I am rejecting this response because:I had multiple orders cancelled as the complaint lays out if you bothered to read itThey weren't all cancelled because of bad pin numbersIf you get the pin number wrong it tells you it is invalid when you enter itWhatever the issue is, it isn't pin numbers

I am rejecting this response because:once again Game Stop has lied and mislead it consumers when it comes to its honestyI just attempted to login to the GameStop.com account on 12/22/and it showed a successful loginYou did not delete the account like you claimed you did, so for the record we will not consider this matter closed until the account is deleted and you actually show respect to your clientsThis matter also not be resolved until I get paid $in cash or check for dealing with your ridiculous policies and lack of concern towards customer issuesIf my account closure and payment terms are not met, I will be taking legal action against Game Stop Incby suing the company for knowingly violating a customer's rights against their own terms and conditions of the accountAlso for the record, your arrogance in your message is rude, arrogant, and offensive, to just consider "a matter closed" because your too lazy to pay someone to delete my account is unacceptable and completely unprofessional
