Brandon with George Brazil explained the problems he found and helped me listen for a freon leak. Very nice to be able to see how the equipment evaluation was done and the results. His explanation about preventative maintenance was very helpful and I am sure will help us save money long term. His work was done quickly and without any mess to the foam roof where he worked.

Getting a new heat pump into the small closet of our old house was a huge, difficult job, but the guys remained positive, professional, pleasant, focused and did not give up till they succeeded. They were doing just as good a job when they were finishing and must have been tired as when they finished. Great experience all around!

Excellent work done by [redacted], and [redacted]. They were also thorough in testing out the new A/C and gas heater systems.

[redacted]., [redacted]. and [redacted]. made a very good team for our commercial air conditioning replacement. They were courteous of our business operations during their installation. They were fast, friendly and efficient and did not leave any trace of their work behind. They also instructed us on how to use our new thermostat.

On 4-18-16 we had a complete air conditioning/heating system installed. Our installers, Chandler H., Greg T. and Fransico arrived on time ready to work, and explained how they would proceed and approximately how long the job would take. They told us to feel free to ask any questions as things moved along. They worked many hours and Chandler stopped only to tell us from time to time as to their progress. We were so impressed with the great job they did, the neatness of the installation and the explanation of our system. Chandler also took the time to explain the operation of our new thermostat. We were also assured that if any problem arose (though very unlikely) we should call the company and they would have someone back the next morning at the latest. These men took so much pride in their work and working for George Brazil. Our air conditioner is now working beautifully and we are so happy we chose George Brazil and his great team of installers.

The service was on time, correct and performed with courtesy. The cleanup after was perfect. He did a great job.

We called George Brazil to install a light and a light switch in a closet. George Brazil sent Gabriel to perform the electrical work. Gabriel’s professionalism on including the homeowner continuous participation and explaining our different options between, a light on the ceiling or to have a Wall Sconce was very informative. So we decide on the Wall Sconce. First of all, Gabriel ask for our input as to where we would like the placement of the Wall Sconce and light switch, once everything was measured he showed us the location of where the final placement of the Wall Sconce and light switch would be mounted. His experience and patience’s to explain to us any questions or concerns we may have had were answered to our satisfaction. To my surprise Gabriel installation was methodical as though he was placing it in his own home. The quality and craftsmanship performed was outstanding, because the Wall Sconce and light switch looks as it has always been there. Secondly, we found Gabriel’s thorough inspection of our present electrical wiring in our house very positive. Gabriel pointed out that the outlet next to the laundry sink should be a GFI outlet, which is something that the homebuilder and the city inspector missed. Third, Gabriel was informative about our fire detectors being older than ten years old, and should probably be replaced. I was skeptical so I looked on the Environmental Protection Agency website http://www.epa.gov/rpdweb00/sources/smoke_alarm.html and Gabriel was being truthful. Finally, Gabriel also checked our electrical panels which is 17 years old and informed us that in the future we should consider breaker switch replacements. This was our first time to use George Brazil for any work. The professionalism and quality of work that Gabriel performed tells us that George Brazil prides themselves with quality service and in turn repeated customers. In the near future we will be calling George Brazil and asking for Gabriel to complete all of our electrical needs.

We found ourselves in need of a new air conditioner. The service technician (Kelley) made the arrangements, and Ferris and Elijah arrived on time the following day. Both were professional, respectful, and worked very hard on a Saturday to complete the installation. (They did not leave until almost 7pm.) Pretty impressed with all three people, and the new system will be a big improvement in the old A/C.

Just had [redacted] to our home for our 6 month warranty check up. So very impressed with [redacted] as he caught that there was a breaker that was a 40 amp instead of 50 amp and replaced it. He handled himself professionally, and was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Love this company!!
