Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: First off thank you for intervening and addressing this issue.The premise on which Square is basing its response is BS as there were no indications in the "Dashboard" siting something is or was ascuSecondly it is imp**sible to log onto the square reader app as it claims the password or email address is incorrect; the password or address are not incorrectIn an attempt to bypass this claim I have made several attempts to change the password where I am presented with a message that reads "check your email for new password"; no email has been delivered on two separate operating systems (*** and ***) so I can't be told it's my deviceThirdly and m**t importantly, a subject that they conveniently did not touch upon; where is the $*** that was supp**ed to be dep**ited into my accountSurely there is a bit of a problem with this company if there have been in excess of complaints to the Revdex.com in three years about this company.Sincerely,*** ***

For the 2nd time Square has not responded to the actual complaint - which is very simply - Square removed from my business account $*** AFTER they closed my account with them The closure of my account occurred in Nov The fee for their "services" was removed from my account in *** *** I had no services from Square since *** *** so why are they charging me a fee in *** ** ***? Simple request that has now been ignored repeatedly in direct communication and here Refund the $*** that was taken from my CLOSED account months after Square cancelled my service Would be nice also if Square would actually address the real issue - why was a fee taken out of my account months AFTER Square CLOSED my account? Please refund the fee Please actually address the actual issue this time Admitting a mistake and refunding $*** will not cause Square to close - why not simply do what is right? Thank you!

From an ethical point of view, your business practices are hurting small businesses such as mine It is illegal to not fully investigate transactions before shutting down the account! I demand that my funds be released ASAP I will be contacting any and all sources I possibly can for this situation I am already in touch with hundreds/thousands of other innocent business owners that this has happened to I have family that work in the media such as NY times, NBC, and other sources You are holding people's money for your own capital gains Your not even giving a chance to show you proof of the legitimacy of the transactions!

One of the last email from Square was to verify my accountI responded that I have tried to respond to this request but I have been unable to because the verification form is 'frozen' and needs to be resetThe responses to that statement have been that my account is deactivatedIt is apparent no one is actually reading the emails being sentHow can I verify my account when I cannot do what Square requests, that is, verify my account? The verification form needs to be reset and Square needs to respond to their emails without boilerplate responses

As I explained previously (in my complaint and last response which they have failed to address), Square emailed me asking me to click the "Verify Account" buttonHowever, if you try to do this, it is impossible to confirm the requested details regarding my accountIt is 'stuck' with incorrect pre-filled information
Their lack of customer service and failure to address this issue specifically is why I filed a complaint originallyThey still have not addressed this concern, rather, they continuously repeat their same reply that they emailed me on July
I have advised them of this issue repeatedly (even fore filing this complaint) and continue to get boiler plate responses from them (as I am seeing here in their response to my complaint)Their customer service is non-existentThey do not respond specifically to the questions and concerns directed to themAs a customer, I am left with them holding my money hostage with no one to speak to
