Dear Ms *** We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this entire ordeal has causedIt seems the way the order was charged was not typical of our orders simply because the items you purchased had to be shipped from different warehousesThe initial $that you
saw on your account was a verification that the funds were going to be available and this verification hold is removed when the items go to ship and the final charge takes placeGameStop does not complete charges to a customer’s account until the items for the order are shipping Unfortunately because your items were being sent from multiple warehouses this caused the confusion that took placeOur system completed another verification hold for the whole amount because some of the items were attempting to ship before the othersThat is why you were first charged the $followed by the remaining $When our system determined the full charge of $completed the second verification hold was removedFor a period of time your account seemed to be double charged but the secondary transaction was just the hold that would eventually be removed Once again, we apologize for the trouble this may have causedIf you have additional questions, I am here for you*** *|Revdex.com Liaison| GameStop | Service Matters

Still don't have my refund I can't help you are having issues working with Paypal Seems like something that is able to be resolved on your end If you have to issue a check to resolve the issue I have no problem with that and will end the dispute once the check has cleared I do not want a gift card as this experience has completely turned me off to doing business with Gamestop in the future.Regards,***

I am rejecting this response because: You did not acknowledge that the assistant store manager ran this card multiple times without even questioning it this is with incorrect pins from.my debit cardI have taken all the proper steps related to my fraud that was not my complaint but thank you for your suggestionThe fact the your store manager stated well she assumed they were your kidsthey do not know methese were multiple transaction attempts for hundreds of dollarsThat is *** you say the card companies to not require the ID requsst but you woukd if it eas not signed my cards are signed see IDThis is frustrating I feel like it is very negligent and I am sure if you were in the same boat you would feel the sameI think the verbige and suggestions of assumption from the staff is not tolerableIf they assume with my stolen cards how many others have they had as wellI think something shoild have triggered that it was questionableIs there a policy that once the transaction is denied times by incorrect pin you run it as credit? Or a policy where once it' ran so many times incorrect you deny services?Regards,
