Jason H was part of a team to replace AC ductwork. The work was done promptly and efficiently and the worksite was cleaned before leaving.

Both [redacted]. and [redacted], were right on time, explained the entire process that they will be performing, kept me updated on the progress, and when they left both the garage and backyard were spotless. You would have never known that service was performed.

I just had a duct cleaning and sealing performed by George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating by Service Pro Austin O, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained the procedures that were to be done. The preparation for this process in protecting our furniture and floors with drop cloths was greatly appreciated. The job was completed in a timely manner. George Brazil should be proud to have a person in their employ with such unique talents with the way Austin O represented both himself and the company. George Brazil is extremely fortunate to have someone with Michelle's technical and personal talents working for them.

Highly recommend the crew who installed my new heat pump. Calvin W along with the two trainees, Robert A and Amir N wasted no time to complete the job which was especially important as I needed it done before leaving town. Their courteousness and efficiency was A-one.

I have been a customer with George Brazil for 5 years. [redacted] comes out twice a year and really takes care of the air conditioning units and and furnaces. He is honest and very dependable. I just got a brand new 4 ton air conditioner. It was installed by [redacted]. and [redacted]. I could not be happier with the service. Both men were kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

I have used George Brazil several times and have always been completely satisfied with their service. Three technicians certainly stand out. Austin and Chuck who recently cleaned my vents were customer service oriented from the time they arrived until the time they left. Rose is a technician beyond compare. She has been to my home on multiple occasions and has been very thorough and helpful. She sold me a new air conditioner unit without any high pressure sales pitch. She calmly went over options available for my home and helped me make my decision. She is a prized asset to your company.

I collected 3 quotes and by far, the representative from George Brazil named Peter B[redacted] was the most thorough and professional. Since all bids were fairly close in price, the business went here for that reason.
The installers were stellar - especially at this hot and humid time of the year. From the initial greeting to the wrap-up at the end, Ignacio and Chandler were polite, respectful and easy to work with. They completed the job without a single "issue" and did so sooner than anticipated.
