, polite, and respectful. Caleb was also very very nice.

Dillion Bittner, Carlos C, and Josais A. provided outstanding consultation, selection and installation of two new AC/Gas Heater Units. I was exceptionally pleased with their service and it was a trouble free installation.

George Brazil Air Conditioning and Heating provided first class service above any other provider that I have used. The work ethics of [redacted], Comfort Advisor, and [redacted]., [redacted]., and [redacted], Service Pros, were of the highest professional standards: expert knowledge of the specific service they rendered, attentive to every detail explaining what was being provided, working long hours until all installation was completed and cleaned up the work areas before leaving. Each of the above mentioned individuals were very personable and pleasant to have in my home. As a follow-up, they called to make sure I was satisfied with all the services they contracted with me for. I trust that the company and each of these individuals receives this review.

Had a great experience with Michael A[redacted] He was very professional and fixed our problem quickly. All of our experiences with George Brazil have been positive and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
