The people where friendly and amazing. They where helpful in showing me how the system they put in works. They are the best for an a/c job

[redacted] was very professional & courteous. He explained what was to be done and quoted prices. The work was done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

[redacted] from George Brazil performed annual air conditioner maintenance and replaced a part. He was very careful not to bring dirt into our house. He was also very clean (on such a hot day), friendly and professional. A great representative for George Brazil. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions very completely. He also gave us information for services they offer which we were not aware of and consequently scheduled a service we wanted but did not know who offered that service. He was such a clean and efficient serviceman and left our home as clean as when he arrived. We will ask for him again!

[redacted] and partner [redacted] replaced my AC. They seemed very competent in replacing my unit. They were friendly and courteous in answering my questions. They were conscientious in leaving my house and garage the way they found it.

I had a very good experience with this company and installers ([redacted].). They were
Ethical and professional. They answered all my questions in layman's language and instilled
Confidence in the company (George Brazil).

[redacted]. checked and tuned our ac. She explained everything that she was ding and made sure we understood everything concerning our ac. She made some suggestions and gave reasons to why it would be beneficial. She was prompt, courteous and professional. She is an outstanding employee for a very good company. I would and will request her for any service that might be needed from George Brazil

In 2010 I purchased an HVAC unit from George Brazil. It came with a 5 year service contract. There were some problems with the unit at the time of installation which the service provider promptly corrected. At intervals over the next five years, the unit required service which was handled by the service provider, [redacted] This summer the unit went berserk and my [redacted] bill doubled. I called the service provider and spoke with Vinny, the head of the customer service department. He sent a technician out immediately. The technician reported to Vinny and Vinny contacted the maker of the unit who agreed to replace the unit. In addition, Vinny requested copies of my [redacted] bills from2014 and 2015 year to date. [redacted] is going to refund the difference in the bills for June, July, and August. I'm very happy with the outcome and my experience with the service provider has always been satisfactory. I signed a new service contract for the new unit for 5 years today. The contract is with [redacted]. Good job, Vinny and [redacted]!!!

Charley L recently checked out our air conditioner to assure that it was functioning properly. He was a fine example of a George Brazil employee. very personable and polite. His company should be commended for hireing him.

Review: My aunt had George brazil service her AC for years. She paid extra money to have them maintained the unit twice a year until 2014. She recently passed and left me her house. I called them and had them come out April 30, 2013 to do the check up that she paid for on the unit. Technician said everything was good and that their shouldn't be any problems with the summer coming. June 29, 2013 two months after the check up the AC blowing hot air. Technician was called out to a look at the unit and told me compressor and expansion valve needed to be replaced. Estimated at about $4000.00 to repair or buy a new unit at $8000.00. How come when I had the check up in April I wasn't made aware that the unit was having issues?? Looking thru my aunts paper work I found the receipts she paid to have the parts replaced last year! There definitely should have been a warranty on the compressor it's only been a year.Desired Settlement: I want what is owed in the amount she put into having the parts replaced last year.

Good Afternoon,

Sorry for the delay. Attached is a copy of the invoice dated 4/7/2012. We

changed the compressor along with a few other items that all have a 3 year

parts and labor warranty. We also quoted 1400.00 to replace the indoor txv

that was acting up when the tech was there(probably the reason the

compressor failed in the first place). When I called the customer, she was

very upset. I offered to replace the compressor since it had warranty and I

was proposing to install the indoor txv at no charge, she said the unit has

been replaced already by another company and was wanting 2519.51 for a

settlement that she never paid for because it was paid for by her aunt.

Please let me know what I can do to help this situation. I also have the

last invoice and computer notes if needed. Thank you for your time and

patience.

I refuse the response here is my rebuttal,

This is my response to what Mr. [redacted] has said. First and foremost I would never use George Brazil nor would I recommend them to anyone. On July 9, 2013 Mr. [redacted] Service manager from George Brazil contacted me at approximately 2pm. inquiring about the complaint that I had put on the Revdex.com. He told me upon looking at invoices that the company George Brazil would have come out and fixed the issue at no charge. If that was the case then why didn’t they fix what needed to be repaired in the first place. Now that I have this complaint they would be willing to fix whatever it needed. That wasn’t what his technician recommended when he came out on the service call on 6/29/13 he recommend that I purchase a new unit their charge would be $7000. - $8000. He also advised me of financing they had available if I couldn’t afford it.

Upon looking thru my aunt’s paper work I found several invoices and on invoice Dated 1-5-11 my aunt purchased their 3 yr. VIP plan which is good until 2014. On your maintenance policy it states “We guarantee while under our maintenance policy you will not have to replace you’re a/c system”. When George Brazil came out to service the units on 4/30/12 the technician stated that everything was in good working condition. This is when I realized they weren’t somebody that had an honest reputation.

Of course I’m upset I feel George Brazil took advantage of my aunt being a female and swindled her out of a lot of money!!! As Administrator of [redacted] Estate I have every right to see that what they done wrong be fixed appropriately.

Review: Wanted to get my AC inspected for the sale price, when the technician came, he stated that we needed some freon. The total bill was suppose over $500, I wanted time to consider it, the technician insisted we need it. Offered me a deal to be a part of some George Brazil membership to get a bit of a discount, ending result I had to still pay $470. Really wish I did not do business with them because they are far overpriced and refused to give us a chance to price shop before making the decision.Desired Settlement: I just want the Membership fee refunded. Ridiculous membership fee with little benefits.

we were very happy right from the start, Joe called and gave a time he would be here, and hit it right on the button. He gave us a quick summary of what he would do, and when he was finished, a good descriptive update on the unit, answered all of our questions, ( in a language we could understand, regarding our heating and cooling unit).
No smoking while working, no phone calls, just did his work and did it a good time.
Joe seemed to have answers for the few questions we had.
It was a very nice and business like appt. Send him back the next would be great with us.

We hit the jackpot with not one but two great service people. The plumbing work was done on time, technicians were knowledgeable and courteous; went to great effort to make sure our comfort and needs were met. We are so impressed that we are going back to George Brazil for additional work, this time electrical. Thank you George, special thanks [redacted] and [redacted].

My home a/c went out and I called George Brazil. The man that came out was very friendly until I told him I was not able to buy a new unit. I asked if my unit could be fixed and he stated that I might find someone to fix it but would [redacted] about $1500. I asked if he could tell me what size the motor was and he said that someone had pulled the sticker off of the motor that was up there and he didn't know without that. I was in tears at the time and explained that I live on disability and didn't think I could make it without a/c. When he left I called my sister who sent out a guy that is the electrician for her husbands shop. He came out said all I needed was a capacitor and my coils cleaned 2 hrs and $300. later my a/c was working great and has been ever since. And that was 1 yr ago!

Both Dillon and Ruben were extremely professional and courtesy. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a detailed breakdown of what was wrong. Quick, painless, and inexpensive.

Excellent work, very professional, cleaned up and was gone to leave me my after noon. Great guys!

Best experience ever! We have used George Brazil for 15 years. Brandon W is pleasant and professional.
