We bought 2 AC units from George Brazil the experience was very positive they sent three installers right the next morning . They disconnected my old units installed new units including all new tubing and thermostats all in the same day! I highly recommend this company. The technicians were very friendly hard workers and knowledgeable. Overall a very good experience.

[redacted] had a long day on Wednesday, the day prior to Thanksgiving. She arrived at my home at 1800 hr to inspect/repair my HVAC system as we are moving and require such service prior to closing escrow. She was so polite, so professional and so in tune with the needs of our inspection/repair requirements. She is a true professional and an asset to George Brazil.

The George Brazil employees did an amazing job of taking care of my air conditioning issues, from diagnosis of the problem to full installation of a new system. [redacted] was patient and professional in his explanation of the diagnostic findings and available resolutions. As it was a 20 year old system, I requested information on a new system rather than continue with costly repairs. He got the order placed, ensured installation the next day and gave me several tips to survive the night in the heat.
[redacted] and [redacted] arrived at the house within the agreed upon timeframe and got right to work on replacing the entire system. They worked outside in the AZ heat and spent considerable time in an extremely hot attic to troubleshoot possible solutions to a construction error caused by the original builder. While the error could not be fixed without cutting into the drywall to correct the bulders design flaw, it meant a lot to know that they took the time to attempt a resolution. They made sure the system was working, addressed an issue with the heating mechanism quickly and efficiently and ensured that I was comfortable operating the new programmable thermostat.

Honest service and a reputable company is what we were looking for and finally found!

Both Ivan and Angel were prompt, friendly, and efficient. Ivan explained everything that he was going to do and once finished explained what he had done and offered to answer any questions. he is extremely professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. A real asset to your company.

Charley L[redacted] is the Service tech who serviced my AC. I was very pleased with his demeanor, attitude and courtesy. He answered all of my questions with patience and knowledge. I would recommend Charley to all of my friends.
