I am rejecting this response because:
Its almost as though my original complaint was not even readI am not complaining about the limited supply or pre-orders running outI am complaining about the fact that I was even notified of the pre orderAgain what is the point of having a notification system if it does not notify anyone? I was not even given an opportunity to try and get a pre order because I wasn't notified of the pre order taking placeThis is a dishonest way of conducting businessEspecially when you consider that the pre-order launched at midnight on a weekday with no noticeThe only people who were able to get pre orders were the lucky few that just so happen to be going into a gamestop the next morning and the people who create programs that monitor sites like Game stop and ***They then buy as many as possible with no intention of keeping theses items, only to resale them underground market for and times the retail amountI can see no reasonable reason why Game stop and Nintendo would want scalpers to purchase these over actual customers that will actually play the game systemsI am also a high school technology teacherI take retro systems and new systems in weekly for my high school students to playI actually promote the product and if anything should be appreciated not treated badlyThis is the second item in a row that Nintendo and Game stop have failed to notify their customers who sign up for pre order alertsI believ this falls under the *** unfair or deceptive acts or practices law

I am rejecting this response because:I spent hours with them on the phoneI do not see the refund on my card and I don't believe they did process it. Usually online retailer , credit and replacement issues are being solved instantlyIn this case the merchant got my money a month ago sent defective product and failed to refund us or send replacement product for a monthI'm not sure why other retailer can process a credit instantly and Gamestop takes days.Once/if I ever see the credit in my account I will update you.
