"Your Square account was frozen due to a tax levy Square received from the California Board of EqualizationWhen Square froze the account, Square notified you via email and provided the state agent’s name and phone number so you can directly resolve the levy with themSince Square did not receive a levy release on your account from State Board of Equalization, Square could not take any action on your accountSince it has been over a year and the levy has expired, Square has removed the freeze from your accountAll held funds will resume a deposit schedule effective immediately." Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I am fine that they deactivated my account However, what does SQUARE mean by my funds are held in reserve for days (but no less than 150) Are they saying I WILL get my $*** after days and if so, I need a date from them so I can make sure this transpires I cannot refund because it has been over days I was able to refund a few accounts but lost that money because SQUARE does not tell me who the payee was, all I had to work with was an amount and digits from their charge Anyways, would be happy with the $*** and happier NEVER working with them again Please press them for a date when and how the monies will be released This really screwed up my cash flow THANKS

I was a client with their company and they have not made any attempts on their end to investigate this matter.
