Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I at least want you to delete the GameStop.com accountThat is what I have been referencing this whole timeWhen I log in on the GameStop.com website, I don't want the account log in to be successfulI understand the PowerUp Rewards portion of the account was terminated, but I want the actual GameStop.com account deleted because that has personal information about me such as name, email address, phone number, and credit card informationThe reason I'm pressing the issue is because this an issue of privacy and securityI will not allow GameStop to leave the account open because I as a consumer feel uncomfortable that personal information about myself would be laying around in a dormant account, which would lead to the potential of the account being hacked and my information being stolenI strongly request that GameStop Incclose the actual [redacted] account where the entire account where you log in to the GameStop website, not the power up rewards portion be deletedThis case will not be closed until only the directives I have disclosed in this messageI hope that we can gain each others cooperation in moving forward with this case Regards, [redacted]
