Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Square created
the whole problem in the first place. My wife, *** ***, put her name and email address [email protected] on my account, so to speak (and as such under her name and email is where square incorrectly put the disputed $*** that is my hard earned money) inadvertently only b/c square asked for her contact information in order to download the missing square app onto my phone. To say that my account is not valid with regards to my dispute is ridiculous. From my conversations with square service reps they knew fully that all they had to do was to "freeze" her so called account and instead properly place the money into my account with my email, name, etc. Instead, square made up some bogus explanation that they could not pay me because of suspicious account activities. I have email confirmations from square that they are refunding the disputed money back to the sender whom I tutor for, within 2-business days (starting on June 7, late in the evening). It's now past business days and unless the sender has received the money back in her account within the past day I'm still waiting for my legally earned money over days past due.
