Also, Are you saying that if I can get letter that says [redacted] already billed the customer, you can get us money back right away? I already requested to way conference call before with Square disputes when I call square disputes but [redacted] (the square dispute team member) refused to do it as he said he’s not allowed to [redacted] just want to hang up on me all the timeSo how am I going to solve this problem?
