Square has falsely marked a transaction as whatever they think it isSquare has failed to inquire into it and see if their assumptions have any baseSquire has failed to respond to any of 7+ emails I sentSquire has blocked the ability for me to make a phone call into their office to clarify any questions they may haveTheir assumption is WRONG, the customer has paid for rental services and after transactions going fine, they decided to block the last oneWhat makes it even more frustrating is the fact that they don't even try to understand, help and resolve the issueThey have taken my fund and hold it against my permission under their reasonsThe only resolution to this is to deposit funds into my account according to the terms of the serviceI reject your notion of this transaction being invalidIt is made up crap by your company.Sincerely,*** ***

This is the problemI have received emails stating the exact same thingThey refuse to take any responsibility for their actions after stating that the funds would be availableI do not appreciate being lied to and I would like to know exactly what transactions were questionableI take offense to being told anything I have done is questionable after I have fully disclosed the client, the depositor and all contact information for all partiesSo instead of calling me, or them, they just decide to close my accountThen I had no way to call them, as I guess they hide their phone number unless you have an active account since their business model itself is rather sketchy. So since they decided to cancel my account with out ANY contact with me or my client, or the depositor, I refuse to accept their standard form letter and expect them to make an effort to do the right thingStarting a small business is hard enough without services charging you and then refusing to comply with a simple agreement without checking into it firstI had to go onto their site and manually refund their money since no one would give me the common decency of a conversation that was not scripted.Sincerely,William ***

I received that info from them on the 19th of *** verbatim I asked about the part where they can indefinitely extend past days and they said their compliance team couldn't offer me any additional infoLiterally not a single letter, they sent the same form responseThey also never warned me before suspending my account, and their previous reason, too many prepaid card transactions wasn't a violation of the user agreement that I could see.Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,*** ***

Square Account for any reason or no reason at any time upon notice to youWe may also suspend the Services and access to your Square Account (including the funds in your Square Account) if you (a) have violated the terms of this Agreement, any other agreement you have with Square, or Square's policies, (b) pose an unacceptable credit or fraud risk to us, or (c) provide any false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information or otherwise engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct."
Article further states that: "We will not be liable to you for compensation, reimbursement, or damages in connection with your use of the Services, or in connection with any termination or suspension of the ServicesAny termination of this Agreement does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any Fees or costs accrued prior to the termination and any other amounts owed by you to us as provided in this Agreement."

Square is still holding my money instead of depositing back into my account were it belongsThey keep making interest on that money for TWO MONTHS! I still have not heard from the Square about reimbursing me for the charges back from August If they are collecting interest on my money the least they can do is not charge me merchant account feesOr, they can just deposit the money back into my account and keep their merchant feesTo me, I am the only one loosing here, when I did NOTHING WRONG!
