reason I dont accept is because I should be able to place orders online without issuesi have been having issues with your company the past couple yrslast time I was told oh u can do it in a smaller amount it may not holdme as the customeri should be able to place an order without being told thaton top of that I try to use my paypal acct as well I get told oh get ahold of the finanicial place even with my visa card same thingit nutsme I dont have the time to go to the gamestop store all the timeclosest one is like minwith gas prices an everything an daughter grand mother just came home from the hospital and rehab from major surgeryi deffinately dont have the time to get to onewhich is why I did the order onlineonly thing I want is this to be taken care of so I can redo the order

I am rejecting this response because: Her reply completely condtradicts what I was told by the lady that *** *** (CFO) assistant had look into this *** at GameStop *** advised me that Gamestop had in fact declined the charge because the billing and shipping address were different and there was no history of prior orders by us Intestingly we added up over $of purchases by us from GameStop in stores over the previous six months When a business has to assign an individual whose sole purpose and designation is to field Revdex.com complaints, that pretty much sums it up for the business Our past records support that we have a history of spending approximately $10K a year with this merchant At all costs, I will avoid ever giving GameStop my business ever again
