violation of the Square Seller Agreement
According to Section of Square's Seller Agreement: "All transactions taken with Square must represent a bonafide sale of a good our serviceExcessive gift card use is an indication of a violation of this term"Representation and WarrantiesYou represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (b) you are eligible to register and use the Services and have the right, power, and ability to enter into and perform under this Agreement; (c) the name identified by you when you registered is your name or business name under which you sell goods and services; (d) any sales transaction submitted by you will represent a bona fide sale by you; (e) any sales transactions submitted by you will accurately describe the goods and/or services sold and delivered to a purchaser; (f) you will fulfill all of your obligations to each customer for which you submit a transaction and will resolve any consumer dispute or complaint directly with the purchaser; (g) you and all transactions initiated by you will comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you and/or your business, including any applicable tax laws and regulations; (h) except in the ordinary course of business, no sales transaction submitted by you through the Services will represent a sale to any principal, partner, proprietor, or owner of your entity; (i) you will not use the Services, directly or indirectly, for any fraudulent undertaking or in any manner so as to interfere with the operation of the Services; (j) your use of the Services will be in compliance with this Agreement."
Furthermore, Section Suspension or Termination by Us states "We may terminate this Agreement and close your Square Account for any reason or no reason at any time upon notice to youWe may also suspend the Services and access to your Square Account (including the funds in your Square Account) if you (a) have violated the terms of this Agreement, any other agreement you have with Square, or Square's policies, (b) pose an unacceptable credit or fraud risk to us, or (c) provide any false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information or otherwise engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct."
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I had to figure this out on my own because Square.com failed to contact me with directions or reasons regarding the deactivation of my account My online store was down for days I lost $*** in business and had to manually refund orders with no assistance from them I am now trying to delete my entire account so that my company is no way affiliated with them, however they have made it impossible to deactivate the account The link they provide in their support center simply loops you back to the dashboard with no instruction
Square is a highly unprofessional organization who has truly does not care about the customers that come to them for their services This has negatively affected my livelihood, the reputation of my business and has cost me a lot of time and money There should be consequences for these actions and I will seek legal action if the situation isn't handled the way that I deem appropriate This isn't up to you square, this is what's about doing right, so stop messing with people's lives and money and fix your inefficiencies I expect to see results promptly!

If someone at square would take the time and not say and send the generic messages they would quickly realize that they made a mistake.I have learned that square are doing this to millions of people who have an account with them..for no good reason holding there money for months collecting interest on the money.I created a location the day I started at my new salon and when it came time to charge my clients I was on this new location called hello and not the the main location that I've used for years ,the time square have been in bis..and I also send in all the doc to verify my new salon..so its absolute bull st that there reason is..I want the money that I erred by working all day at my new salon to be given to me..they have no right to keep my earings there is no no prove of anything crazy going ..there so fken stupid that they haven't even worked out that I have capital with themCant they just admit that they made a mistake ...cos they did

I'm not getting emails from SquareIf only it was that easyThey are sending stuff to my house through the US Postal ServiceThey are blowing you off like they did to meGo to their website and try it for yourselfThey have a picture of a phone handsetThey tell you when you can call them but they don't list their phone numberHow stupid is that? I found their number on the internetHowever, when you call, they tell you to go to their website and get an account or tracking numberWhen you try to obtain that number, you have to give them all the information that I don't want them to have in the first place! I want to be removed from ALL of their contact lists
