Because of the chargeback on this transaction, Square returned the funds from this transaction to the card-issuing bank which initiated the disputePlease have your sender inquire with their bank to trace the funds returning to their account The card-issuing bank will know where to route funds if the card or account is cancelled and will typically issue a refund by check The sender will want to ask for a manager at their bank for further assistance
